Only after the Vinsmoke family's figures disappeared at the end of the square did the massive figure finally gather enough courage to cautiously approach with two ministers.

It was Neptune, King of the Ryugu Kingdom on Fish-Man Island.

"Fleet Admiral Orion." Neptune's voice was booming, yet carried a slight tremor now.

His enormous body bent deeply before Orion, almost forming a ninety-degree angle, while the two ministers behind him prostrated completely on the ground.

"Please accept the most sincere gratitude from our Ryugu Kingdom!" Neptune's voice was filled with emotion and relief.

"Though I don't know what your original intention was, you've ultimately fulfilled Queen Otohime's lifelong dream that she couldn't accomplish in her entire life!"

Queen Otohime's dying wish was for the fish-men to live under true sunlight and coexist peacefully with humans.

This dream had seemed incredibly distant in the past, even mocked by countless people as pure fantasy.

But now, Orion had turned this dream into tangible reality with just one meeting and one command.

Orion waved his hand dismissively, his tone calm.

"The blueprint for global harmony cannot lack the piece that is Fish-Man Island. This is what I want to do - it has nothing to do with Queen Otohime!"

"Of course, your sincerity and gratitude are well deserved by me!"

"Though I've never met Queen Otohime, in another sense, we could be considered people with shared ideals! The only difference is that she worked for Fish-Man Island, while I work for the entire world!"

Neptune's massive body trembled slightly.

He lifted his head and looked at this young yet decisive Marine Fleet Admiral, his heart surging with overwhelming waves.

Once again, he gained a deeper understanding of this Fleet Admiral.

Just as he had seen and heard, what filled Orion's heart was never personal gain, but rather striving for a bright future for all people worldwide!

He bowed deeply once more.

Then, his face showed a father's worry and earnestness as he said somewhat awkwardly.

"Fleet Admiral Orion, I have one more presumptuous request."

Neptune chose his words carefully.

"The residents of Fish-Man Island will complete their relocation within three months. It's a massive project, and our royal family must also move to the Holy Land. However, during the relocation process, we might be attacked by a villain."

He sighed, his face full of helplessness and anger.

"A fellow named Vander Decken IX has been coveting my daughter Shirahoshi for years, constantly throwing weapons at her from afar to harass her. We've been unable to defend against it effectively."

"Vander Decken IX? I know of this man!"

"As you wish, I'll send someone to eliminate him."

Orion said this as casually as discussing the weather. "You can return and prepare for the relocation with peace of mind."

The reason he agreed so readily wasn't entirely to do Neptune a favor.

There was also Princess Shirahoshi.

Because Princess Shirahoshi was the mermaid princess born only once every eight hundred years who could communicate with the Sea Kings - the legendary ancient weapon, Poseidon, the queen of countless Sea Kings throughout the boundless seas.

"Thank you, Fleet Admiral! A thousand thanks!"

With Orion's promise, Neptune felt as if a massive boulder that had weighed on his heart for over a decade had finally been lifted.

After repeatedly expressing his gratitude, he turned and departed with his deeply moved ministers.

Orion did not linger either.

After instructing the Marine officer stationed at the holy land to arrange accommodations for the still-waiting King of Alabasta and his entourage, he headed straight toward the deepest part of Pangaea Castle.

.....

Flower Chamber.

The moment Orion stepped into this sea of flowers, he was greeted by a scene that nearly made him chuckle.

Beside the originally vibrant and colorful flowerbed, a small patch of barren vegetable plot had been cleared at some point.

At that moment, two small figures were squatting there, thoroughly engrossed in their play.

"Aqua, look! This is our Alabasta palace!"

Vivi proudly pointed at the mud pile in front of her.

Her originally fair little face was now smeared like a messy kitten, with several strands of her blue hair stained brown by mud.

She was diligently building the palace from her memory with mud.

Though crooked and uneven, the distinctive architecture carried some resemblance.

Beside her, Aqua clearly had no interest in architecture.

Wielding a small hoe thicker than her arm, she was happily digging away, collapsing the city walls Vivi had just built with each swing before giggling with delight.

"No! Aqua, you're digging in the wrong place!"

"Hehe, this is fun!"

A twelve year-old princess still carrying childish innocence, and a naive young child - both covered in mud yet smiling brighter than the sunshine.

Watching the two playing with mud, Orion revealed a faint smile.

He didn't disturb this rare childhood joy, instead walking directly through the sea of flowers toward a pavilion deep within.

Inside the pavilion, Imu was reclining on a soft couch, holding an ancient-looking magic book in her hands, reading with great interest.

Only when Orion sat down opposite her did she slowly put down the book and lift those dark red eyes that seemed to perceive all things.

"What are your intentions keeping Alabasta's princess here?" Orion got straight to the point without any pleasantries.

Imu didn't answer immediately, silently picking up the red tea beside her.

Lifting a corner of her veil, she took a gentle sip before speaking slowly.

"Mu just wants to understand a truth through her."

"A truth?" Orion raised an eyebrow. "What truth could a twelve year-old girl possibly know?"

Imu paused briefly, tacitly acknowledging Orion's point.

Then she said calmly, "Originally intended to send her away, but Aqua seems to really like her."

Orion understood and couldn't be bothered to expose her little scheme, instead laying the cards on the table.

"Are you doubting the identity of Queen Nefertari Lily from eight hundred years ago?"

Imu looked up, meeting Orion's gaze, before finally nodding gently.

Seeing her like this, Orion suddenly laughed.

"No need to doubt."

He leaned forward slightly, looking into Imu's dark red eyes.

"I can clearly tell you the answer - Lily was also a D."

"Her full name is Nefertari D. Lily."

Imu's fingers gripping the teacup tightened abruptly.

But Orion acted as if he didn't notice her suddenly changed expression and continuing.

"Whether it's D or Nika, these are just dust of history. As long as I'm here, you have nothing to worry about - just lie flat!"

"As for whether this world will head toward a new cycle of reincarnation, I can't guarantee."

"But one day, I will lead this world toward true great harmony!"

"When that time comes, after being trapped in this world for so many years, would you be willing to follow this me and try opening the space-time gate to play in other worlds?"

"Hmm?" Imu suddenly looked up. "You actually have such ability?"

Orion smiled and said, "My abilities are entirely dependent on this world's power ceiling! The moment this world's limit is broken might be the moment when I depart!"

Hearing this, Imu blinked thoughtfully.

Orion's words were easy to understand.

It was just like contained Devil Fruit energy—when the vessel reaches its critical point, the contained Devil Fruit energy would depart.
