She Has Three Little Treasures: Fake Heiress, Yet Captures The Tycoon's Heart
Chapter 3: Kid, Have You Ever Played With Bone Disassembly?
CHAPTER 3: CHAPTER 3: KID, HAVE YOU EVER PLAYED WITH BONE DISASSEMBLY?
"Ah!"
"Your hands are too long, let me help you remove them." Turning to face the little rascal’s gleaming face, "Have you ever played bone disassembly?"
The little rascal shook his head.
Raina North practiced while narrating on the spot: "The human body has a total of 206 bones: 23 skull bones, 7 cervical vertebrae, 12 thoracic vertebrae, 5 coccygeal vertebrae, 1 sacrococcygeal bone, 24 ribs... among which the disassemblable ones are..."
Raina’s voice was calm and gentle, like a mother’s lullaby, but to the crowd, it felt spine-chilling.
Soon, the hotel corridor echoed with a series of cracking sounds mixed with screams of agony, rising and falling.
A group of people lay scattered all over the floor, instantly turning into invertebrates.
Raina withdrew her hand: "There’s an art to fighting. The battered and bruised—it’s not only unsightly but also a waste of medical resources. By disassembling like this, people naturally become compliant, understand?"
The little rascal nodded vigorously, excitedly clenching his jade-like small fists, mimicking a fierce fighting posture, rushing in to try a couple of moves.
Raina furrowed her brow: "Kids being so violent isn’t good."
The invertebrate ’animals’ on the ground: Boss, doesn’t your conscience hurt saying that?
More footsteps approached, Raina caught her breath.
"Someone’s coming, let’s hurry and go."
Raina picked up the child and ran, but halfway through, the poison in her body acted up.
"Damn it! Right now of all times..." Raina gritted her teeth, tortured by a burning sensation in her body that drove her nearly insane.
On the brink of collapsing, Raina had no choice but to stop.
"Little rascal, I’m poisoned and can’t run anymore, you hurry and go find your family."
The little rascal shook his head, pulling Raina forward.
"Follow me."
Seeing his stubborn little figure, indicating that if she didn’t go, neither would he, Raina could only follow the little rascal step by step.
The little rascal skillfully made his way to the rooftop, entering the presidential suite.
"Mommy, wait here, I’ll find Daddy to save you."
The little rascal dropped these words and dashed out.
"Hey..." Raina wanted to stop him, but her words were burned away by the domineering flames within her.
Her vision went black, and she fell into a stupor.
...
Inside the presidential suite
Elias Hawthorne took off his mask, revealing a refined and unparalleled model-like face, looking sympathetically at his son sleeping on the big bed. The little guy’s feverish face was flushed, sleeping hazily, even in slumber murmuring mommy... mommy...
"Young Master, Young Master Drake is here." Butler Uncle Coleman walked in.
"Speak outside." Elias glanced at the little guy on the bed, pushing the person who entered out.
In the living room, Dante Drake waited respectfully.
"Master, it’s verified; the ones who acted were from The Crimson Blade Hall, but the information was leaked from Crestfall City, and by the time we arrived, those people were already dead."
"Dead?"
"Yes, the perpetrator must be an expert; all of their bones were disassembled, but the actual cause of death was poison."
"The Crimson Blade Hall’s tricks aren’t capable of secretly taking people away from here..."
"It was Young Master." Dante cautiously glanced at his master, "He broke through the defenses on the rooftop and shook off his bodyguards."
He even suspected their little ancestor deliberately walked out to let the opponent capture him.
Elias coldly chuckled: "No doubt it’s more than breaking the defense system and exposing himself. The whole plan was manipulated by that kid; the old folks from Crestfall City and The Crimson Blade Hall were all calculated by him."
Uncle Coleman: "That’s impossible; the little master is only five years old."
Elias coldly chuckled: "Impossible? You’re underestimating that kid’s abilities; he’s, after all, my son, Elias Hawthorne." Turning to Dante, "What about The Rakshasa side?"
Dante’s face tensed: "...Still not captured..."
Elias’s breath paused, the temperature inside the room dropped several degrees: "Issue a bounty, global hunt."
"Yes." Dante retreated.
The atmosphere in the living room immediately became tense.
A moment later, Elias finally spoke: "I heard that kid brought back a woman."
Uncle Coleman hesitated, recalling their young master’s peculiar hobby, couldn’t help but have a headache.
"As soon as the woman arrived, she fell into a coma. The little master treasures her a lot; before sleeping, he forbade anyone from touching her, insisting you must come."
Elias coldly chuckled: "He surely has grown capable, always going out to find a mom, this time even bringing her home, learned to give his old man tasks."
Uncle Coleman awkwardly laughed: "The little master thinks your life is too bland and solitary, living like a monk, and specially found you a blessing. Our little master is indeed thoughtful; do you want to go look yourself?"
Elias glanced at him: "No need, investigate the woman’s background, if there’s no issue, send her away as soon as she wakes."
...
Hot...
Like an impending volcanic eruption.
All of the blood in her body was fiery lava, turning into a fire dragon, gathering at a point, endlessly impacting! Impacting!
Raina felt that her internal organs were about to be burned out.
This couldn’t go on.
Raina gritted her teeth, a silver needle pierced the top of her head.
Pain stimulated the brain, restoring clarity for a moment.
Raina deeply exhaled: "So domineering, can’t go on, need to leave here immediately."
Raina dragged her collapsing body outside the guest room.
The surroundings were quiet, the dim lights softly illuminating everything, appearing so tranquil and beautiful.
Yet, the crisis hidden beneath the tranquility and beauty couldn’t escape Raina’s eye.
The more unfamiliar the environment, the more acute Raina’s senses became; the room was full of surveillance infrared lines, a slight carelessness could trigger alarms.
Raina struggled greatly to avoid them, seeing she was about to reach the exit...
"Hooow~"
As if stepping on something.
With a misstep, Raina veered off her original path.
A shadow flashed through the darkness.
Not good, someone’s here!
Raina was shocked, instinctively pushed open the door behind her, and hid inside.
"Who’s there?"
Nearly as Raina stepped in, Elias Hawthorne’s eyes opened on the bed.
In the low light of the room, Elias’s sharp eyes shot out like flying knives.
Raina unexpectedly looked up, their eyes met.
A man...
Boom!
Something exploded in her mind.
The fire dragon in her body seemed to instantly find a breakthrough, soaring to the sky.
Pop—
The nerve named rationality broke.
Raina’s eyes turned red, every cell in her body shouting—
Elias, with tightened brows, felt uncomfortable being stared at by her greedy eyes.
Almost at first sight, Elias confirmed her identity.
His cool lips formed a sneer: "You are the woman Baby brought back. Tell me, who sent you..."
Before finishing his sentence, Elias felt a weight on him, his lips blocked.
That scorching softness, like a branding iron, instantly ignited Elias’s icy cells.
"Woman, such audacity!"
Apart from being set up and framed by the Hawthorne elders five years ago, no woman had approached him, let alone touched him.
The raging fire within Elias’s eyes quickly flared.
With a wave, he intended to subdue the damned woman, but found himself immobilized.
