Ah Yong’s expression changed instantly, and he turned to the two bodyguards who came with him, saying, "Give her a good beating!"

The two bodyguards were about to step forward when Father Jiang suddenly shouted, "Stop!"

Hearing Father Jiang’s shout, Ah Yong turned to look at him and said, "Old man, I advise you not to meddle, or it might lead to trouble for you."

"I am her father. If you have anything, come at me." Father Jiang said loudly. Jiang Xue is just a woman; how could she be a match for these two strong men? Moreover, he could tell that these two men were skilled fighters.

"You’re her father?" Ah Yong was a bit surprised. On the day they kidnapped Father Jiang and Mrs. Jiang, Ah Yong had something to do, so he didn’t recognize Father Jiang. Now hearing that he is Jiang Xue’s father, he immediately warned, "Since you are her parents, you’d better persuade her to drop the lawsuit. Otherwise, we’ll beat you and the old lady beside you too."

"You dare!" Jiang Xue flared up upon hearing that they planned to beat Father Jiang and Mrs. Jiang.

"Try me!" Ah Yong looked at Jiang Xue with arrogance. The three of them were strong men; surely, they could handle one weak woman and two elderly people.

"Just try touching a hair on them." Jiang Xue looked at Ah Yong with icy eyes, filled with fierce determination. The Jiang Family Parents were her biggest protectors; even if they were her foster parents, she would never allow anyone to harm them in the slightest.

"So what if I do?" Ah Yong didn’t take Jiang Xue’s words seriously, noticing her anxiety over Father Jiang and Mrs. Jiang. He then instructed the two bodyguards, "Take down those two old ones first!"

"Yes!" The bodyguards responded and began to advance towards the Jiang Family Parents. Jiang Xue’s eyes reddened as she watched, shouting fiercely, "Go to hell!"

As she shouted, she swung her fist towards them. Seeing Jiang Xue trying to stop the bodyguards from grabbing the Jiang Family Parents, Ah Yong immediately stepped in front of her, saying, "Your opponent is me!"

Jiang Xue gave Ah Yong a cold look, her fist aiming right for his eye. Watching the fist coming at him, Ah Yong smirked and leisurely tilted his head to dodge. He thought Jiang Xue, as a woman, wasn’t worth his effort, so he didn’t pay much attention, believing he could easily avoid it with such a casual move.

However, the reality was that he was too conceited. Jiang Xue’s fist seemed to have a mind of its own, following through and landing hard on his eye.

Pain surged, and only then did Ah Yong realize he had been careless. He angrily retreated a few steps, glaring at Jiang Xue, and bitingly spat, "Woman, you’re good!"

But Jiang Xue ignored him. After punching him aside, she directly charged at the two bodyguards.
