Chapter 314: Such Great Energy
CHAPTER 314: CHAPTER 314: SUCH GREAT ENERGY
She was focused on preparing dinner.
Occasionally, she took a spoon to taste the soup she was simmering.
The kitchen lights were soft, casting a gentle glow on her face, highlighting her skin with a hazy aura. Her already delicate facial features became even more tender.
Suddenly, a playful strand of hair escaped from behind her ear, distracting Adrian Walyon’s gaze.
Summer Sutton probably felt uncomfortable and raised her slender, white hand to tuck it behind her ear.
Adrian’s gaze lingered on the skin behind her ear, glowing faintly pink and white. He quietly stared for a moment, then wrapped an arm around her waist, drawing her into his embrace, bent down, and kissed the spot behind her ear.
Summer’s body trembled slightly, as if caught off guard by his sudden action.
Adrian continued to kiss her; his lips lingered behind her ear, and his fingers gently cupped her face, turning her toward him, his lips finding hers.
He nibbled on her lips for a while, seeming unsatisfied, then suddenly picked her up and placed her on the countertop.
"Summer, let’s not eat! We’ll order takeout later." His handsome face leaned toward hers, his breath enveloping her ear, so hot it could cook an egg.
What he wanted to do was obvious.
Summer had nearly finished making the soup, with bubbles still simmering in the pot. How could she let this happen?
"Can’t it wait until after dinner?" She said, somewhat helplessly, in his arms, her voice soft and tender.
"No!" Adrian said decisively, lowering his face, tugging open her collar and kissing her shoulder here and there, and finding the countertop too cramped for his desires, he simply picked Summer up and headed upstairs.
Summer snuggled in his arms, her cheeks flushed.
It was already seven o’clock; she knew he was definitely hungry.
He was hungry, she was hungry, everyone was hungry, yet he still had the energy for this?
Summer often failed to understand a man’s stamina.
...
Adrian took her upstairs, and for several hours, they did not leave the room.
Summer initially thought she would indulge him for an hour, and by eight o’clock she’d be downstairs to eat.
Little did she know, being swept upstairs by Adrian meant entering the wolf’s den.
When things finally quieted down, it was nearing midnight.
Summer was both exhausted and hungry, harboring a particularly strong resentment toward Adrian at this moment.
Feeling satisfied and refreshed, Adrian handed her clothes and helped her get dressed, pulling her downstairs, "Let’s go out to eat; it’s no trouble anyway."
Summer followed him, letting him hold her hand, as they left Morning Garden.
They found a place to eat late-night snacks; Adrian had already brought Summer out, planning to eat outside before heading back.
But after sitting down, he felt staying out was a waste of time.
Their time together was precious; at home, there were always too many people, and the couple was often interrupted.
Having returned to Morning Garden, Adrian decided not to waste the night.
"Pack it up!" He asked the staff to box up their food, took the boxes, and quickly guided Summer to the car.
Tonight, Adrian seemed a bit wild; after driving back, they finished their night snacks and spent another few hours in each other’s arms.
By the time they fell asleep, it was already the morning of the next day.
Summer slept for a few hours at Morning Garden, then in the afternoon, she returned with Adrian to the Walyon Family estate.
Entering the house, her cheeks were rosy, looking every bit like someone who had been lovingly spoiled throughout the night.
