CHAPTER 30: CHAPTER 30: DAHLIA KENSINGTON ABUSES RONNIE

Blackwood family.

"Brat, just like your mother, you deserve to die!"

Dahlia Kensington found Ronnie a constant eyesore. Today, with Sebastian Blackwood on a business trip, she seized the chance to vent her resentment on the child.

Ronnie should have called Dahlia "Auntie," but since childhood, Dahlia had never shown any kindness to her or Ivy Kensington. As a result, Ronnie always called her: "Witch! If you bully me, I’ll tell Daddy."

Dahlia was even more furious: "You little brat, stand still, I’m going to tear your mouth apart."

She hated being called a witch the most!

Ronnie stuck out her butt at her and made a face: "Then chase me, if you can’t catch me, you’ll turn into an old witch, hehe."

Upon hearing this, Dahlia was about to get up when Mrs. Langley came in with breakfast for Ronnie’s room.

"Madam, Ronnie’s breakfast."

Ronnie happened to run over, hugging Mrs. Langley’s leg in a pitiful voice: "Grandma Langley, she bullied me, boohoo, poor Ronnie..."

Lately, Mrs. Langley had also witnessed Dahlia’s "double life" — gentle and generous in front of Sebastian, but harsh and mean in private.

Hearing this, Mrs. Langley instinctively protected Ronnie, who quickly hid behind her and continued making faces at Dahlia.

Dahlia was furious; this little brat was born to torment her.

Seeing the steaming porridge bowl, Dahlia had an idea and commanded Mrs. Langley: "You leave, I’ll feed her."

"Madam, you are..."

Mrs. Langley was stunned. Did the madam have such a considerate side?

"I said I’ll do it, now go."

Dahlia shouted impatiently; she was about to properly deal with Ronnie.

After all, Mrs. Langley was just a caretaker and didn’t dare to defy Dahlia’s wishes, so she handed the porridge bowl over to her.

Once Mrs. Langley left, Dahlia placed the steaming porridge bowl on the table.

"Come here, drink it yourself."

Ronnie pouted and refused to move.

This bad woman, she was obviously up to no good!

Ronnie immediately tiptoed to reach for the door, but Dahlia was quicker, delivering a slap to Ronnie’s butt, her long nails dug in as she sneered, "Rude child, today I’ll teach you some manners."

"Hurry up and drink it!"

Dahlia forced the porridge bowl to Ronnie’s mouth.

"It’s hot..."

Ronnie was scalded and shrank back, refusing to drink. Her little foot kicked out, landing straight on Dahlia’s nose.

Dahlia’s nose was nearly kicked crooked, and although Ronnie was quite smart, she was just a three-year-old and no match for Dahlia’s strength, soon being restrained.

"I’ll burn you up."

While cursing, Dahlia pinched Ronnie’s cheeks, forcing her to drink the porridge.

"Hot, bad woman!"

Ronnie shouted loudly.

Just at that moment, Old Madam Blackwood entered the room.

The little one’s voice was loud, and the old madam immediately heard it, "Mrs. Langley, is that Ronnie calling?"

The old madam sat in a wheelchair, unable to move her lower body, covered with a thin blanket.

Mrs. Langley hesitated, unsure if she should answer. After all, Dahlia was Mrs. Blackwood, and she didn’t dare to gossip behind her back.

The old madam snorted coldly: "If you don’t say, I’ll see for myself who’s daring to bully the one I want to protect!"

Upstairs.

Dahlia was still unaware of the old madam’s arrival and had forced Ronnie to drink half a bowl of porridge.

Ronnie’s lips had already been blistered from the heat, but Dahlia was not any better. Her clothes were a mess, and her face had several little footprints from Ronnie.

"You little brat, today I’ll drive you out of the Blackwood family."

Dahlia cursed, trying to grab Ronnie again to punish her when suddenly —

"Who are you calling a little brat!?"

A sharp rebuke rang out, startling Dahlia into a shiver.
