Da Niu sensed something approaching fast before he arrived at Huang Er’s position, two incomings from different directions from where Amon was located.

He stopped before reaching Huang Er and punched to the side, just as a massive sword arrived. His fist collided with this massive sword. The blade cracked and shattered. Xin Wuming was revealed after the sword was broken.

"Big ugly bull! I will have your life to appease Tutor An Guan’s soul!!!"

A loud voice came from the second incoming. Da Niu turned and saw the gold-furred ape who had fought him a few days ago. The fist of the ape was humongous. This fist was punched in his direction.

Da Niu answered the incoming giant fist with a fist of his own. Two giant fists collided like before, but the result couldn’t be any more different.

Wu Di was still sent flying back from the exchange, but his arm was fine. His bones didn’t break into pieces like last time. Da Niu also couldn’t maintain his position after the exchange. "What kind of treasure did you three find exactly?" Da Niu asked.

"The kind of treasure that is not meant for you, evildoers," Wu Di answered.

"Hmph! Very well. It has been some time since I enjoyed a real battle. I hope you four don’t disappoint."

"We will give you that and some more!!" Wu Di exclaimed as he charged back.

"Princess, stay behind me and use ranged support!" Amon told Huang Er. He rushed forward and threw his ceremonial dagger.

Da Niu used the Instantaneous Burst just as Wu Di and the ceremonial dagger arrived. He reappeared beside Wu Di and elbowed Wu Di on his back.

*CRACK!*

The sound of bones cracking was heard as Wu Di flew down into the abyss.

Huang Er’s drilling rock spears flew at Da Niu. He dodged the rock spears, but Amon’s dagger came from behind him. The rock spears then changed direction and flew back at him. He used punches to deflect the ceremonial dagger and destroyed the rock spears. It was a repeat of the previous situation.

While Da Niu was held down by Amon and Huang Er’s assault, Xin Wuming gathered his aether.

"I am Xin Wuming, Colonel Amon’s sword. There is nothing I cannot cut with my sword. Body... and sword... as one!!"

The giant sword made another turn and came again. Amon’s ceremonial dagger and Huang Er’s rock spears also did the same. They covered every direction, so even if Da Niu used Instantaneous Burst, he would run into one of these assaults.

Da Niu didn’t do so. Instead, he punched downward. He was using his earth-element arcane art. Even without hitting the ground, a wave of rocks and earth emerged from his fist. This wave radiated out and swept most of Huang Er’s rock spears. It also generated a strong gravity pull that slowed the ceremonial dagger, the giant sword, and the rest of the rock spears.

Xin Wuming was visible again, but his body contorted at an unnatural angle. There was no doubt that countless bones within his body were broken.

With that condition, Da Niu was sure Xin Wuming could fight no more. He turned his attention to Amon. By then, Amon had recovered his ceremonial dagger. Da Niu was about to lunge at Amon when a loud voice interrupted him.

"Evil destroying light...!!!"

A thick pillar of light shot from the abyss below. Da Niu sensed the attack too late. The pillar of light was shot from far away and moved at the speed of light. It already washed over him by the time he sensed it.

He knew this light. He had experienced getting hit by it before, but the intensity and power could not be compared with the light from before. He suffocated and felt searing pain all over his body.

"Grrhh...!!" The agony under this light was intense. He had no choice but to use his defensive art. Rocks materialized around him. It wrapped over him, and he turned into a rock cocoon. The light couldn’t penetrate this rock cocoon.

The pillar of light stopped, and Wu Di came charging from below. Unlike when he was still in the Mystic Stage, he no longer got tired after using the Evil Destroying Light. "Haahh!!" He heaved, and the rock cocoon protecting him was blasted apart.

"You... Why can you still move?" Da Niu asked Wu Di. He was sure he had broken Wu Di’s spine then, even using the Regrowth Pill would take Wu Di a long time to heal.

"I can still move because a hero will never lose to evil!" Wu Di exclaimed and lunged.

"Idiot," Da Niu said and punched.

Wu Di no longer exchanged punches like before. His body exploded into multiple bursts of light that attacked Da Niu from multiple directions.

Da Niu again used his earth-element art. His first punch summoned a repulsive earth wave that stopped the multiple lights from touching him. His second punch caused an implosion in a large area that destroyed all the lights. Wu Di reappeared. He recoiled from the backlash. Blood spurted from his mouth and nose.

After Wu Di was beaten back, Xin Wuming returned from the abyss. He was again in the sword form. The speeding sword sliced Da Niu’s back as he sliced past. It failed to cause a deep wound, but it still drew blood.

Da Niu gritted his teeth. "You, pests! Why does none of you stay down...?!"

A powerful shockwave exploded from him. It deflected Amon’s ceremonial dagger and Huang Er’s rock spears that were also heading at him. He punched in Wu Di’s direction. A large wave composed of earth and rocks surged from his fist. This wave covered a large area. Wu Di failed to dodge and was swept by the wave.

Amon and Huang Er were behind Wu Di. This wave also headed toward them. But thanks to their distance, they managed to move away before the wave arrived. They saw Wu Di roil within the wave and was constantly battered by the churning rocks inside.

Da Niu then disappeared using Instantaneous Burst. He arrived near the giant sword. He didn’t punch the sword like before. Instead, his giant hand grabbed its blade. The sharpness of the blade cut his hand slightly, but he tightened his grip. The blade was shattered. Xin Wuming reappeared. His shoulder was in Da Niu’s grip.

"Die...!!" Da Niu exclaimed. He thrust his four fingers into Xin Wuming’s abdomen, and his hand burst out of Xin Wuming’s back.
