This isn’t an action film and barely features action scenes. Yet, through masterful creation of atmosphere and setting, everyone’s nerves are constantly on edge!

Seeing the female lead’s numb expression, her anguished movements, and the antagonist lying on the ground gazing up at the sky — it all grips the heart.

But that’s not the end. When the female lead embarks on her journey, the scenery along the roadside mirrors the opening scene as if everything has entered a new cycle of reincarnation. The antagonist’s face flashes momentarily — could this be a death loop?

A so-called death loop is simply an explanation for something that has always been just the beginning. There was once a much-loved movie called "Triangle," and this story seems to employ a similar approach. By the time the movie ends, the audience remains motionless in their seats.

Their minds are racing!

The plot isn’t hard to understand, nor is it overly ambiguous! Even if one doesn’t grasp the deeper meaning, it’s undeniable that this is an excellent piece of cinema.

He emerged as the orchestrator of the events, transitioning from harmless initial innocence to a gradually exposed malevolent aura, culminating in an intense portrayal of a game master who exerts absolute control. He personifies an evil ruler who toys with people in the palm of his hand.

Even as an antagonist, he is undeniably compelling.

Characters like this haven’t appeared in films for a very long time.

It’s worth saying that Rong Lan’s return to the big screen was a triumphant one!

He is still the awe-inspiring genius actor he has always been!

The audience rose to their feet in the end, showering the film with the most fervent applause.

Qin Miaomiao felt a deep sense of relief. From the reactions, it was clear that people genuinely liked the film.
