CHAPTER 903: TAUROS CHARGE

When the enemies were taunted by the move, others would freely attack those Pokemon, but they must have trained a lot in this process too. Togetic, who had a passive move called ’Feelings’, could tell the intent of enemy Pokemon, and due to this passive move, it would predict the attacks of others.

Aerodactyl would also use the move ’Wide guard’, which had been recently upgraded to further protect the team. Axel must commend Togekiss for focusing on defense more than offense.

Aerodactyl’s bite force had now become very deadly when its ’Devine teeth’ reached stage III. Others like Feraligatr and Lucario were also not to be underestimated. They were also a powerful force to deal with.

We do know that we will be facing Aegislash, a steel/ghost-type Pokemon, and that is all we know."

4 unknown variables, and there was also Hydreigon. This was going to be a very tough battle. Axel was not worried that those tier 3 king-rank Pokemon would beat them. He had powerful Pokemon under him to deal with them.

He was worried about the amount of destruction which they would cause to the team. They were tier 3 king-rank Pokemon, so he could not contend their destruction in a specific place.

"The night’s watch is not so tough right now. I think we have 2 hours between the night raid and the day raid. I want us to set up more traps. I know it would not affect much in the latter half of the tide battle, but everything counts.", said Axel.

Some suggestions were thrown out on how to deal with the final moment of the tide battle. Some of them were great ideas, like starting with steel and ground-type Pokemon to use moves like ’Stone Edge’ to defend against the incoming tide.

The meeting ended after a few hours, and it was already nighttime. So, Axel went to sleep.

The sun had not even risen up, and it was early 4 in the morning. Axel was fast asleep, and the night’s watch was going to be replaced by the day watch.

Axel woke up from the loud sound of the bell. He looked to the clock and noticed that it was around 4 a.m.

"SHIT!!!", he shouted and started to run up to the watchtower. He saw that Sam, Mia, Jin, and Krishna had also woken up by that time, and they were also running towards their respective position.

Axel went towards the tower as he saw the mayhem that was about to unfold. The number of Pokemon attacking them was very high, but that was not the problem that he was scared of.

The wild Pokemon that they were facing were under multiple leaders, and all of these leaders were king-rank Pokemon.

"How many king-rank Pokemon are we facing right now?" asked Axel.

"6 tier 1 king rank, 4 tier 2 king rank, and 1 tier 3 king rank Pokemon. The leader of this herd is Tauros, who is a tier 3 king-rank Pokemon.", reported Ashimta.

"So, all of them are attacking at the same time, huh? Bring it on. It is not that I am afraid of them.", said Axel with a loud voice. He got his phone and called Hector.

"Where are you?"

"Sir, I am at the front trying to stop their charge. They are very relentless. Especially, the herd of Tauros that are attacking us.", said Hector.

Hector seemed to have joined his position, too.

"How many Tauros are attacking us right now?", asked Axel.

"Sir, the number is very high. Around 3,000."

That was a lot of Tauros.

"Let’s send out our own group of Tauros.", said Axel decisively.

"Are you sure, sir? Our group only has around 500 Tauros and Bouffalant while they have 6 times our number."

"Don’t worry, I know that they can handle it. Also, send our flying-type Pokemon to assist them.", said Axel with a smile.

"Copy that."

The herd of Tauros that Axel was bragging about was the herd led by his own Tauros. Before the start of the tide battle, Tauros and its gang had come to Hakone city for the Blaze family Pokemon competition. At that time, Axel made a deal that Tauros and its gang could stay and protect Hakone city if they participated in this tide battle.

Tauros readily agreed, and its gang also didn’t have any problem regarding it.

Others might be worried that Tauros and its gang were dealing with 3000 opposing Tauros, but Axel was not so worried about it.
