Raising My Trash Ability into a Broken SSS+ Rank Skill
Chapter 94: Cannon Ball
CHAPTER 94: CANNON BALL
Vritra watched in silence as the two sides quarreled over him. After all, it would give them quite the benefit if they could add him to their groups, so the two organizations fought verbally with one another.
While he waited patiently for the effects of Blood Lock to consume more of Number One’s strength, Vritra thought for a moment and said: "While you people decide whose team I should join, I will look around and find the exit."
"Go ahead," both replied before turning to look at one another and resuming their fight.
Just like that, almost forty minutes had passed, which meant Number One’s strength had been reduced by nearly twenty percent. Number One must have noticed it by now—he suddenly paused mid-fight and turned to look at Vritra with shock in his eyes.
He could feel that he couldn’t gather over twenty percent of his energy. His speed and strength also seemed weaker. That’s when realization dawned upon him.
’I have to kill him.’ Only this thought remained in his mind.
{Sin Point Gained: Dazed +1}
’It’s time to end the jokes, now the real fight begins.’ Vritra gave up all his pretenses. His body directly rushed toward one of the levers, but at the same time, Number One made his move.
He had already understood that Vritra had definitely done something with that drop of his blood. He had to kill Vritra at any cost—and as soon as possible. Before Vritra could pull any of the levers, Number One shot out of the barrier at full strength.
WHOOSH
BANG
He pulled out a long spear and broke through the barrier in less than a moment, though he had to exhaust quite a bit of his energy. Then the tip of his spear directly pierced through Vritra’s forehead, coming out from the back of his head.
Vritra’s eyes widened in shock and fear, then his lips curled, and instead of blood, dust began to pour out of his forehead as he whispered a few words: "You are already dead."
In the next moment, Vritra’s body burst into dust—it was nothing more than a clone. All the eyes frantically searched for Vritra. Then the sound of a door opening echoed, and under their gazes, Vritra simply stepped through the next door and disappeared.
There was absolutely no need to pull any of the levers; they could have just opened the door. Before Vritra had disappeared, he had pulled a few levers, which instantly made the entire room fill with screams as arrows, lava, and all kinds of spells rained down upon them.
"You scheming bastard, get back hereeeeeeee!!"
Vritra landed in a new space. He scratched his head and wondered why he was feeling an itch in his ear. He looked around and felt that this space was several times more dangerous than the last.
He was in some sort of cave that seemed to be connected to thousands of paths—like he was inside some kind of ant hive.
"This place has such an eerie vibe. I can smell the danger in the air. Anyway, I need to start moving. Those guys will be here soon... but which could be the right way?" Vritra mumbled.
[Nether Eye Activated.]
An eye containing endless darkness appeared on his forehead as he scanned the surroundings, but he actually couldn’t see anything past the entrance of those thousands of caves and intersections.
RUMBLE
He heard a distant rumbling. The ground began to shake lightly, and all the senses in Vritra’s body screamed with danger. He could tell—whatever was approaching, he could do nothing against it.
"HUBBY, RUN!! IT’S A MYRIAD CREATURE!" Yasmine’s hurried voice sounded in his head. Vritra didn’t wait to ask what that term meant. After sensing the direction the creature was approaching from, he turned and ran at his fastest speed.
[Shift Activated.]
[Strength → Agility]

++++++++++++++++
Not even a moment later, Vritra had moved from the spot. A loud explosive sound came from behind, and a wave of force flew in all directions. Cracks appeared on the ground, stretching for several dozen meters.
Vritra didn’t turn his head. He could see the figure behind him with his third eye. It was a monstrous creature, completely spherical in shape. Its outer layer appeared like some kind of unbreakable metal, with dangerously sharp spikes protruding out all over.
It was more than thirty feet high and emitted a very dangerous aura. Vritra had the feeling that even if he turned into dust, he might not be able to escape.
’Will the fourth dimension work against it? And what exactly is a Myriad Creature?’ Vritra rushed into one of the caves in haste, but he felt goosebumps as that large figure blurred and moved at an incredible speed—much higher than his own.
"Fuck!!" Vritra cursed and almost panicked before he shouted in desperation:"Forbid: Agility!!"
[Forbidden Activated.]
The large cannonball’s speed decreased significantly by almost forty to fifty percent, but it was still too fast. It shot toward Vritra and began to close in rapidly.
"Myriad Creatures are those whose level has crossed the thousand mark. There is no way we can defeat it with our current strength. As for the Fourth Dimension, I am not sure either.
Some humans, demons, or such creatures who don’t belong to any category may comprehend the rules of space—so I’d suggest that you don’t try it right now. Just find the gate or something.
I’ll keep you safe for now with teleportation," Yasmine explained in a hurry, as she teleported him forward to keep some distance. Even her strength was limited right now, so she couldn’t use teleportation too many times.
Vritra made several hundred clones of himself with dust, sending them running in all directions, hoping to distract the huge metal ball.
BOOOOM
The round creature bounced off the walls and continued to charge toward Vritra, completely ignoring the clones. This feeling of being chased was too terrifying—it felt like just a light push from that thing would turn his body into minced meat.
"EXHUME!!"
Several figures appeared behind Vritra. The soul wraiths’ sole mission was to delay the devastating ball, but just as the ball struck them, their bodies were destroyed—not even delaying it for a second.
"Fuck, I shouldn’t have come here first. Ughh, dear Nine Pacts and Golden Moon, where are you? Please come rescue me," Vritra said, feeling regretful. But he doubted most of them would have put up any kind of resistance.
BANG BANG
All of a sudden, the metallic spikes on the giant ball’s body grew and shot in all directions. Many of them headed straight toward Vritra. The speed was so high that they appeared exactly behind him in an instant.
Yasmine teleported him forward again, and just as the spikes were about to hit him again, Vritra’s body deformed and twisted as he turned into sand and barely managed to dodge the dangerous spikes embedded in the walls.
[Fourth Dimension Activated.]
Vritra didn’t pause as he activated another skill. He suddenly changed direction, hoping that the cannonball could no longer sense him and would lose its target. But just as he turned toward another intersection, the cannonball shot straight at him—giving him a fright.
