She staggered back a few steps, almost sitting on the ground, and hastily reached to steady herself against a table. But she wasn’t careful and plunged her hand into a student’s lunch bowl filled with Japanese potato stew. It hadn’t been eaten yet, and the stew burned her, making Wu Qiong howl in pain.

The student was dumbfounded; could this dish still be eaten? Wu Qiong furiously grabbed the bowl and threw it in the direction of Sun Chan and Gu Junming.

Who knew Gu Junming would pull Sun Chan back a dozen steps, as quick as lightning, and the whole bowl of food sshed in front of him. Everyone around saw Gu Junming’s swift action and eximed in awe, with some even starting to apud. He was like an otherworldly master!

Before leaving, she specifically asked someone following her to get another serving of Japanese potato stew for the bewildered student.

Sun Chan sighed, turning to Gu Junming, "Let’s go."

"Why are there people like that everywhere? Just like Yang Yun."

Sun Chanughed, "Those two are different. Although Wu Qiong has a bad temper, she’s actually pretty amusing. She handles things directly and won’t backstab anyone. I’m not afraid of people like that. Perhaps her family spoils her too much, making her a bit arrogant. I’m not fond of socializing, so it’s normal she doesn’t like me. She just felt embarrassed just now, which is why she threw the food, not targeting me specifically."
