CHAPTER 50: CHAPTER 50: DEMONSTRATE IT ONCE MORE

Ellie’s face changed suddenly, and she hurriedly explained, "No... It’s not like that, it’s really not like that... I... I just saw that Melody’s hair was messy and wanted to help her tidy it up."

"Melody Thorne, I’m going to fight you," Ellie, furious, was about to lunge at her, her image as a lady be damned. When had she ever suffered such a silent loss!

"Enough!" A man’s furious yet calm voice suddenly echoed in the hall, accompanied by an overwhelming pressure that made everyone’s hearts clench and spines shiver.

"Mr. Thorne, since they are the Thorne sisters, women just playing around, there’s no need to make a fuss in my hall, is there?" Jared Quinn’s cold face was covered in a layer of ice.

"Yes, yes," Terence hastily replied twice.

"Fire everyone present here today who was just watching the show," Jared Quinn said as he turned to leave.

"Understood."

"Mr. Thorne, about today’s discussion?" Terence’s voice was filled with alarm as he watched the man leave.

"Mr. Thorne, please take your daughter home first, Mr. Quinn has a meeting to attend," Simon spoke up.

Terence was instantly furious; he had waited a whole month for the opportunity to collaborate with Quinn Corporation, and now it was flying away!

Melody saw that the commotion was over, and since it had nothing to do with her anymore, she turned to leave. But a cold breeze brushed past, and her arm was grabbed by a large hand, pulling her into the elevator.

Ellie’s eyes widened in shock as she watched, Jared Quinn actually pulled Melody into the elevator with him!!!
