Li Jianshe was already full from snacking on things like peaches, watermelon, sausages, and chicken legs.

He knew Lin Xue never lacked good food, so he ate without any pressure.

The three of them just spent the night snacking without cooking any meals.

After going to bed early, they didn’t get up until noon the next day. As soon as Lin Xue got up, she went into the space to prepare things to take on the train in the afternoon.

Besides those few aluminum lunch boxes, there were fruits, pastries, and sunflower seeds to pass the time.

Luckily, neither of them had any luggage to carry, so Zhang Yuan carrying this big bag of food was perfect!

Once Lin Xue had everything ready, it fit neatly into one large tote bag.

Just as she was about to leave, she noticed Xiao Bai was still parked in the supermarket. She wanted to put it back in the warehouse, so she rode it through the supermarket to the warehouse.

When she rode Xiao Bai into the warehouse, she was stunned.

The scene before her left her both amazed and delighted.

She saw that the spot in the warehouse where Xiao Bai was parked had suddenly another identical Xiao Bai, just like when it first appeared, sitting there.

"Whoa, is this possible?" Lin Xue couldn’t help but curse.

She quickly parked the first Xiao Bai and left.

Eager to share the news with Zhang Yuan, she felt it would be a delightful surprise for her and an even bigger matter for Zhang Yuan.

In the past, he wanted to study her Xiao Bai, but she was reluctant. Now it was great; he could take it out for research as much as he wanted. After all, every week a new one would appear, as long as one was taken out, it would automatically replenish.

She rushed to find Zhang Yuan, without even taking out the things she prepared, she went straight to Zhang Yuan’s room.

She knocked on the door, but there was no sound inside. Lin Xue thought Zhang Yuan had already gone downstairs, but she still pressed the door handle, and since it wasn’t locked, she opened the door.

"I just went to freshen up..." Zhang Yuan’s voice suddenly spoke from behind.

"Ah..." Lin Xue jumped in shock and straightened up, turning around to face him.

Luckily, Lin Xue was a head shorter than Zhang Yuan, or it would have been even more awkward.

"You... you haven’t tidied yourself up yet?" Lin Xue’s body was tense, but she managed to ask.

"Uh... I just went to freshen up, and was about to... to change clothes!" Zhang Yuan replied just as stiffly.

This left Zhang Yuan in a panic, standing opposite her, unsure how to comfort her.

As he spoke, his hands moved, hugging the girl tightly, covering her mouth.

"We have two Xiao Bai now!" Lin Xue said indistinctly.

Although the sentence seemed incoherent to outsiders, Zhang Yuan heard it as music to his ears.

"Shh! Stop grinning from ear to ear! Let’s go cook!" Lin Xue got up to leave.

Having gotten all the benefits, she wasn’t going to stay and be teased.

Lin Xue went back to her room, tidied up, and went downstairs, meeting Zhang Yuan there. Both exchanged glances with a newfound intimacy.

Li Jianshe didn’t notice that; he’d been up for a while, waiting for the two to come down and make food.

Once they both came out, he quickly acted servile, helping out with things.

Once they finished eating and cleaning up, Lin Xue and Zhang Yuan brought down the large tote of food from upstairs.

The train was at two in the afternoon, and it was already twelve-thirty. The three needed to walk to the train station, and now was just about the right time.

Carrying all that luggage, it would take quite a while.

Trains now sometimes run late, and there’s a chance they’ll arrive at the station earlier than scheduled.

It’s safer to get there early and wait.

Especially with Li Jianshe having so much luggage, they definitely couldn’t walk fast. Lin Xue didn’t want to carry all that in the heat and sweat, with Zhang Yuan carrying the food.

So it took them a full forty minutes to walk to the train station.
