As soon as they had this thought, a powerful consciousness came out from the golden eyeball in the sky and pressed down on them. Then the golden eyeball moved around, gazing at everyone present and scrutinizing them.

The weight of the powerful consciousness on the world actually froze the world. Everything froze, including the thoughts of the people below.

Only Arthur could still think under the pressure of the powerful consciousness. But he couldn't move his body. He felt frozen, and time slowed down so much that he thought that he would be frozen forever.
