When Shen Hanyin arrived, the things on Gu Ningyue’s table had already been put away.

"There are so many stores being renovated here?" Looking at the shops under construction on both sides, Shen Hanyin asked in confusion, "Why did you come here?"

Gu Ningyue casually said, "I heard a shop here has good food and wanted to check it out."

Shen Hanyin said, "It looks like we won’t be able to eat here today; this street seems to be changing signs together."

Gu Ningyue smiled, walking for what seemed like a long time, and stopped in front of the ’Town Jade Sushi Shop’ in the distance.

"This is the one?" Shen Hanyin asked.

Gu Ningyue nodded, pulling Shen Hanyin inside, "Since we’re here, let’s go in and have a look!"

"Sorry, ladies, we aren’t officially open yet," someone said, approaching them as they entered.

Gu Ningyue looked at their attire and asked with a smile, "When will you open?"

The attendant replied, "Next Sunday, you’re both welcome to visit then."

Gu Ningyue glanced around, "Oh! But I’ve come a long way; can you make me something to take away?"

Perhaps it was because her hand was wrapped in a bandage, her arm in a sling, making her seem pitiful, the attendant thought for a moment and said, "Please wait a moment while I ask our owner."

Gu Ningyue nodded, and it wasn’t long before the attendant returned to them, "Ladies, we only have the ingredients to make tuna hand-rolled sushi; would that be okay?"

"Of course." Gu Ningyue smiled, "Two servings, please! Where do I pay?"

The attendant seemed a bit dazed, "Please wait while I get the owner’s phone. We haven’t opened yet, so we don’t have a payment code."

Gu Ningyue nodded, and the attendant turned to leave again.

Shen Hanyin was puzzled, "Is the food here really that good?"

Gu Ningyue’s lips curled, "Yes! The skill is extraordinary."

Besides, judging by today’s setup, it’s likely the chef hasn’t started yet; the attendant must be stepping in.

Shen Hanyin, not understanding much, didn’t mind waiting a bit longer since they were already there.

After a while, the attendant returned with a phone in hand to Gu Ningyue.

Gu Ningyue glanced at the QR code on it, took out her phone, and scanned it.
