CHAPTER 1624: SHOCKING AMOUNT

With all of the most powerful people in the racial alliance making moves, there was a large amount of manpower that was deployed.

With the estimation of power that we had of each of the countries, we had already guessed how much in supplies would be brought over. That was also what we had used to calculate how much transportation to send to each location.

But in the end, we were completely mistaken about this.

"We need more wyverns in the Holy Empire."

"We need some mermaid porters in the Tide Empire."

"We need more airships in the Democratic Union."

There were many different requests that were made all over the place for more forms of transportation. It seemed that the amount of transportation that we had deployed just simply wasn’t enough to keep up with the amount of supplies that was being offered.

It seemed that we had completely underestimated how generous all of the other countries would be.

As such, it was quite the scramble arranging everything for the different countries.

It really took a lot of manpower just to arrange all of the transportation to bring everything over.

By the end of it, we all couldn’t help being surprised by just how much had been gathered.

Though in the cases of the four empires, it seemed like they were glaring at each other because of this. It was almost as if there was a rivalry between them about how much they could offer.

This large amount of food...it was enough to feed the Kite Kingdom and all of its subsidiaries for several decades.

As for the four empires, this amount of food would have been enough to keep one empire and its subsidiaries fed for several years.

Even if the Kite Kingdom had been called the fifth empire, it was still some time before we could actually become a real empire. There was a reason why these four empires had survived for so long.

But this amount of food, it really was quite the shocking sight.

If it wasn’t for the magicians of the Sorcery Empire and the elves of the Elven Forest stepping forward to use refrigeration spells, then we wouldn’t have been able to stop all this food from going stale.

This was just the power that came from having everyone work together like this.

"Thank you. Thank you everyone for your support for the Mofu Mofu Kingdom."

This was what the group from the demi humans said as soon as they saw all of the food that had been prepared for them. It was clear by the looks on their faces that they hadn’t expected the other races to go this far for them, especially the way that they looked at the human representatives.

There was a reason why everyone was afraid of humans after the last racial war, so this wasn’t strange.

But the humans had changed after everything that happened and we wanted to make sure that they knew that.

Only I couldn’t help feeling curious about why the empires had been so generous with their aid supplies. It was clear that they weren’t doing this just out of the goodness of their hearts.

It was clear that there was something else that they wanted from the demi humans if they were going to go this far.

It was just that I couldn’t figure out what they wanted.

Since all of the supplies had been gathered, the only thing that was left were the gnomes and the sea witches. After all, preparing these supplies wouldn’t mean anything if the ones that were supposed to cure the epidemic weren’t here.

It took another day for the gnomes and the sea witches to arrive.

Most of the transportation had been used on the supplies in the end, which was why they were picked up a day late.

But when they arrived, it was clear that they were very excited about the experience that they just had. After all, we sent wyverns specifically to go and pick them up.

The gnomes and sea witches never had a chance to ride a wyvern before and this was even more true for the sea witches who lived underwater.

So this chance to fly through the sky was one of a kind for them.

When they arrived, the one that came forward first was...

"Dicus, where are you?"

It wasn’t a sea witch that came forward first, it was the prince of the Merman Empire that stepped forward. However, he didn’t step forward as a representative of the Merman Empire, he stepped forward as a father.

Though there was no one that answered him.

That was because the one that he was calling out to didn’t seem interested in him at all.

Her attention was completely on someone else that was here and they were a part of the group that was waiting.

When the prince of the Merman Empire saw this, he immediately knitted his brows to look at the person that she was staring at.

That meant that the prime minister revealed an awkward look as he looked for help.

With a faint smile, I gave a cough before saying, "Everyone, thank you for coming. I hope that we will all be able to work together to help the demi humans."

Chocola and Vanilla also stepped forward to thank the gnomes and sea witches that had arrived.

Since the demi humans had stepped forward, it wasn’t as if the prince of the Merman Empire could continue glaring at the prime minister. But that didn’t mean that he had completely forgotten about this and seemed like this was something that he was going to bring up later.

But that was for later.

Right now, it was about building up the relationship between everyone and the demi humans.

After all, we were here to help the demi humans with their problems.

Once everyone gathered and the supplies were prepared, all that was left was to head to the Mofu Mofu Kingdom.
