"Fine, let's say what you said is true... What are you planning on doing about it now?" Muku relented and asked a hypothetical question.

Honestly, he 90% believed Jade since her "dreamy visions" kind of made sense considering the weird things that happened around them.

But since he wasn't completely sure, he couldn't commit to anything. And so, he decided to hear out Jade and know what she was planning.

"Hmm. Nothing for now since, like you said, we can't be sure yet. So, I'll let it flow until it's confirmed. If it's never confirmed, then we can forget about it. However, if it is confirmed... Then I guess I'll set out on a revenge mission with that golden ape being my target if it's still around. But honestly, I kinda hope it's not true since the bleeding sky part was horrible and that's not something I want to experience..." Jade replied calmly.

"Great plan. I support you... And yeah, I wouldn't want to see a bleeding sky either..." Muku supported Jade's way of handling things.

Which was obvious considering that that's how he also handled things. Was it wimpy? Yeah, probably. But it wasn't without reason.

The thing was, from Jade's description. It was obvious that the beings which starred in the visions were way beyond them in power. And the bleeding sky seemed to be even worse than that.

So, forcing a search for answers wouldn't only be incredibly hard without having a starting point and sufficient strength... It would also be extremely dangerous if they did manage to find something.

In fact, they weren't informed enough to even think about looking for answers. As they say, "let sleeping dogs lie". Their looking for answers might be what brings a catastrophe upon them all which they can't deal with.

Was that way of thinking a bit too pessimistic and extreme? Well yes, but it was also safe. Sure, from the visions, there seemed to be grudges which needed to be taken care of. But those were ethereal for the time being.

They weren't confirmed yet, so they lacked substance. Making them insufficient in motivating any radical actions. And it came back to strength again... Without strength. Nothing could be done. There would be no point in looking for answers only to get killed...

"Yeah. Let's focus on getting stronger for now. I think I can relax now that I've shared it with you... After all, if it's true. You're just as involved as I am... So knowing that I'm not alone is great" Jade replied calmly as she raised her hand into the air and formed a relaxed fist then opened it again like she was letting go of all her worries.

"Yeah. I guess you're right... Though I thought you would say your main agenda would be fixing the issue with your bloodline. Or did you forget that you can literally go berserk at any moment?" Muku replied with a wry smile.

He felt that Jade got too relaxed way too quickly...

"Oh no, I didn't forget. But that's not my problem now is it?" Jade replied in a relaxed voice as she brought her hand down.

"What do you mean? If it's not your problem then whose is it?" Muku asked confusedly.

However, he felt a terrible feeling rising in his heart as he thought about what Jade said.

"Hehe. Yours of course. I'm your girl aren't I? And if I could take care of it, I would have done so long ago don't you think? So yeah, I'll be in your care Honey" Jade continued speaking in her worry-free voice.

Then she started teasing Muku again by calling him "Honey" sweetly as she turned to look at him and hugged his arm lovingly.

"You brat! How dare you casually ditch your problems on me?! And when did I become your Honey? In fact, that doesn't matter. I want a divorce!" Muku exclaimed as he tried to pull his hand away but Jade wouldn't let go.

"I told you to stop calling me a brat damn it! And if you didn't want to be my Honey you should have refused me two years ago instead of being wishy-washy. Now it's too late. Whether you want to or not, you're my Honey and if you don't want the mother of your children to be a mindless Beast Empress then you'd better start looking for solutions! Divorce is out of the question! If you want to split, then the only way is for you to die right now!" Jade exclaimed spiritedly as she clung to Muku's hand like she had glued herself there.

Clearly, there was nothing Jade wouldn't dare say...

The two's struggle kept getting more and more intense until Muku was on top of the girl. Their faces were a few inches away from each other as they looked into each other in the eyes.

You know, like they do in those ecchi but extremely unrealistic anime scenes.

"W...what are you looking at?" Jade asked nervously as she noticed a familiar desire start to resurface in Muku's eyes...

"What do you think I'm doing?" Muku asked in a rough voice as he tried his hardest to hold on to his sanity.

"I don't know, that's why I'm asking you" Jade replied nervously again.

Her nervousness increased when she felt something hard pressing down on her stomach.

She couldn't help but gulp down some saliva as she immediately realised what it was.

Something immediately clicked in her mind... And that was that maybe teasing Muku in their current situation was a bad idea.

The man probably held himself back for years. So while he never showed any signs of breaking. That didn't mean he couldn't break at any moment. He only needed the slightest stimulation. And she had provided it on two different occasions in one meeting.

She could tell that this time he was more unstable than before.

Hell, it was even getting hard for him to speak as he batted with himself.

The way he was looking at her was changing too. If before he looked at her like a girl he held feelings for. Now his gaze was turning to that of a predator looking at its prey...

"Get out right now if you don't want things to get dangerous..." Muku who had been building up sexual frustration for years spoke in an even rougher voice than before.

"Y...yes" Jade replied meekly.

However, when she tried to move... She realised that she couldn't.

Not that Muku was holding her too tightly. No. It would have been easy to push him off since he was compliant. Even though he couldn't get off himself.

The problem was that Jade realised that all her strength was gone. She literally couldn't even lift a finger at the moment.

All she could feel at the moment was burning heat in her lower region.

Something immediately dawned on her... Muku's gaze had made her go into heat!

She had never experienced it before, but she was certain of it. That's what her instincts were telling her. And her body was echoing that conclusion.

She immediately panicked. What was she supposed to do now? Was she going to get ravaged just like that?! But wasn't it too sudd... Wait. Those thoughts felt familiar.

That's exactly what she thought before wasn't it? And back then she was even ready to accept anything Muku wanted to do to her. However, he backed off at the last moment and mocked her.

Yes! That had to be it! He was definitely messing with her. Did he really think he could trick her twice with the same prank? He must be joking!

He was looking down on her. She was Jade damn it! The Beast Empress! Sure she couldn't move but she most certainly wouldn't be scared by his act again.

Even if it was very convincing...

And so, after making up her mind that Muku was trying to prank her again. Jade's confidence returned.

Sure, she still couldn't move because of her body's state. But there was no need to fear. He wasn't going to do anything.

And so, she looked at Muku arrogantly in the eyes with a little smile on her face. There was still a little bit of wariness, but she wouldn't let it control her.

"Why aren't you moving girl?" Muku asked in a voice which seemed more like a muffled roar than a voice.

He had been trying to focus on himself to give Jade the chance to leave but the dumb girl wasn't moving at all.

Unlike last time, he didn't have everything under control. He realised that his bloodline was playing a part in his current actions when he did an internal search.

It was driving him to claim Jade at any cost... He didn't know why, nor was it the time to think about it.

But it should stop if she leaves... However...

"My name is not girl. It's Jade. And I changed my mind. I'm not leaving. You're the one with a problem. So you leave" The obviously stupid Jade answered arrogantly.

"I can't hold on much longer you idiot!" Muku roared again.

Internally he was cursing Jade intensely. Why was the girl being so difficult at such a time?!

"Well then don't. Whatever you want to do... Do it" Jade replied arrogantly again.

And she even caressed Muku's chest as she spoke.

All Muku heard was, "Do it" then...

Krrrrrr!
