CHAPTER 61: CHAPTER 61: MY WIFE AND I GOT A ROOM, DOES IT BOTHER ANY OF YOU?

He spoke harshly, and Diana Wood absolutely believed he meant what he said.

Diana was stunned by him, her lips trembling, staring at him for a long time without speaking.

Adrian Walyon took the phone from Summer Sutton’s hand, glanced at the forum topic, and sneered coldly, turning the phone screen to everyone present, "All the rumors about Summer are with me. My soon-to-be wife went to a room with me and it’s worthy of you all judging her like this?"

His words were sarcastic, his tone sharp as always. Diana watched him in disbelief, "What did you say?"

"I said all the bad rumors about Summer are because of me. Does Madam Walyon need me to repeat it?" Adrian curled his lips contemptuously.

Diana grabbed the phone from his hand and stared at the photos on it over and over again. It really seemed like Adrian’s back.

Being contradicted by her son in front of so many people, Diana felt a bit embarrassed.

"You brat!" She glared at Adrian fiercely, got up, and left the hall angrily.

Adrian waited for her to walk away before turning to Summer Sutton, "Are you alright?"

Summer Sutton shook her head.

"They called you here and you just came? Didn’t think to call me first?" he lightly scolded.

How could Summer have known this would happen after she came?

Besides, even if she had known, she wasn’t one to seek help behind others’ backs.

Adrian seemed worried about her and spun her around to check if she was hurt.

Old Master Walyon watching from the side couldn’t help but frown at Adrian.

"Relax, no one will use corporal punishment on your wife!" He said sarcastically, his face stiff.

"That’s best." Adrian turned his face away. Inside, he faced the Old Master for the first time.

However, his words were, "The misunderstanding has been clarified, and the farce should end. I have an early shift tomorrow, so I’ll take Summer back first. I’ll bring her back when she has no classes another day."

Without caring about Old Master Walyon’s expression, Adrian helped Summer Sutton tidy her slightly messy long hair, took her hand, and left the Walyon Family without looking back.

All the way out, Adrian’s hand held onto Summer Sutton’s, never letting go.

Summer Sutton glanced at his hand and followed him into the car. On the way back, her gaze occasionally drifted to him.

Thinking of Adrian just now, her heart was a bit stirred.

"Why did you suddenly come?"

Adrian had actually rushed back after being informed by a servant at home.

Without directly answering her, he instructed, "In the future, if anyone from the family wants to see you, remember to tell me in advance so I can accompany you."

"Okay." Summer Sutton nodded, being very obedient today.

Adrian was quite satisfied with her, driving her straight back to Sutton Gardens, and had the servants prepare a simple dinner for them.

Just as they were about to eat, Sophie Walyon suddenly appeared in the villa again.

He always felt at ease with Adrian.

He climbed onto the dining table, sat between the two, and despite Adrian’s instantly sour expression, he started chatting with Summer Sutton.

"I heard you got bullied at home just now?"

"No such thing, I’m so stubborn, who can bully me?" Summer Sutton quickly denied.

"Don’t feel embarrassed, it’s actually no big deal. My mom’s just like that." Sophie Walyon patted her shoulder reassuringly, "If anyone bullies you again, I can also back you up!"
