After driving for a while, the convoy maintained a speed of about 120 km/h, which wasn't fast. Jimmy called Lee, "Lee, why not stop them?"

Lee: "The officers up front haven't been trained for the PIT maneuver. They're waiting for FHP support."

Jimmy: "Uh, that's not right. We were trained for this at Quantico. Get on it!"

Lee: "None of us have experience, and the car isn't equipped with a crash bar."

Jimmy: "Fxxk, I'll do it. Notify the front to clear the number one spot for me."

Jimmy had had enough, a bunch of police cars and the FBI escorting the suspect up front was just wasting time.

Jimmy changed lanes and floored the gas, even without a crash bar, he could still PIT, having quite a bit of experience already, he couldn't stand it any longer.

As he moved to the front, his phone rang, "Jimmy, the FHP is here, catching up from behind."

Jimmy: "Let's see the opportunity." He hung up the phone and charged ahead. Although it was a rental car, he might have to pay for damages, but he really couldn't stand this car chase scene.

Up ahead there was an ambulance in front, with a silver Ford Mustang behind it, and they weren't going fast. The Mustang also wasn't using its speed advantage to escape, which was very odd.

Because of the distance, Jimmy couldn't see the people inside the ambulance up front, but there was only a driver in the Ford Mustang, and its speed wasn't fast at all, posing no difficulty.

Jimmy turned on his car's hazard lights, inserted himself in front of the number one police car, which slightly decelerated, creating some distance from Jimmy. It was a two-way four-lane road, with a greenbelt in the middle, and Jimmy had just caught up from the side emergency lane.

The traffic ahead was decent, not too many cars, and with the sirens blaring from behind, they all shifted to the right lane, indicating a right turn and slowing down to yield.

Jimmy didn't wait any longer, he cut to the left inner lane side, caught up with the Mustang, used his own front bumper to push against the Mustang's left rear corner, slightly turned his steering wheel to the right, accelerated forward nudging the Mustang off course a bit, then immediately straightened his own direction, directly pushing the Mustang sideways, spinning and crashing into the central divider.

Jimmy didn't brake hard but rather slowly decelerated forward, checking the results of his PIT from the rear-view mirror. Fortunately, the Mustang was successfully stopped. The police cars behind bypassed the stopped Mustang, continuing to chase the ambulance ahead, and the subsequent police cars stopped and pointed their guns at the Mustang's driver.

Jimmy slowed to a safe speed, pulled over to the right side of the road, as the police cars sped past his vehicle chasing the ambulance up front. Jimmy turned around, as the driver was already pulled out of the car by the police, a young African-American covered in tattoos.

Are Florida's police always this bold? Jimmy got out and walked over, "Guys, how's it going?"

"No weapons, all clear. Buddy, you did great!" The officer searching the driver turned to Jimmy and gave a compliment.

Jimmy: "Thanks. Lee, is it him?"

Lee didn't respond, directly shoving the driver against the police car, pressed his head next to the driver's, "Who are you? Who shot at the hospital?"

The driver, face against the car, awkwardly said, "I don't know anything, I was just paid to follow the ambulance up front. I don't know anything!"

Lee pulled the driver by the shirt and glared at him, "Bullshit, tell the truth."

Driver: "It's the truth, someone found me this morning, paid me to drive the car following the ambulance, and the car isn't mine."

Lee slammed the driver onto the car: "Fxxk! Keep chasing the ambulance up front. Cuff him."

Lee left the driver to the police, got into his car, and started chasing the ambulance. Jimmy was speechless, realizing they were tricked; since this driver was hired, then the ambulance up front...

The Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) had also joined the chase, and because Jimmy had turned back to check on the driver, he was now at the back of the convoy with Lee, unable to see the situation up front. But with the FHP hounds on scene, the car up front basically had no way to escape.

The ambulance was still fleeing ahead, but ambulances generally couldn't go too fast, so there was no risk of losing sight. The only problem was the model of the ambulance, making it impossible for the FHP cruisers to PIT it, they could only follow or block it from the front.

However, the FBI had reported that the suspect had shot an FBI agent, was an armed suspect, and for safety reasons, the FHP personnel didn't dare just rush ahead to block it.

Lee was really furious, maybe realizing there was an issue with the ambulance up front, or didn't want Jimmy to take the spotlight again. After catching up with the police cars, Lee immediately overtook them and came to the ambulance's left side.

He turned the steering wheel, pressing against the side of the ambulance, forcing it by applying side pressure, ultimately causing it to veer to the right off the road, and Lee began zigzagging on the road, finally losing control and crashing into the ditch on the roadside where he came to a halt.

Lee's driving skills were really impressive, even though he claimed to have no experience, the maneuver just now successfully stopped the ambulance. Jimmy watched his operation from behind, feeling very tense.

This sedan crashing into the heavier ambulance would most likely be knocked off course and lose control, but the final result was good, the ambulance driver was evidently inexperienced in such situations and made a steering error.

All the police and FBI vehicles stopped, with one car rushing forward to check on Lee's condition.
