CHAPTER 338: CHAPTER 338: THE STRONGEST ONE

"Yes, great leader. A Lion, as powerful as you. He appeared out of nowhere and chased me out of my territory..."

"A Lion?" Constantyne asked, puzzled. Oliver breathed a sigh of relief, this was the calmest he had ever seen Constantyne.

"Yes, strongest one, a lion, an actual lion, dared to enter my territory.

He beat me up, chased me away here to deliver a message to you," Oliver said. He kept his face down and his voice shaky to make it believable.

"What would a lion be doing here," Constantyne asked no one in particular.

Darius’s mother finally spoke up in a harsh and authoritative tone, "And why haven’t you spoken of this message yet,"

She too was ironically hot-tempered and shared the common lack of patience that those with her personality had.

"I was waiting for Master Constantyne’s permission, Agatha," Oliver said.

Agatha was the name of Darius’s mother.

"Well then, out with it," Constantyne commanded.

He was curious to hear what Oliver had to say. He still had it at the back of his mind that Oliver might have seen them performing that act and didn’t forget about it.

Oliver’s actions made it seem like he had just arrived and had not seen anything which relieved Agatha a bit.

They were not afraid of anyone finding out actually, they just felt uncomfortable knowing that they had been so entranced in the act that they did not notice anyone coming until Oliver stepped on the root.

"Master Constantyne," Oliver began, "That lion came with a lioness, she injured me.

After which they told me that they came here for a reason and that they knew Darius,"

Agatha’s ears perked up when she heard that. Darius, the son who had left her territory prematurely because he could not stand her character.

It would be a lie if she said she had not thought about him these past years. How was he? What did he look like now? Some of her motherly attachments were still there.

Although, if she saw Darius again, she might not treat him like he was her child, there was still a little bit of emotional attachment to him left.

"What did he say about Darius," Agatha asked, taking a step closer to Oliver. Oliver shivered as the coldness from her body swept away the heat coming from Constantyne.

"He said that he was a friend of Darius and that it was because of Darius that he came here. He mentioned that it was urgent and there would be consequences if the matter was not looked into..."

*PAH!*

A slap landed firmly on Oliver’s face, sending him rolling on the ground. An ice-branded palm print appeared on his cheek.

The pain was immense and the tears flowing from his eyes became genuine.

"Fool, why are you beating around the bush? Be straightforward, what is the main message?" Agatha spoke.

Constantyne didn’t say anything. He simply folded his muscular arms against his chest and stared intently at Oliver, waiting for him to speak.

Oliver spat out some blood, he moved his tongue around inside his mouth, feeling that none of his teeth had gotten loose. His antlers glowed faintly but the glow died off just before it could be registered.

Oliver dared not show his dissatisfaction, lest they kill him.

"The lion didn’t tell me anything about the message," Oliver said through a bloodied mouth. "He insisted that he deliver the message to the strongest tiger in the area, that’s why I’m here.

He kept on mentioning how the message was too sensitive for my ears and had to be delivered to you. Since you are the strongest, that’s why I came here,"

"Hmm," Constantyne was silent. The very idea of a lion unnerved him, partly because of what he had learned from the metal structure behind them.

Most tigers don’t know that their ancestors had a somewhat troubled relationship with the ancient lions.

But Constantyne knew, so did Agatha, and the other tiger who was not here.

"And he says it’s related to Darius, not anything else?" Constantyne asked.

"Yes, that’s what he said," Oliver responded truthfully.

"Anything else?" He asked.

Oliver nodded, "Yes, his name is Kael, or King Kael. He is also related to the missing tiger that was captured by those earlier strange visitors."

"I see," Constantyne went into deep thought.

"Well, is he waiting for us to come and meet him?" Agatha asked, showing a look of disdain, she didn’t see the lions as anything at all, just lucky children who wanted everything the universe had to give.

"I don’t know," Oliver replied.

"Either way, we’ll be waiting for him. He’s the guest..." Agatha was saying.

"No," Constantyne shook his head, "We can’t just let him come here, just like that, no.

If it’s what I think it is then we’ll be making it too easy. But I won’t be leaving this place to meet a so-called guest, king or not.

But if it’s not what I’m thinking, we might need to hear him out. Just in case it concerns our safety.

Oliver, go back to that lion and tell him that we are waiting for him. We’ll be making preparations from here."

"Yes, strongest one. What about the captured tiger?" Oliver asked out of curiosity.

Constantyne didn’t give a reply but the flames in his eyes had reignited and his folded arms fell to his side.

Oliver felt the rising heat and suspected that he had offended the big guy, "Sorry Master Constantyne," he was quick to apologize.

With that, he stood up from the ground and turned away. He walked fast, slowly switching to a sprint so that he could get far away from them.

Even after running far, he still felt their gaze on his back so he transformed into his tiger form, using increased speed to run faster.

Constantyne gazed with his heat vision ability, staring through the trees at the rapidly shrinking tiger in the distance.

Agatha came close to him, staring up at his chiseled jawline with wonder and amusement, "You’re thinking too much, let’s get back to what we were doing," She said.

She had already kept the topic of Darius at the back of her mind.

Her clawed fingers found their way to Constantyne’s hairy chest. She played with strands of chest hair, curling them around her index finger in a seductive manner.

She pressed her full breasts on Constantyne’s biceps, ensuring that her sensitive nipples rubbed on his skin. The friction from such a movement was really ecstatic for her to watch.

Her other arm wrapped around his neck, or at least she tried to. She only managed to get her hand over his back and on his other shoulder.

Constantyne was taller and bigger than her, just how she liked it.

Her vagina was pressed against Constantyne’s loose finger, edging him to deep it inside her so that he could take her to the heaven she was in a few minutes ago.

She was in heat and desperately wanted it, she could not hold it in any longer. She was not willing to mate with the other tigers because they were too weak.

Constantyne was not just her only option, he was her best option. A mighty chimera, imagine the seeds he could give her.

Unfortunately for her, Constantyne’s penis had gone flaccid, he was no longer turned on.

At this point, sex was completely far from his mind as he was thinking about other things.

He flexed his arm, causing Agatha to be pushed away. Agatha was stunned, were they not going to do it?

With a ferocious expression on his face, Constantyne raised his head to the sky and roared.

The deep roar escaped from his chest, causing the ground to tremble slightly. His arms were apart and he seemed to be making an effort just for this roar.

Agatha wore a serious expression when she saw this. Standing beside him, she bore the full brunt of the soundwave with a dark expression.

The sound wave of the roar spread far and wide, reaching every tiger territory in the peach valley and even spreading far beyond the peach valley.

This was the roar of an entity that had transcended the limits of ordinary powers. His roar caused the clouds to stay still and the air to become stiff.

Almost every creature that heard that roar recognized it as they had heard it before multiple times.

And anytime they heard it, it was not always a good sign. It was either that a new tiger had claimed the title of strongest or the strongest was summoning other tigers.

This time, it was the latter.

Just as Constantyne’s roar was fading, another roar resounded from one corner of the peach valley.

It wasn’t as loud as Constantyne’s, but it was loud regardless. Along with the roar and the rising aura of a tier 4 tiger.

And then came another roar, stunning the other creatures. And like the last one, this roar came with the rising aura of a tier 4 tiger.

It was like Constantyne’s roar had woken all of them up from a state of rest or slumber.

That wasn’t all, more roars were being heard and more auras were rising.

Different parts of the peach valley shook and the clouds had stopped moving. A total of sixty-two roars were heard, and each of them was accompanied by the rising aura of a tier 4 tiger.
