CHAPTER 14: CHAPTER 14 RE-EVALUATION

Ye Guichen finished speaking, stood up, walked to Li Bao’s side, and patted Li Bao on the shoulder.

Li Bao, who was kneeling on the ground, didn’t dare to raise his head and said submissively, "Master, I understand. If you can cure this strange illness of mine, it would be like you’re my second parent. Even if I have to go through hell, I won’t hesitate."

Ye Guichen said indifferently, "I will be staying in Yun City for a while."

The meaning was clear without needing to be stated.

If Li Bao behaved well, benefits would naturally follow.

"I-I understand." How could Li Bao not understand Ye Guichen’s meaning, he responded in a trembling voice.

Ye Guichen waved his hand: "Chen Ziran is my woman. Don’t get any funny ideas. Also, let Big Head Ghost lie in bed for a week."

Li Bao suddenly kicked Big Head Ghost in the stomach, sending him sprawling.

Big Head Ghost screamed, "Brother Leopard, why are you hitting me?"

"You almost got me killed! Not only do I want to hit you, but I also wish I could kill you!" Li Bao roared angrily, grabbing Big Head Ghost’s arm and yanking it, causing a crunching sound from the already bandaged arm.

Li Bao ignored Big Head Ghost’s screams, dragging him into the office and kicking him severely.

All of Li Bao’s subordinates were stunned.

But no one dared to make a sound.

It wasn’t until Big Head Ghost was beaten half to death that Li Bao finally stopped, sitting down and panting heavily.

Big Head Ghost’s breath was very weak, but he still kept begging for mercy, "Brother Leopard, please, spare me!"

"Hmph, I spare your life, who the hell is going to spare mine!" Li Bao snorted coldly, "Big Head Ghost, you only have yourself to blame for offending the wrong person."

"What?" Big Head Ghost was so scared that his seven orifices smoked, "Brother Leopard, what exactly is going on?"

"Mr. Ye?" Big Head Ghost’s mind quickly flashed to Ye Guichen’s appearance. Just as he was about to ask further, he saw Li Bao waving his hand, "Beat him, as long as he doesn’t die."

After leaving the bar, Ye Guichen stretched and walked toward a multi-million dollar Porsche across the street.

He pulled open the car door and sat inside.

Sitting in the driver’s seat was a beautiful woman in tight clothes. As soon as she saw Ye Guichen enter, her face was full of respect and she said nervously, "B-boss, how did you know it was me?"
