It was fun teasing him and playing pranks , but this is just the beginning.

    It was Monday that day, I was at work . I will have to move to his office tomorrow, so I was completing all my work here.

    The workload was too much, I''d be staying late for sure. I was just thinking about it when Eesha came, She advised," Hey Piya, Your going to get old soon if you work this hard."

    I chuckled and said," I''ll be going to Mumbai to complete my project tomorrow, so I need to complete the work of here soon."

    "Yeah, I know . You did very well at the meeting, Congratulations on your first project. By the way Big Boss asked you to meet him in his office, see ya~", she told me left.

    Mr. Kartik wants to meet me ? well this is gonna be hella awkward, cause after that day we hardly talked to each other . Nevertheless I''ll have to talk to him sooner or later.

    I knocked on his office door and went inside, and greeted him," Good afternoon Mr. Kartik ". I was standing in front of him , while he was rummaging through his files looking as cool as always .

    "Good afternoon Ms. Piya, Mr. Kulkarni talked to me about your project. He wants you to go to his office in Mumbai to work on it. And you agreed to it, this project is very important for our company and I believe you won''t disappoint me. Good work and congratulations on your first project, let me or Imtiaz know if you face any difficulies.", he said in a professional manner but I think I could sense his care for me in it.

    " Thank you so much Sir, and I''ll try very hard to not disappoint me", I said .

    "Ehem Piya , I know you are busy with work , but you won''t be here for the next weeks. So can we ..", he said in low voice fidgeting with his files.

    " Can we what sir ? ", I asked confused .

    "Can we go for lunch together ? Just the two of us ?", he asked doubting if I''ll say yes or no. I was actually tired from working my a$$ out from the morning, why not take a break? Besides I''m hungry~

    "Oh ok sir", I said cheerfully .

    We went to the nearby restaurant and ate lunch, Kartik was happy and was very talkative unlike his usual self. The awkwardness I felt earlier dissipated in thin air, and I was back to my joyful mode. We talked a lot about each other and our school together. Just avoiding the subject where he liked me , though it was fun knowing a total new side of him.

    The rest of the day I spent on completing my incomplete work, it was late now and I was the only one in office. Don''t know when I fell asleep on my work table, It was chilly and dark. I felt someone kissing my forehead and mumbling '' I love you'' softly in my ears.

    I woke up instantly but I was alone and a coat was draped around my shoulders. I''ve seen this coat , Kartik wore it today . Did he say that he loves me? I know his feelings, but still it feels warm in my heart. I shrugged that feeling before it could touch me again , No not again Piya ,Not again... I said to myself and went home .

    The next day I woke up and left home early ,Mr. Arrogant Kulkarni and I was going together to Mumbai on his . My lips twitched when I saw him on airport, I still can''t forget his misery from that day .

    "Good morning Mr. Kulkarni , I hope you are fine ?" , I said teasing him .

    "Yeah I''m fine , you don''t need to remind me", he said grumpily to which I chucked .

    He just ignored me , we boarded into the plane and arrived at Mumbai in less than a hour . Mumbai was next to Pune , so it didn''t take long to arrive . This is the same city where Iived after marriage, never thought I''ll actually come here again . All the memories from my previous life came flooding to me , including our marriage, my loneliness , his betrayal and my death . I was week before but not any more , I''ll make sure he will be hurt double times as I was in my previous life.

    " You will be staying in the hotel for the time being, its near to my office and all your expenses for the stay will be payed by the company.", he told me pulling me out of my thoughts .

    I nodded my head, I don''t even remember the trip to the hotel. "Get off, we are here", he said . It was a grand Taj hotel , but I wasn''t in the mood to enjoy the luxury of this hotel .

    " What are the two rooms for ? " , I asked him. "One for you and one for me, of course", he said shrugging his shoulders.

    "But you have a villa here, why are you staying in a hotel ?", I asked confused . "I don''t want to stay their , do you have any problem with that?", he said again grumpily but with a darkness around him.

    Gahh Man!!! I don''t care .. I was agitated so I took my keys from him and went straight to my room on the fifth floor, I was just opening my door when I saw Mr.Arrogant Kulkarni opening the door of the room next to mine.

    Wow! just wow .I don''t have words to describe my feelings now . I just went inside the suit and took a long shower ...
