It was a little awkward standing in place for a moment as they all realized they had been literally in the hands of what should be an origin race member that might have watched over them the entire time. However, they also understood that they had played a major role in everything.

The party had been the ones to change the flow of mana and reconnect the world to that flow. Making the next steps of expanding the elemental planes easier. The breakdown of that flow had not necessarily been part of any plans as far as any of the understood and had been a random tragedy to those who had been outside of the word at the time.

Although, the process has caused some unique changes in some species of monsters and traces when they had not been able to return to the world. It was an interesting idea that it might actually have created more diversity and less control in the long run. Something that might have been against the ideas of the overall goals originally. Then again, the desire to cut off the work was not actually a desire, it was a side effect.

The world had been delicate at the time and not prepared for strong resistance to it and its growth. Meaning that there could have been other things at the time that caused there to be a break down.

"We could rest here for another bit if we don't want to go back, I am sure that we would not change much if we did." Gil tried to avoid having to get back to some of the more tedious responsibilities. He knew very well that Alma would have a long list of to do's for him.

"I can't justify us sitting here for another day just so you can avoid work." The stern response from Su was the end of it as far as anyone would be able to argue. She was the voice of reason even if she too wanted to hold off and just sit to consolidate her own knowledge.

"When we walk back we are taking a week each to focus on what we learned. I don't want any of us to lose what we worked on. I also will leave the ink lizard race eggs to Mordant so that he can begin preparing a proper hoe for them to be born in. It really is useful for them to be born with innate memories that will help them survive and live safely. I wonder if that is normal for…"

This was exactly something Walker had not imagined he might be affected by. Memories that were tied to a race or blood of oneself. The idea had been normal for dragons and for a few other races. That was just how deeply they had grown and unified, their very memories or innate sense had been immortalized within their race as a whole.

What if that happened with the origin race too?

Walker had feelings and senses about certain mana flows and situations. That had led him to pursue them or study them. In the elemental planes she had been able to expand the variety of ways he could use elemental manas, but he had also undergone a change when he came in to contact with deeper life mana. Meaning that his body had adjusted even better. So much to the point that he had actually stored away an elemental plane as a new multi dimensional storage. Proving that he had the innate senses to do such a thing more easily.

If this was the case overall, then maybe he too had some small effects from what it meant to be an origin race member. He wasn't born one but became one so he would sense things rather than just know them. But that gut feeling, that draw of his focus was growing and he would need to see how much that developed.

"We shouldn't just hang out then. I am showing up in style." Remey gathered fire mana rapidly and added it to her body making her take a much more impressive dragon like form. She was doing it intentionally since she knew that she could show off her growth but also because she wanted to make sure that all of the leaders of Genesis would notice them. Especially a certain fire dragon that she knew would be waiting for her to get back sooner than later.

"Let's do that!" Alice didn't hesitate to join Remey a little in showing off which was a surprise to these others. She had been quiet since she had encountered the denser light mana. Yes she had spoken up here and there but no one had interrupted her humming and testing of new songs and ways to add to her intent and strength of songs. The idea that she was stepping well ahead to shape mana in to more defined forms with her songs was amazing to say the least, they didn't plan to hinder that training.

It is also related to the fact that if Alice could manage to succeed in that she would be able to heal many more people at once. Or even better, she could defend and attack from a specific place consistently without having to be defended or move around during a battle. It would make Walker rest much more easily when he knew she would in a battle.

"I think we are about to lose this battle. Let's just go inside and see everyone." Gil sighed a little but also understood that he would have the time to consolidate what he had learned. He could take his own steps to ensure that whatever training and growth that came from his newfound knowledge was attuned to him and also to who he taught later.

Together, the blast of mana that radiated as the entire party returned proved to be fierce. The bridge that they had walked before felt shorter and there was certainly a commotion on the other side of the bridge already. Enough to tell that a few mages had been called over to check and see if there was a danger.

There was also the subtle growling of a dragon.

The face they found waiting for them was red scaled and clearly sharper than what they had remembered. It appeared that Ignus had done a little more growing since they had been away for a little over a month. However, there seemed to be no issues in the fact that the rest of the party knew that Ignus was not solely there to protect from what might be coming through the bridge to the fire elemental planes.

He was there because he could feel that Remey was returning.

When Remey shot out of the bridge to the elemental planes, she didn't hold back and released a massive clawed fist of flames on to Ignus's side. In response, he opened his mouth and released a controlled breath of dragon flame right at Remey. Yet, those flames swirled around her with a small but harsh laugh and she returned it in to another fist heading towards Ignus.

"If they like each other why can't they just say it and get married or something. This is just weird."

"Gil, you of all people shouldn't be talking. You tried to hide your infatuation with Alma from everyone but Walker at first." Gil just turned away and the dragonkin along with fire mages who had come rushing stood down recognizing the return of the party they knew very well.

"We have returned to Genesis from our journey. In one week there will be a meeting of the Genesis Council to go over current events, what we learned, and also to go over current plans and their progress. Please follow and share this order since after that meeting there will be a published paper about current standings and plans for Genesis and the greater elemental planes." Walker did not forget duty as he saw all those who had come ready to potentially defend Genesis territory from dangers. Instead, they had been lucky to be the first to meet the party as they returned.

Many of them with higher mana sensitivity saw the strength changed in those they looked up to. They had an aura of pressure and control around them. The party had grown a lot more than what anyone would have expected. The already impossible to reach figure seemed to have taken another massive step ahead again.

"Now, I think we should stop those two from whatever they are up to before they make the heat grow a little too much. The border is still on the edge of other dragon territory." Walker sighed while he reached a hand out to grasp the eternal codex taking the magic staff form yet again.
