"Madara, wait for me!" Hashirama Senju cried out, seeing Uchiha Madara charging towards the Ten-Tails. He quickly followed, though he didn't know what his best friend intended to do. He would never let Madara face danger alone. Behind them, the Sage of Six Paths watched impassively, with no intention of stopping them. As long as he held Uchiha Izuna's soul, no matter how powerful Madara became, he would remain a puppet. When Madara became the Ten-Tails' jinchuriki, he would simply illuminate Izuna's soul, and Madara would obey. No one can escape my grasp!

Konoha Village...

"Sister Samui, the dead cannot return. Don't be too sad." Samui was inconsolable. The clone sent to the Hidden Rain Village had returned, bearing the grim news of Atsui's death. Kagami and his other wives gathered around her, trying to offer comfort. But Samui, learning that her only brother had been killed by a ninja from his own village, wept uncontrollably.

At that moment, Kagami received a new memory from his clone in the Hidden Rain Village. After processing the information, his lips curled into a cold, grim smile. He was thinking of how brutal he would be with those who made her Samui sad.

"Just as I suspected, the old man Six Paths is behind all this!" Based on the analysis, he deduced that the Sage had almost finished gathering all nine Tailed Beasts, and the Ten-Tails would soon be resurrected. He knew that it wouldn't be long before the Sage led a massive force to confront him.

"I wonder who the Sage will choose to become the Ten-Tails' jinchuriki? Obito? Madara? Or will he do it himself?" Kagami held no regard for the ordinary shinobi. However, the Sage himself, or a Madara empowered by the Ten-Tails, would certainly warrant his full attention. But only his seriousness. His current strength was leagues beyond what it had been a month ago. He was confident he could face both the Sage's clone and a Six Paths-level Madara simultaneously and win. As for Obito... even as the Ten-Tails' jinchuriki, Obito wouldn't be a threat. His Space Slash was not ninjutsu, so the Yin-Yang Release could not negate it. Obito would be defenseless. Unless, of course, Obito awakened his Rinnegan, which would greatly enhance his Kamui. But with Obito's paltry Hashirama cells, the probability of him awakening the Rinnegan was almost zero. And knowing Uchiha Madara's character, there was no way he would willingly give his Rinnegan to anyone. Without his own Rinnegan, Obito couldn't even suppress the Ten-Tails, let alone become its jinchuriki. Therefore, Kagami was ninety-nine percent certain that Uchiha Madara would be the one to become the Ten-Tails' jinchuriki.

Kagami looked at the crying Samui, a pang of heartache in his chest. "Don't cry, Samui. You are carrying our child. Baby will be sad if you are sad."

Samui's eyes, red and swollen with tears, suddenly filled with fierce hatred. "My dear, I beg you, avenge Atsui!" She had always considered the Hidden Cloud her family, even contemplating how to help them through her identity as Kagami's wife. But they had murdered her brother. Now, only hatred remained for them. She wanted to sever all ties and make them pay.

Kagami nodded with sincere feelings. "Don't worry, I will definitely kill those responsible for Atsui's death." Atsui's death was, in a way, tied to him. If Atsui hadn't tried to warn him, he wouldn't have been killed. Ultimately, it was the Sage of Six Paths' instigation that had led to Atsui's demise. So, even if Samui hadn't asked, he would have killed the Sage and the shinobi from the four great villages.

After comforting his wives, Kagami immediately summoned the clan leaders of Konoha and ordered them to prepare their forces to accompany him to the Land of Rain. He had no intention of waiting for the Sage and his army in Konoha. The coming battle would be fierce, and he preferred to move the battlefield far away from his home. If Konoha were to be accidentally destroyed, his wives, pregnant as they were, would be forced to travel, which was not ideal. Therefore, the battlefield had to be elsewhere.

More importantly, he knew his enemies were preparing. He wouldn't give them more time. While he believed he would be invincible no matter how strong they became, he wouldn't be arrogant enough to simply watch them grow. It would be foolish to allow his enemies to prepare fully before confronting them. Since he now knew their plans, he would strike pre-emptively. Though he might not be able to prevent the Ten-Tails' resurrection entirely, he could at least catch them off guard.

Following Kagami's orders, the major ninja clans assembled thousands of shinobi and set off towards the Land of Rain. He wasn't bringing them as cannon fodder; he alone was enough for this battle. He simply wanted to broaden their horizons, to show them his true power so they would understand their place and serve him without question. He wanted to intimidate them. After all, if he fought alone against thousands, it wouldn't be as impactful. And he intended to annihilate all his opponents this time. Such a battle, one man against an army, needed witnesses. He wanted them to record it, to spread the legend of his invincibility. Also the reason he brought them was because who doesn't like to boss around to their underlings.

As for his wives, he ordered them to remain in Konoha, resting and focusing on their pregnancies. For their safety, he erected an incredibly powerful, indestructible barrier around the palace, binding it to his will. As the King of Curses, Sukuna's barrier techniques were peerless, as evidenced by his own unique domain expansion. With Sukuna's power amplified tenfold, the effectiveness of Kagami's barrier was unimaginable. Apart from himself, virtually no one in the entire ninja world could break it. To prevent any accidents, he also left ten shadow clones behind to protect his ladies. He had no worries.

At the very moment Kagami set off with his army, their movements were detected by White Zetsu, who was lurking near Konoha. He immediately prepared to relay the information to Black Zetsu and Obito.
