CHAPTER 75: CHAPTER 74: TAKE HIM ON!

Sienna thought for a moment, holding onto a bit of luck: "So, you’re saying you finished showering at twelve-thirty, then went back to work until two before going to sleep?"

"How could I work after drinking that much?"

The implication was that before he went to bed last night, he spent at least an hour and a half with her while she was asleep?

What exactly did he do during that hour and a half?

Sienna felt like she had been struck with a heavy blow, too shocked to speak.

She climbed two steps, sat down across from Simon Forrester, and calmed herself down before asking, "So why was I in your bed last night? And in that hour and a half before you went to sleep, did you do anything to me?"

Simon Forrester finally looked up and glanced at her, but it was a very indifferent glance that didn’t linger on her face, and he quickly lowered his eyes back to the tablet.

He said, "I tried several times to tell you to go back to your room to sleep, but you ignored me, so I later found a blanket to cover you with. That’s why I didn’t sleep until two. And once I fell asleep, I have no idea how you ended up in my bed."

Sienna looked at him suspiciously, thinking: This alibi is watertight!

She didn’t comment immediately but quietly retreated to the master bedroom, and indeed saw a thin quilt tossed on the chaise lounge...

"Oh god! Could it really be that I crawled into his bed myself?" Sienna began to doubt herself.

A moment later, she shook her head and completely denied it: "Impossible! Why would I crawl into his bed? If I were to crawl anywhere, it should be back to my room... Damn it, I have no memory of this at all! So annoying!"

She alternated between pulling her hair and knocking on her head, unable to accept this outcome.

She had initially planned to take the opportunity to scold Simon Forrester, but now it seemed like she was the one who had climbed into his bed. How could she face Simon Forrester in the future?

After thinking for a long time, she decided to see Simon Forrester out the door first and then call Maeve to come and keep her company.

Since Simon Forrester wasn’t going to work because of a headache, she went to her room to find the medicine she used for headaches and handed it to him. He took the medicine but didn’t immediately take it; instead, he looked up the name on the packaging on his phone before swallowing it with warm water.

Sienna threw him a sidelong glance and muttered, "It’s not going to poison you! What good would it do me to poison you?"

Simon Forrester heard her, gave her a sideways look, and smiled faintly: "How do I know you wouldn’t kill me to eliminate evidence because you failed to sexually harass me last night?"

"I just went to the wrong door while sleepwalking; I was supposed to go back to my room," Sienna protested, "Besides, why would I harass you? Do you really think you have such a great body?"

"If it’s not great, why did you look like you wanted to eat my abs last night?"

Sienna’s expression changed.

The first time they met, when he was naked, his perfect butt, and last night in the bathroom helping to undress him, she saw his smooth skin, perfect abs, and V-line...

She instinctively swallowed, both annoyed and embarrassed, yet her breath was uneven. But instinct drove her to quickly respond to Simon Forrester’s teasing: "So you were pretending to be drunk last night?"

"You’ve never been drunk?" Simon Forrester smiled lightly, "Alcohol numbs the cerebellum, causing uncoordinated movements, but it doesn’t affect memory. So generally, drunk people actually remember everything."

By this point, Sienna was really speechless, but a voice in her head was roaring: "Don’t back down! Confront him!"

She calmed herself down, and her tone suddenly changed, sweet and soft: "Praising your abs is like when you’re hungry for half a day, and someone suddenly brings a steaming bowl of noodles in front of you. Out of basic courtesy, you should sincerely say to the person, ’This bowl of noodles looks really delicious,’ right?"
