"Then tell," Sloth crossed his arms, waiting impatiently for what William was about to say, "and don't think of giving us a half assed mission, or else…"

"Since when have I ever given the two of you a half-assed mission?!!" William raised both of his eyebrows, acting as if he got insulted, "don't worry, this one will surely satisfy your desires…"

William started to tell the two about what he wanted from them. At first, Sloth wanted to knock William's head off when he heard the first part of the plan. Then when William continued, Sloth calmed down a little bit.

"Let me ask you this, why risk doing this here instead of finding a useless part of the world and throw the bomb there to detonate?" Fang said what Sloth was about to say, yet in a much calmer way than how Sloth was going to do it.

"My point," Sloth chimed in, "it's way better to throw this bomb in the desert, or even better, we find an enemy for the kingdom and throw the bomb at them."

"This won't work…" William was about to explain part of the truth to them, hiding the most important part for later, but he got interrupted by Sloth.

"Shut up and listen kid," Sloth was fuming with rage for a long time against William, "I know you love to handle things in your own way, very irritating ways to be honest, but they are working so far. But this…"

Sloth pointed towards the nearby ticking bomb, before adding, "this isn't a game or something you bet halfheartedly on without being absolutely sure of the final result."

"I'm not betting halfheartedly here…" William was about to argue back yet got interrupted again but from Fang this time.

"If you think you don't know the suitable places for the bomb to detonate at, then you can ask."

"Yes yes," Sloth nodded in satisfaction, seeing finally someone speaking his logic in this conversation, "I can tell you a dozen suitable places to throw the bomb at right now!"

"It's not that…" William got interrupted for the third time by Fang who waved his hand and said:

"If it's the worry about going to these places in time, don't worry about that," Fang turned to Sloth who instantly got what his fellow meant by his words.

"I can assure you my kingdom's capital has portals linked to important places in the world. If the city above isn't connected to many places, my capital is."

"See? Problem solved!" Fang ended this debate with these words, while painting a wide smile on his face, alongside Sloth who laughed in satisfaction and lack of worry.

William looked in a weird way, not towards Sloth but Fang. He knew that the old man was cunning enough to see through parts of his plan, yet he still guided the talk towards such a direction.

William was right, Fang could guess bits of William's plan. Even if he couldn't get the exact details, he knew that a sneaky lad wouldn't dare to propose such a risky idea without having tons of benefits to reap from it.

Yet Fang was already exhausted after this war. And he was sure everyone else was in the same spot as himself.

Dragging this fight for much longer was a futile move. He didn't need to hear much from William to know they had to stay put in here, while making risky and unnecessary moves!

In his eyes, the best move now was to play it safe, not risk anything. Lingerie got killed, alongside most of her notable masters. All that remained were headless flies, and what remained on the other side of the portal.

The best approach in his opinion was to use William's help and lay down as many formations as possible, circling the entire portal area with these and kill any incoming enemy without breaking a sweat.

As for the bomb, his thoughts drifted in the same direction of what William thought initially and what Sloth suggested a few minutes ago.

"What do you think, kiddo?" Sloth looked at William, feeling like he and Fang acted perfectly together this time and cornered this kid.

"I'd say we stick to what I say," Sloth and Fang expected William to finally agree to their demands, yet what he said was totally the opposite, "I know where the two of you are coming from, but I know more than what you two know."

"..."

Fang and Sloth felt like no matter what they said or did, once William sat his mind on anything, nothing would change his stance no matter what!

"Just trust me," William dropped the idea of explaining anything to them at this point, "I know what I'm doing, and I'm doing everything for the best of all masters here and in the kingdom."

His words were direct and straightforward. He first intended to explain part of the general viewpoint of his plan. Yet he changed his mind after seeing how the two of them were fixated over their idea and didn't bother to listen to his explanation.

"So…" Fang looked at Sloth, as if he was waiting for his final decision. "What shall I say?" Sloth shrugged and sighed, in a very tiring way, "we have no choice but follow his idea then."

"Good," William smiled, then his smile widened into a grin, "now I want the two of you to do this…"

"What the fck?!!!" When the two heard what he said, Sloth couldn't help but fume in rage, "are you kidding me? You aren't satisfied with the materials you got from the battle here, and now setting your greedy eyes over the things of others?!!"

"This is… A very shameless attitude kid," Fang blinked twice in amazement. He felt like he saw enough from William to not get surprised by his actions anymore. But now, he felt how mistaken he was!

"I will also use most of the loot I gathered for this," William blinked in return, acting as if his pride got hurt from what he just heard, "do you two think I planned to keep my share away? Since when have I ever acted like this?!"
