Ethan Sterling watched the road ahead, one hand on the steering wheel, the other clutching Seraphina Redgrave’s hand, fiercely shifting into drive, and stepping hard on the gas pedal.

Seraphina Redgrave wanted to pull her hand back.

"Don’t move."

Ethan Sterling’s hand held hers tightly, his palm burning, refusing to let her go.

He maintained this posture, speeding all the way.

What a bore.

Seraphina Redgrave looked at her hand trapped under Ethan Sterling’s, feeling a bit speechless, but too lazy to argue with him about these trivial matters, so she let it be.

Suddenly, Seraphina Redgrave thought of something and felt the need to tell Ethan Sterling: "I met your sister."

"Sister?"

Seraphina Redgrave looked ahead: "I think there’s something off about your sister."

But she felt she should still tell him about it.

This morning, had it not been for Selena Quinn’s strange curiosity and closeness towards her, continually telling her she had a chance to join the Elite Society, her minions wouldn’t have made things difficult for her during the exam.

Although Selena Quinn hadn’t shown any other strange behavior, Seraphina still couldn’t afford to be careless.

This was on the highway, even if Young Master Sterling wasn’t afraid of death, she still valued her life.

"If she could hurt me, it would mean I’m useless."

Ethan Sterling’s expression somewhat improved, and he withdrew his hand.

This wasn’t what Seraphina Redgrave expected.

She looked at Ethan Sterling, how could it be, just a misunderstanding that she was going to run away, he almost broke her leg, and now after actually considering betraying him, Ethan Sterling would do nothing?

"What’s with that expression?" Ethan Sterling unhappily pinched Seraphina Redgrave’s face, "That night, I exposed all my weaknesses to you, and you’ve already forgotten?"
