    Orphanage

    "You know how to act already, right?" Clyde said sternly, he won''t allow even the slightest bit of mistake to be committed just because a certain someone is being careless

    "I know, I know, I have to wait for the chance to almost went on a rampage but instantly calming down after you try to calm me down. You don''t have to repeat it, I already heard you thousands of times before!" Ryden replied with a frown

    This attitude of his always make Clyde incensed. Aren''t their lives on the line on what they were doing? Why is Ryden making it sound like Clyde was being a big nuisance in his life?

    In annoyance, Clyde kick his husband. "Damn you!" He cursed before managing his facial expressions and urging Ryden to head out of the carriage first

    As usual, Ryden was the first one to go down the carriage and he hold out his hand for his wife to hold

    Clyde was helped by his husband in going down the carriage and a medium size building appeared in his line of vision

    The orphanage''s building doesn''t look rundown and in the brink of collapsing but it also was not in a very good condition

    After all, there are more evil and selfish people in the world than kind hearted ones that has the heart to donate money for the orphanage to use to the children they don''t even know

    As Ryden and Clyde''s arrival was already down to the orphanage''s director, he had the children line up orderly outside the orphanage

    The director should have been glad for a Princr and his consort''s visit as almost all of the time, it would mean that they woild receive a huge donation

    However, because of the rumors about Ryden these past few weeks, the director don''t have the heart to be happy

    After all, if Ryden were to go on a rampage while in the orphanage, who could possibly stop him? No one in the orphanage can do so

    However, contrary to the director and the nannies, the children are purer

    Although they were warned by the director and their nannies, after seeing the Prince and his consort''s appearance was, their pure hearts dont think that such good looking people could hurt anyone

    Clyde and Ryden were simply just too attractive. If they want, they could have even become a model or celebrity back on earth

    Now that they are standing together, they even complimented each other. Not to mention, both of them have kind smile on their faces, even Ryden

    After all, Ryden outside battle is an outgoing man. He wasn''t scary at all and Clyde wants to preserve that for their future plans

    "W-welcome, Y-Your Highnesses!" The director greeted nervously

    Even if Ryden aren''t insane just like what the rumors said, offending a Royal is still a grave crime

    No commoners would not feel fear and nervousness when in front of royals

    With the director taking the lead, the children that are around twenty or so along with the two nannies also bowed their heads to give their own greetings

    Most Royals have overbearing personality but not Ryde

    "No need to be too formal" he said while waving his hand

    "We thanked Your Highness for gracing us your presence!" Although Ryden already said that there is no need to he overly formal, the director still wouldn''t dare drop the formalities

    He could only do his best to be as polite as possible so that Ryden wouldn''t have an episode in the orphanage

    "It is not I that you should be thanking for but my wife. He nag and nag at me to let him visit an orphanage and help the kids in there" Ryden said with a sigh while giving Clyde a white lotus halo

    Hearing that, the director and the nannies'' eyes lit up and they glance at the Princess Consort

    Looking at Clyde, he certainly looks like someone that is overly kind. The type of person that is selfless and would care for poor and parentlss children

    To hear that Clyde wants to help the children made the director and nannies very happy

    It was not everyday that someone would care the children in the orphanage and they alway badly needed donations

    "The Princess is indeed as kind as we have heard. Please come inside and please forgive the meager refreshments we could offer" the director said and with that, everyone head inside the orphanage

    However, children are children. One curious child stared at Clyde with adoration in his eyes

    It was not every day that he could see such a good looking person

    As such, the omega child with his agile feet run towards Clyde and tugs the man''s clothes

    "Brother, you are really really beautiful!" The child genuinely complimented with his pure eyes

    His actions gave the orphanage stuff a big scare and the thing that they are afraid of really happened

    The air suddenly turned chilly as Ryden''s coutenance turned dark. He releases an oppressive aura that frightened everyone

    His whole body was trembling from visible rage as if he would attack everyone any moment from now

    "How dare you run to my wife like that! What if you accidentally hurt him?!" His tone was very chilly, seeping into everyone''s bones

    He even raise his hand as if he wants to hit the poor child but Clyde immediately stops him

    "H-husband, don''t. The child didn''t mean any harm!" Clyde shielded the already terrified kid with his body

    After seeing his wife''s face, it was as if Ryden wasn''t just in the brink of exploding

    His dark countenance turned as bright as the sun. Instead of hitting the child, his raised hand merely caresses his wife''s face

    "You are really too gentle" Ryden said with a sigh as if Clyde''s kindness is a big headache for him

    It''s like the Ryden that releases such a murderous aura didn''t exist due to how fast his expression changes

    Turns out that the rumors are far from being wrong! It was the truth!

    His Highness really has become insane. After all, even if the child''s actions would anger Royals and Nobles, it was not the point that they would release killing intent

    At most they would be angry but not angry enough to send the kid in the afterlife

    Fortunately, the Princess Consort was there. The rumors about him being

    able to calm down the raging Prince turns out to be true

    But of course, this was all just for show. Clyde is 100% sure that even if there is no one watching him and Ryden''s movements, their every action while still in the orphanage would be known by people with enough means

    Ryden already showed a completely harmless side of him. If that is the only thing he can show then the rumors that they work hard to spread might be proven wrong and if that happens, their protective talisman would also vanish

    "Kid, don''t run on someone like that again. You might accidentally hurt them" Ryden said gently as if he didn''t made the kid almost wet his pants

    "T-this was because of our lack of g-guidance. P-please forgive our inability, Your Highness!" The director said fearfully while wiping the sweat that gathered at his forehead

    He really thought that the child would get killed if not for Clyde stopping his husband

    "L-let''s just go inside" Clyde said awkwardly

    While Ryden doesn''t show any reaction to him almost having an episode, it was his wife that felt ashamed on his behalf

    The group continued entering the orphanage again and Clyde immediately went to play with the kids

    The orphanage only has few toys as the management would rather use the donations for money than for the things that would entertain the kids

    Even then, that didn''t hinder Clyde from playing with the kids for hours and with his kind personality, every kid in the orphanage loves him

    "Your Highness seems to be really good with kids" the director praised and Clyde smiled at him

    "I like how lively they are!" He replied with a smile

    "Right. Even though they lost their parents at a young age, they can still afford to be happy and lively like these" the director agreed and his words seemingly saddened Clyde

    "Yeah, that is the case when they are still kids. They only need to play and eat" he said with a sigh before he became curious

    "When they grow up, what they do?"

    The director was still thinking about what he should do to once again lift Clyde''s spirits

    Thankfully, Clyde himself already changes the topic and the director gave him the answer to his question

    "Since we don''t have anyone in the orphanage that have skills they can pass on to the kids, almost all of them would do some odd jobs here and there when they became an adult. If they are lucky enough, they might even be hired as a servant from a Noble House"
