"EUNSEOK-AH, DO AHYEON, please look for Hee-ya and Hwang Yejun," Semi said, rubbing her arms. "Call me as soon as you find them."

Soobin and Geon had already left to look for Wonhee and Hwang Yejun, and so did Hwang Yebin and Hwang Junsang.

Semi wanted to join them, but her husband called and said he needed her.

Hence, Soobin asked her to check on Chang-ho first and promised that he’d find Wonhee.

[The current Hee-ya hates me and Soobin. It might be too much if she sees the two of us.]

Hence, Semi asked her son and Do Ahyeon in her place.

"We will call you as soon as we find Aunt Hee-ya, Eomma," Eunseok promised her. "So, don’t worry too much, okay?"

Semi smiled because of how reliable her son looked at the moment. "Thank you, Eunseok-ah."

"You can depend on me, Eomma," Eunseok said confidently, and then he gasped as if he just remembered something important. Then he patted Do Ahyeon’s shoulder. "Hyung, wait for me. I’ll just grab something from my room. It will definitely make Aunt Hee-ya recognize me!"

Eunseok then left the office in a hurry.

[Eunseok said Hee-ya didn’t believe that he was her niece because the Eunseok in Hee-ya’s current memories is still a child.]

"Do Ahyeon."

"Yes, ma’am?"

"Hwang Yejun said he saw an unnatural Status Window in my son."

Do Ahyeon let out a gasp. "F-Forced Awakening?"

"We haven’t confirmed it yet since Hwang Yejun isn’t in his right state of mind. But we also can’t dismiss his words," Semi explained. "Eunseok said he didn’t take any Forced Awakening drug, and I believe him. But remember when Hee-ya’s drink was spiked? That could have happened to Eunseok. If the symptoms of his awakening haven’t shown up yet, then I believe that he has been fed with little doses so far."

"But you’re the God Alchemist, ma’am. I’m sure you would have noticed if Eunseok-ssi has taken any form of drugs."

"Soobin and I were thinking that it was a new type of Forced Awakening drug that can’t be detected yet," Semi said in a serious tone. "Do Ahyeon, please observe my son while you’re with him. I’ve already asked my men to investigate the people closest to Eunseok. But since you’ll be with my son today, please keep an eye on him."

Do Ahyeon nodded politely. "I will, ma’am."

"HEY, are you okay?" Wonhee asked the boy that she grabbed earlier. "Do you want me to bring you to the hospital?"

"My name is ’Hwang Yejun’ and not ’hey,’" the boy said while combing his black hair with his fingers. "I’m fine. I just remembered something."

"Something?"

"Like being an S-Class Hunter?"

"You forgot that you’re an S-Class Hunter?"

"Huh? You already know me?"

"Is there anyone in Korea who doesn’t know the Big 4?"

"Then why do you keep calling me ’hey?’"

Wonhee avoided Hwang Yejun’s gaze. "We’re the same age, aren’t we? Is it bad that I talk casually to you?"

"What’s your name?"

"Chu Wonhee."

"You have the same name as that famous teen actress."

"That’s me."

Hwang Yejun looked around them. "Now this is weird. We’re both famous, and yet everyone is ignoring us."

When Wonhee opened her eyes, she was already in front of the Summit Department Store— one of the top three luxury shopping malls in Korea.

"I don’t think they’re ignoring us completely, though," Wonhee said, looking at a group of what seemed like college students— based on the varsity jackets they were wearing— who were secretly taking photos of them. "I think some people have recognized us already."

Hwang Yejun clicked his tongue, and then he removed the hoodie he was wearing. "Wear this," he said while helping Wonhee put on his hoodie. "Then let’s get out of here—"

Wonhee’s suddenly rumbled a bit loudly.

Oh.

[I’m hungry.]

"Pfft."

Wonhee’s face turned red when Hwang Yejun laughed at her. "Yah. I would punch you, but I know your body is hard as steel, so..."

She knew because her grandfather and older siblings were all Hunters.

"I’m not laughing at you," Hwang Yejun said, still grinning. Then he pulled out a black baseball cap from his Inventory and put it on. "I just find you adorable, Chu Wonhee."

"How can you say something embarrassing like it’s nothing?"

"Because it’s not embarrassing to openly adore someone?"

Okay, that may or may not have made her blush.

Wonhee avoided Hwang Yejun’s intense gaze. "I’m hungry, but I don’t wanna eat in the mall that my family owns. Do you have any recommendations?"

Hwang Yejun stared into the air for a moment before he opened his mouth. "The System says the food at the Nom Nom Restaurant is good. Do you know that place?"

"No? This is the first time I’ve heard that restaurant."

"Do you want to check it out?"

Wonhee said, nodding. "If the System recommended it, then it must be a good place."

"Right?" Hwang Yejun agreed with her, and then he swiftly held her hand. "Let’s go."

"HEOL!"

Do Ahyeon, who was driving the car, was a bit startled when Seon Eunseok suddenly yelled while playing on his phone in the backseat. "What’s the matter, Young Master?"

"There’s a viral video featuring Aunt Hee-ya and Hunter Hwang Frost," Seon Eunseok said while furiously typing on his phone. "The poster said she took a video of a "young couple" where the ’boyfriend’ looks like the young Hwang Frost while the ’girlfriend’ looks like the young Chu Wonhee."

"Where was the video taken?"

"In front of the Summit Department Store."

Oh.

That was the mall owned by the Daesung Group.

"I’m glad that we already found them, but I’m worried that more people might recognize them," Ahyeon said worriedly. "What if bad people recognized them?"

"Don’t worry, Hyung. I already asked our people to take down the video."

The damage had already been done, but it was better than doing nothing.

Do Ahyeon glanced at Seon Eunseok in the rearview mirror when he saw the boy took out what seemed like a bottle of candies.

But the pill that the boy put in his mouth was shaped like a fish.

"Do you want some, hyung?" Seon Eunseok asked, offering the bottle of candies to him. "This is a candy that my friend’s family makes. This product isn’t out in the market yet, but they gave me this bottle so that I could make a review later."

An unknown candy, huh?

[Suspicious.]

Ahyeon accepted the bottle of candies. "Thank you, Young Master."

He didn’t waste any more time.

Since he didn’t have the ability to assess an item, he did the one thing that he could at the moment— he put a candy in his mouth.

And the result?

BLERGH.

"Hyung!" Seon Eunseok yelled worriedly. "Are you okay?"

No.

Ahyeon pulled the car to the side, his Status Window popping up in front of him.

Ahyeon let out a sigh. "Please call Jang Semi-nim, Young Master."
