Chapter 54: I Can Even Kick You Out of the Grant Group
CHAPTER 54: CHAPTER 54: I CAN EVEN KICK YOU OUT OF THE GRANT GROUP
The three light words made Shannon Shaw’s face turn pale, "Miss Sullivan, what are you doing!"
Her eyes turned red with grievance, and seeing people moving outside, she began to sob.
Serena Sullivan looked up indifferently at Shannon Shaw, feeling that she and Zoe Quinn were the same, always pretending to be weak and bullied.
"It’s nothing!"
Serena said to Yvette Sterling, pressing the button on her wheelchair, the wheels moving toward Shannon Shaw, who was frightened and instinctively stepped aside to give Serena a path.
After passing Shannon Shaw, Serena said to Yvette Sterling over the phone, "I want braised beef for lunch." After speaking, she hung up the phone and returned to her seat.
Shannon Shaw realized she had been tricked by Serena and angrily walked over, sarcastically whispering, "You’re such a loser, always calling to complain."
"Complain?"
Serena Sullivan coldly replied, her indifferent eyes making Shannon Shaw inexplicably flustered.
"Miss Sullivan, you’re not the only one using the hallway, I was just standing there and you called Assistant Sterling."
"Alright." Serena smiled, placing her phone on the desk, her fingers casually swiping the screen. The screen lit up, and the words ’contacts’ quickly jumped into Shannon Shaw and Zoe Quinn’s eyes.
"Sister." Zoe Quinn couldn’t hold back, speaking loudly, "You don’t like me, but it has nothing to do with Shannon. Why are you targeting her?"
Shannon Shaw sobbed twice, cooperating by saying, "Yeah, Miss Sullivan, you’re abusing your power to bully people."
The office door was ajar, Zoe Quinn’s aggrieved questioning and Shannon Shaw’s crying attracted people from outside.
Before long, many people stopped at the door to watch the show.
Serena listened to Shannon Shaw crying, sitting there with a slight smile, her face showing no signs of panic.
She tapped her phone screen, and a recorded voice played, "You’re such a loser, always calling to complain," Shannon Shaw’s sharp, harsh voice filled the office, freezing the atmosphere instantly.
Shannon Shaw was scared, quickly turning her head to look at the door. Just now, she and Zoe Quinn deliberately guided people over, and now seeing shadows moving at the door, she nervously looked at Zoe Quinn.
If what was said just now reached Mr. Grant...
"Sister." Zoe Quinn’s face didn’t look good either. Every time they tried to scheme against Serena, it always ended with Serena taking control.
Seeing Zoe Quinn’s eyes turn red, Serena decided to let her cry thoroughly.
She sneered at Shannon Shaw, saying calmly, "My legs are disabled, but I’m not a loser."
"Secondly, my last name is Sullivan, my husband’s last name is Grant, please call me Mrs. Grant."
"Third!"
Serena paused for a moment, looking at the Grant Corporation employees outside, her smile deepening, the powerful aura she exuded made no one think she was a useless cripple.
"This is the Grant Group, so the hallway is my family’s."
"I can kick you out of the Grant Group right now!"
The final words were calm and domineering, Shannon Shaw bit her teeth, her face turning white with threat, and aside from tears falling, she dared not say another word.
"If you think I’m bullying you, just send this recording to Mr. Grant and let him judge."
Serena coldly laughed as she spoke, clearly showing no intention of letting Shannon’s tears influence her.
Her fingers tapped on a name in the contacts.
Zoe Quinn saw the words "Ethan Grant," although her face was obscured by a mask, her eyes were filled with both panic and a hateful glare at Serena Sullivan.
