When the wrestler appeared, Garp immediately shifted his gaze from Ikki and fixed it on the newcomer.

"Oh, it’s this guy again?" Garp grumbled.

The wrestler, for his part, looked at Garp with a helpless expression. It felt like Garp was the only person he ever faced in this world. Well, there were a few CP0 agents too, but Garp appeared far more frequently, and the cost of dealing with him seemed to increase every single time.

"I wonder how much it’ll be this time!" the wrestler mused.

Just as Ikki was about to pay, the wrestler stopped him. "Brother! You’ve spent so much with me. I’ve got to give you a discount. The first throw’s on me!"

Ikki, who had just pulled out a wad of Berry, was stunned. He thought to himself, "This guy’s usually so obsessed with money. Why’s he being so generous?"

Of course, Ikki wasn’t one to refuse a freebie, so he stayed silent.

With that, the wrestler approached Garp, who, in turn, ripped off his shirt, revealing his impressively muscular upper body.

"It’s been a long time, little one!" Garp boomed.

"I don’t think it’s been that long, old man," the wrestler retorted before charging at Garp.

Garp was more than ready. As the wrestler closed in, Garp moved with incredible speed, appearing beside him in an instant. He grabbed one of the wrestler’s arms and, with an over-the-shoulder throw, slammed him to the ground.

After sending the wrestler sprawling, Garp put his hands on his hips and laughed, "Hahahahaha! Offense truly is the best defense!"

The wrestler lay motionless for a moment, completely disoriented. This was the first time since his creation that a mere human had taken him down. However, instead of anger, the wrestler felt a surge of excitement.

He had a unique ability: if he was "counter-killed" or taken down first, it triggered a critical hit. This critical hit didn’t boost his own attack power—he could already take down any enemy with 100% certainty. Instead, it targeted his employer’s wallet.

Garp had successfully knocked down the wrestler, which meant that for the next period, Ikki would have to pay double the usual amount.

Ikki hadn’t expected Garp to be so formidable right from the start, taking down the wrestler so quickly. But he relaxed as he watched the wrestler pick himself up.

Garp was pleased with his swift victory. He was about to use the same move again, but the wrestler gave him no such chance. The wrestler’s speed dramatically increased. He instantly wrapped his arms around one of Garp’s legs, and with a powerful heave, brought Garp crashing to the ground.

After executing the throw, the wrestler turned to Ikki, extending his hand. "You can recharge now!" he said.

"Haha, no problem!" Ikki replied. "It’s not easy watching Mr. Garp. Two million Berry for five throws? You can throw him down five times!"

As he spoke, Ikki topped up his account with ten million Berry.

Upon receiving the money, the wrestler shrugged. "Nope. Ten million Berry only gets you one throw."

Ikki stared. "Hey! Are you kidding me? Even if Garp got stronger, he wouldn’t suddenly be five times stronger, right?"

"No, no, no..." The wrestler shook his head. "His price went up to five million, and because he just threw me once, it triggered a critical hit."

Hearing the wrestler’s explanation, Ikki’s heart sank. A critical hit was one thing, but why did it have to target the employer? Now Ikki understood why the wrestler had offered the first throw for free. It was a test of Garp’s current "price." The wrestler had likely been worried that charging upfront would lead to collection issues and damage his credibility.

A helpless Ikki could only pull out another forty million Berry and hand it to the wrestler. Throwing Garp down five times should surely calm him down... Though, regardless of how Garp felt, Ikki’s wallet was certainly feeling a lot "calmer" now.

This wasn’t Garp’s first time witnessing the wrestler’s peculiar transactions with Ikki. When he heard that his "wrestling price" was ten million Berry, he burst into laughter.

"Hahahahaha! It seems my worth is several times higher than even Sengoku’s!" Garp declared.

As soon as Garp finished speaking, the wrestler, having completed his transaction, moved with that same incredible speed. He executed a back throw, then a leg throw, then an over-the-shoulder throw... After throwing Garp five times in a row, his job was done.

Being thrown five times consecutively left Garp a little disoriented. He had been trying his best to defend himself, yet he was still taken down repeatedly.

"It seems my core strength still isn’t strong enough!" Garp muttered.

After the transaction was complete, Ikki dismissed the wrestler. Then he approached Garp with a smile. "Mr. Garp, what’s going on? Have you had enough?"

Garp glanced at Ace, then turned to Ikki. "Tell me, why did you bring Ace’s mother here?"

"Haha! I didn’t bring her here; Ace did! After all, this is where Ace grew up; it’s his hometown. He feels more at ease having his mother here!" Ikki explained. He silently omitted the other reason: "It’s safer with Garp here!"

Hearing this, Garp nodded. "Then let her stay and live in Windmill Village!" He then looked at Ikki, his voice deepening. "Can you find a way to get Ace into the Private Marines?"

As a close friend of Sengoku, Garp was well aware of Sengoku’s vision: the Private Marines would gradually become the mainstream. Sengoku had even considered joining them after he and Garp retired.

"That’s... I don’t have the confidence to get him into the Private Marines," Ikki admitted. The main reason Ace was still with the Straw Hats was because Sabo hadn’t regained his memories yet! For Ace, the Whitebeard Pirates also held a very important place in his heart.

"Is that so? But you should try your best to get Ace into the Private Marines! As long as he joins them, I’ll have Sengoku pull some strings, and he can get rid of his pirate identity!"

Ace’s identity was extremely sensitive. Garp knew that sooner or later, his identity as the Pirate King’s son would be exposed! It would be fine if Ace wasn’t a pirate, but if he was the Pirate King’s son and a pirate... then Garp had no idea how he’d save his grandson’s life.

Ikki understood Garp’s concerns. Garp had always wanted Ace to become a Marine, precisely because he feared the exposure of Ace’s identity. However, in Ikki’s view, the issue of Ace’s identity was no longer as critical. After all, Blackbeard had been captured.

When Ikki returned to the Whitebeard Pirates, even if Whitebeard chose to overlook Blackbeard’s betrayal due to family ties, his commanders would undoubtedly kill Blackbeard!
