Chapter 283: Roses of Confession Filling the Sky
CHAPTER 283: CHAPTER 283: ROSES OF CONFESSION FILLING THE SKY
The hotel’s room they stayed in had a wooden floor.
It indeed looked rather poor in quality.
Yet, even so, Summer Sutton thought Adrian Walyon’s suggestion was rather absurd.
It was midnight at this point, and they had to rush back to Northtown tomorrow; afraid of not being able to wake up, Summer Sutton decisively rejected it, "No! We have to go back tomorrow!"
"What’s the problem? Just delay the flight," Adrian Walyon turned over, lying flat on the bed, and scanned the room’s environment again.
Although coming here, the accommodation was lacking, not as convenient as home, and as soon as they got off the plane, they were running non-stop, it was really exhausting.
But does it matter?
Adrian Walyon unexpectedly enjoyed being with Summer Sutton here for the day.
Relaxing, carefree, they were like a young couple occasionally going out for leisure, doing whatever they wanted in the hotel, walking on the streets she had walked before, experiencing her past life.
Summer Sutton had classes to attend when she returned; could she just change the plan so easily?
"I still have a class tomorrow afternoon," she grumbled, pulling the sheet over herself, continuing her sleep.
Adrian Walyon had no choice but to give up.
With one arm, he drew her into his embrace, holding her as they slept quietly on the floor all night.
The next morning, they woke up a bit early to rush back to Northtown.
By the time they arrived in Northtown, it was past ten o’clock.
After returning, Summer Sutton had a meal with Adrian Walyon and then went straight to school in the afternoon.
Just as she reached the teaching building, she unexpectedly bumped into Lruis Evans.
Since the last incident, Summer Sutton had not seen him for a long time.
Lruis Evans, born into a different kind of family, unlike Summer Sutton, a impoverished student who had barely saved enough for university and didn’t want to miss any class.
Lruis Evans was different; even if classes were missed, he would find a tutor to make it up.
"Summer..." He looked at her, hesitating.
Summer Sutton neither had a fond nor poor impression of Lruis Evans, but being married, she understood how to automatically avoid suspicion.
"Classmate Evans, is there anything?" Bringing over Zoe Baxter and Iris Watson who were just passing by, Summer Sutton asked indifferently.
Lruis Evans seemed like he wanted to say something, but glanced at the two beside him and swallowed his words.
"If there’s nothing, then we’re going to class." Summer Sutton, arm in arm with her two roommates, entered the classroom first.
She thought the matter would just pass like this.
In class, she listened during lecture time and practiced during practical sessions.
After class around four in the afternoon, she intended to return directly to Sutton Gardens. Just as she stepped out of the classroom door, she was stunned by the scene outside.
Outside the classroom, the sky was sprinkled with many flowers, all sorts of roses.
In the air, a small helicopter hovered at low altitude, where it flew, roses scattered into a sea of flowers.
The helicopter circled in the air for a while, finally landing in front of Summer Sutton.
Lruis Evans stepped off the helicopter, smiling at her.
His face was clean, reminiscent of a pure spring day.
"Summer Sutton, I’ve been thinking for many days, and I’ve finally made up my mind. You knew Adrian Walyon first, and whatever happened between you and him, I don’t mind. I really like you, and I hope you can give me a chance to compete fairly with him. Will you?"
His voice was a bit loud, like he feared it would be too noisy for Summer Sutton to hear clearly.
It was just about the time classes ended, and there were many students around.
Summer Sutton looked around, her heart instantly chilled.
