I saw Emily's armor rapidly evolve. Its form changed, from the bronze and black color it had, it became golden and purple, and gained many regal decorations resembling thunderbolts, shields, and swords.

After the evolution, the armor didn't look wild and strange anymore, with pointy bits and all, but it became much more regal in appearance, like the armor of a knight. It fit Emily much better I think, and it gave her a completely different aura.

"Oh damn, it evolved?! What the fuck?!" Emily couldn't believe it. "It changed shape and color and form and everything?! A-Are you fucking freaking kidding me?! HOLY FUCKING SHIT!"

She went a bit crazy; I really didn't expect her to go this insane, but she started celebrating, screaming, jumping, and releasing thunderbolts out of her hands constantly.

"I-It really evolved!" Sofia gasped.

"Wow!" Alma said. "Amazing Maria! You really did it?!"

"Yep!" I nodded. "What did I say before? I told you I could do it! I'm awesome I know; you can praise me more."

"M-Me next! Please evolve this little thing!" Sofia said.

"N-Not fair! I want to go next…!" Alma also went a bit overboard.

"Can I get mine next?" Martina wondered.

"Ah, calm down, one at a time!" I sighed, pushing them back. "Okay, Sofia, you first… I want to see what your Dream Spirit will become."

"Oh, okay!"

She nodded happily, summoning her Dream Spirit, the Mechanical Heart.

Sofia summoned the little creature and placed it on top of her palms, as the small heart-shaped floated around.

I extended my hand and tried to touch him.

As I touched him, I felt the golden metallic surface with my fingers, it was quite smooth.

And solid too, I thought it would be ethereal, but this lil' guy is as solid as anything.

I pressed [Yes], and then the materials appeared out of thin air, several ores that turned into light, flying towards the little heart and fusing with it.

Sofia and I stepped back in surprise as the little mechanical heart continued evolving, rapidly gaining a larger, more robust appearance.

FLUOSH!

Then, as it gained a robust appearance, it grew a little pair of mechanical, cylindrical arms with three little cylindrical fingers on its spherical hands.

Once the light dissipated, we were able to see the Dream Spirit's evolution with clearer detail.

"W-Wow, it changed?"

Sofia was surprised.

"Clank, clank!"

The heart was even making metallic sounds now, having grown to roughly the size of a huge watermelon, it was now bigger than before, much bigger.

The little thing was no longer a little thing, and it even came with a pair of mechanical arms, it also had several gears constantly spinning on its back, and two mechanical eyes at the center of the heart-shaped body.

It floated like before, and it seemed to have kept all of its original abilities and functions, besides the change in appearance.

"Yeah! It's so big now, and even huggable!" Sofia even went as far as hugging her dream spirit, the dream spirit went with the flow and accepted the hug, hugging her as well.

As this happened, I smiled, feeling like Sofia was happier than I imagined.

Was it because this Dream Heart was born from her good dreams about her parents, perhaps?

Whatever the case, that new ability seems strong too.

What could it do? Just fusing? It is slightly too vague for my understanding.

Perhaps it can fuse with her, her own body, instead of requiring equipment to combine with and turn golden in color.

Alma gently tapped my shoulders, as I looked back at her with a nod.

I touched the staff, feeling a slightly powerful aura from within it. Oh yeah, this one was going to become something really strong, I could immediately tell.
