CHAPTER 200: CHAPTER 50: CAUGHT IN THE ACT (PART 2)
Su Qingzhang rolled out of bed and sat down in the study, lit a cigarette, and began to drink.
Chang Mei, like a ghost, silently walked in, kneading her fingers on his shoulder, reminiscent of the desperate young couple from the Sixth District long ago, "Be more vigilant recently, Yan Wuxu and that driver named Han Fang have been getting too close."
"What are you being paranoid about now?" Su Qingzhang said with displeasure, Chang Mei has always been particularly wary of Yan Wuxu, this woman, filled with jealousy towards any legitimate lady of the Su Family.
"Just listen to me," Chang Mei’s hand continued to press gently yet firmly.
Yan Wuxu lay on the chill bed, spreading her limbs, naked, looking up at the ceiling in a posture that even she found humiliating.
The next day, Han Fang first took Su Ziceng back to campus, then returned to the Su Family to pick up Yan Wuxu as usual and drove off.
The car drove through the mountain roads of Zone 2, heading towards the beaches of the Sixth District. Yan Wuxu took off her shoes and walked along the sand, Han Fang also got out of the car, hands in his pockets, following behind Yan Wuxu, both of them walking forward, disappearing behind the disorderly rocks on the beach.
"This area is a good spot for secret meetings." After Yan Wuxu and Han Fang walked away, two cars closely appeared on the beach.
Chang Mei and Su Qingzhang got out of the car. Su Qingzhang stared at the empty beach, his cane sinking into the sand.
"I told you," Chang Mei said with an air of comprehension upon seeing Su Qingzhang’s expression: "Whatever sort of person Ye Taina was, that’s exactly what Yan Wuxu is."
"Don’t you speak ill of Tina again, move forward, if we really see that pair of dogs ...," Su Qingzhang turned away, pulling out a gun from the bodyguard.
If it was truly as he suspected, he would personally put an end to that pair of dogs.
On the beach, the foam of the waves spat out intermittently, the sand gripped tightly around Su Qingzhang’s cane, making it difficult for him to walk, but he resolutely refused Chang Mei’s support. It took him so long to find a woman who greatly resembled Ye Taina, why must God be so cruel to him?
Up ahead was a dark sea rock; Yan Wuxu’s voice, a blurry, light moan could be heard behind it.
Su Qingzhang quickened his pace, his limping leg momentarily returning to normal.
"Wuxu," the man’s voice.
"Yan Wuxu!" Su Qingzhang hurried forward, the breathlessness of his haste caused him to stumble and fall onto a rock.
The bodyguards all rushed over, Chang Mei was stunned.
Han Fang was standing behind the rock, while Yan Wuxu stood by the edge of the water, holding a dry stick in her hand, on the sand, there were several clear characters and drawings left behind.
A family of three, a man and a woman, with the names of Su Qingzhang and Yan Wuxu written next to them, along with a child.
Su Qingzhang’s breath slowed, his increasingly aged and wrinkled face reflected in the young eyes of Yan Wuxu, his dyed sideburns, in the breeze of the sea wind, became disheveled, revealing the hidden mottled gray inside.
Yan Wuxu looked at the crowd and Chang Mei’s fierce eyes, she crouched down, not minding that the waves had already wet her clothes and skirt. Her hair fell into the sea water, undulating up and down.
Su Qingzhang stepped forward and held her tightly in his arms, "I’m sorry, Wuxu, I shouldn’t have doubted you."
But Yan Wuxu did not speak, she was only crying. Han Fang stood at a distance, closing his eyes in pain.
Yan Wuxu locked herself in the room, refusing to eat or drink, tormenting Su Qingzhang and the "misguided" Chang Mei with her silent protest.
Chang Mei couldn’t understand, no matter what, how Yan Wuxu and Han Fang had not had an affair, especially given the pained look Han Fang gave to Yan Wuxu.
Left with no choice, Su Qingzhang called for Ziceng to come back.
It took Su Ziceng quite some time to knock open Yan Wuxu’s door. Su Ziceng did not know about the events of the day in advance, when she came back, she first went to check on Han Fang in the garage, only to find he had quit his job and was not answering Su Ziceng’s calls.
"It’s okay," Su Ziceng comforted Yan Wuxu. She always felt a sense of guilt towards Yan Wuxu, "Everything is over now."
Yan Wuxu snuggled next to Su Ziceng, her gaze falling on the mirror in the room. Her own reflection in the mirror was filled with humiliation.
"No, it’s not," Yan Wuxu screamed in her heart, "Yesterday, I almost ended up with Brother Han."
She stripped herself bare, shamelessly seducing Han Fang, but in the end, Han Fang actually pushed her away. Without hesitation, he pushed her away and then dressed her, piece by piece.
"Why?" Yan Wuxu had asked before, did Brother Han start to despise her too.
"I don’t want to completely ruin you," Han Fang remained the protective older brother by her side, unable to cross that moral barrier within himself.
"Ziceng, you don’t know, you have no idea how dirty I am, so I want to wash, to wash and be clean again," Yan Wuxu’s fingers dug into her own hair, crying out in agony.
"Wuxu?!" Su Ziceng stopped her hands and saw the earring that Yan Wuxu had always concealed behind her hair, "This is Mussen’s Blessing." On Yan Wuxu’s earlobe, a golden yellow rhinestone sparkled with dazzling light. (To be continued.
