CHAPTER 181: TO XI YANG CITY

Seeing that Hua Yuyu and the others were already waiting outside, Bai Hanyun smiled and greeted them. "Good morning, everyone."

The others nodded and replied, "Good morning, Miss Bai."

Standing by the SUV, Hua Yuyu looked at her briefly. He then opened the SUV’s door and said, "Miss Bai, please."

After Bai Hanyun got into the car, the others also got into the other SUV, and they headed to the airport.

Two hours later, they arrived at the airport. While Bao Shengjie went to check in, Hua Yuyu and Wu Jun rented a parking space for the night.

For convenience, Bai Hanyun had instructed Hua Yuyu to book them premium business class seats.

Half an hour later, they were seated inside the plane. Soon, the stewardess served them drinks and breakfast.

Noticing that they were the only ones in the premium business class, Bao Shengjie clicked his tongue and whispered to Ouyang Zhuangyu, "So this is what it feels like to have money."

Ouyang Zhuangyu chuckled and asked, "Do you like it?"

Bao Shengjie nodded enthusiastically like a chicken pecking rice. "Yes! It feels so nice!"

Looking at Bao Shengjie’s beaming face, Ouyang Zhuangyu shook his head helplessly and pushed his orange juice toward Bao Shengjie. "Eat up. We might have to work hard later."

Grinning at him, Bao Shengjie replied, "Thank you, Elder Brother Zhuangyu!"

While Bao Shengjie was enjoying his breakfast, Bai Hanyun was busy making a shopping list. After checking the long shopping list, she smiled satisfiedly and said, "This should be enough for them."

Bai Hanyun then put the shopping list into the small green pouch, picked up the spoon, and started eating.

Three hours later, Bai Hanyun and the others exited the arrival gate.

Because Hua Yuyu and the others were dressed in formal black suits, many people turned to look at them and at Bai Hanyun.

"Miss Bai, should I arrange for transportation?" Hua Yuyu asked as they walked out of the airport’s main entrance.

Bai Hanyun shook her head and replied, "No need. My attorney is picking us up."

Just as she finished speaking, Jiang Yinqi’s voice came from the side. "Hanyun."

Turning toward the voice, Bai Hanyun smiled and walked up to him, followed by Hua Yuyu and the others.

"Elder Brother Yinqi, have you been waiting long?" she asked.

"I just arrived a few minutes ago," Jiang Yinqi replied.

Seeing she hadn’t brought any luggage, he glanced at the group behind her and asked, "Are they your bodyguards?"

Bai Hanyun nodded, then gestured toward Hua Yuyu. "This is Brother Hua. He is the leader of my bodyguard team."

Reaching out his hand, Jiang Yinqi introduced himself politely. "Nice to finally meet you. I’m Jiang Yinqi, Hanyun’s elder brother and personal attorney."

Hua Yuyu shook his hand and politely said, "Hua Yuyu. Miss Bai’s personal bodyguard."

After the introductions, Jiang Yinqi checked his watch and asked, "There are still a few hours until the banquet starts. Do you want to go to the hotel first, or visit the Bai Group?"

"Bai Yansheng must not know I’m attending the banquet," Bai Hanyun said. She then paused for a few seconds and added, "It’s better to keep it a secret for now. Let’s go to the hotel first."

"Alright," Jiang Yinqi replied, then opened the passenger door for her.

After Bai Hanyun got in, he pointed toward three luxury black sedans parked behind his sports car and explained, "Brother Hua, I have prepared cars for your team. You can use them at will during your stay in Xiyang City."

Hua Yuyu nodded, accepted the keys, and headed for the sedans with his brothers. Once everyone had boarded, Jiang Yinqi drove toward the hotel, followed closely by the three luxurious black sedans.

By the time they arrived at the hotel owned by the Bai Group, the sun was already hanging high in the blue sky.

Standing in front of the hotel’s main entrance, Ruan Hanlin smiled as he saw Jiang Yinqi’s sports car pull in, followed by three luxurious black sedans.

When the sports car finally stopped in front of the main entrance, Ruan Hanlin stepped forward and opened the passenger door.

Reaching out his hand, he smiled and said, "Eldest Young Lady, welcome back. I’m glad to see you doing well."

Placing her hand in his palm, Bai Hanyun stepped out of the sports car. Looking at him, she smiled and responded, "Thank you, Assistant Ruan."

Just as she said that, Bai Hanyun noticed the faint bruise on Ruan Hanlin’s cheek, and her expression turned cold.

Noticing the change in her expression, Ruan Hanlin quickly said, "I’m fine."

Bai Hanyun looked away from the bruise and sighed. "I’m sorry I couldn’t come back sooner."

Although Ruan Hanlin didn’t know her reason for not returning to the Bai family, he didn’t ask her. "Don’t worry about me, Eldest Young Lady. As long as you are safe, a little hardship is nothing."

Hearing this, Bai Hanyun gently patted his arm. As her eyes flickered coldly, she said, "Assistant Ruan, I will make him pay for everything he did to you and the others."

Ruan Hanlin smiled gently and responded, "I believe in you, Eldest Young Lady."

While the two of them were talking, Jiang Yinqi handed his car keys to the valet. Walking up to Bai Hanyun and Ruan Hanlin, he said, "This isn’t the place to talk. Let’s go inside first."

Hearing that, Ruan Hanlin nodded. "Eldest Young Lady, I have prepared your presidential suite. Please follow me."

With that, everyone followed Ruan Hanlin to the top floor of the hotel.

As they stepped out of the elevator, Ruan Hanlin explained, "This elevator is exclusive to guests staying in the presidential suites. There are only two suites on this floor, so privacy and security are top-notch."

Listening to his explanations, Bai Hanyun glanced down the corridor and noticed two men in black suits wearing small communication devices in their ears guarding the main entrance to the other presidential suite.

Raising her brows slightly, she observed them with interest for a moment before turning away and entering the suite.
