Chapter 60 1st Floor
Seeing the little Naga nestled in Leon''s palm, Roselia stepped closer, her curiosity piqued. Gently, she extended a finger to pat the tiny creature. The newborn Naga squealed with delight, her gem-like eyes sparkling as she wriggled happily at the attention.
"What does she eat?" Roselia asked, watching the Naga''s joyful reaction.
Leon chuckled softly. "They''re primarily fruit eaters," he explained. "The Naga race might have a serpent-like appearance, but they''re predominantly herbivores. They value nature deeply and avoid harming it unnecessarily."
Roselia raised an eyebrow. "So, they don''t eat meat at all?"
"Well, it''s not that they can''t eat meat," Leon clarified, "but most of them prefer not to. They''re one of the most peaceful races you''ll find in the Tower. But if someone mistakes their peaceful nature for weakness..." He smirked knowingly. "Let''s just say they quickly realize their mistake. The Naga are mythical beings, after all. Their strength isn''t something to underestimate."
Roselia nodded thoughtfully, her gaze shifting back to the little Naga. "I can already sense her power, even though she''s just a newborn," she said, her tone laced with awe.

Leon nodded in agreement. "That''s because every Naga is born with an elemental affinity—at least one. The more elements they wield, the stronger they are. The Naga King, for instance, commands nine elements."
Roselia''s eyes widened slightly. "Nine elements? That''s incredible. What about her?" She gestured toward the baby Naga clinging to Leon''s finger.@@@@
"She has two elements: water and lightning," Leon replied, glancing at the tiny creature, who chirped softly as if proud of her abilities. "It''s a rare and powerful combination. She may only have two, but it''s more than enough for her to grow into something extraordinary."
Roselia leaned closer, her expression softening. "She''s beautiful. And it''s clear she already adores you."
Leon smiled, watching the baby Naga nuzzle against his palm. "Yeah," he said quietly, "and I''ll make sure she has everything she needs to thrive."
"Why don''t you open your egg too?" Leon suggested, nodding toward the second egg as he watched Roselia.
Roselia nodded back, her curiosity piqued. She carefully placed the egg on the table and bit her finger, letting a drop of blood fall onto its smooth surface. The egg absorbed the blood instantly, and faint cracks began to spiderweb across its surface.
Watching the small Naga''s enthusiasm, Leon felt a sense of warmth and responsibility grow within him.
After feeding Raiden and watching her fall into a peaceful sleep, Leon carefully placed her on his bed. The little Naga coiled slightly in her slumber, a soft smile on her tiny face as she dreamed. Stretching his arms, Leon murmured, "Well, time to head to the First Floor of the Tower."
Roselia, sitting nearby, nodded as she watched over the baby Naga. "You can go. I''ll take care of her," she said, her tone gentle yet resolute. Leon smiled at her, grateful for her support.
"Thanks," he said, grabbing his gear and making sure everything was in place. He secured his weapons, adjusted his armor, and took a deep breath. As he turned to leave, Roselia gave him a light nudge on the shoulder, smirking faintly.
"Don''t get reckless," she teased.
Leon chuckled. "I''ll try," he replied, stepping out of the room as he entered the portal.

The Tower''s entrance bustled with activity as challengers from various races prepared for their journeys. The sight of so many beings gathered in one place was astounding. Elves with their graceful movements, beastmen with ears twitching atop their heads, and even lizardfolk carrying ornate spears walked past him. Among them were members of the rare Pandorian race, whose radiant skin seemed to shimmer under the light.
Leon paused to take it all in. He hadn''t yet encountered this many diverse individuals since entering the Tower.
As he approached a large, ornate sign, he read the inscription carved into its surface:
"Welcome to the Beginner''s Town."
The letters glowed faintly, a magical shimmer indicating its importance.
"So this is where every journey begins," Leon muttered to himself, his eyes scanning the bustling streets ahead. Despite its name, the town had an air of mystery and potential. It was a place where the first steps of every climber''s journey were set, and where countless stories began.
Taking a deep breath, Leon walked forward, ready to start his next adventure.
