Shunned By An Alpha, Cherised By A Lycan
Chapter 337
?Chapter 337:
My grip on his cor tightened, and for a second, I considered ignoring her. But Ace growled a warning in my head. She’s still her mother. Back off.
I released him, shoving him hard against the wall onest time before stepping back. He straightened his jacket, his eyes cold and unflinching as he stared at me.
“She’s my daughter,” he said evenly, his voice calm despite the tension crackling in the air. “And I made the decision I thought was best for her.”
For real? What’s best for her? What’s best for her is Jasmine lying on the bed with a bullet lodged in her hand. Is that what’s fucking best for her? Endangering her life for his stupid, greedy pack?
This was a man I honored, a man I looked up to. But now… all I could see was the coward in him.
The moon goddess forgive me.
“Well, you fucking failed,” I snapped, my voice dripping with venom.
I bit my tongue, keeping my raging thoughts to myself because I knew… it would only take one word, and Ace would be unleashed. And once he’s out, it’s going to be bloody.
The door creaked open, breaking the awkward tension that hung in the room, and Enzo stepped inside, his dark boots making a sound as he entered. Kade trailed close behind him.
The relief on Kade’s face gave me a sign that it wasn’t bad news.
“Am I interrupting something?” Enzo asked, raising an eyebrow as he took in the scene.
“No,” I muttered, scrubbing a hand over my face. “What is it?” If he had something to say, he should fucking cut to the chase.
Enzo nced at Jasmine, his expression softening briefly before he turned back to me. “The bastard who did this,” he said, his voice cold and sharp, “we’ve caught him.”
Ace growled, and all I could picture was snapping his neck, but that would be too merciful. What’s the real way to make someone suffer before they die? A fucking torture session before execution.

The room went still, every eye snapping to Enzo.
“Who is it?” I demanded, my voice like steel.
I needed answers. For the moon goddess’ sake.
Enzo’s lips curved into a grim smile. “Let’s just say you’ll want to see this for yourself.”
And just like that, the storm inside me turned into a hurricane. Whoever it was, whoever had dared to hurt my mate, they were about to face hell. Real fucking hell.
Ryder’s POV
I stormed out of the room, leaving the Vipers behind. Each step I took felt heavy, driven by the rage that had settled in my chest like a living beast. My fists clenched at my sides, and Ace growled low in my head, demanding blood. This wasn’t just about revenge. It was about justice for Jasmine—my mate.
Enzo walked ahead of me, leading the way to where they had the bastard tied down. He didn’t say a word, and he didn’t need to. His silence only added to the tension in the room, and I could feel my fury growing with every passing second.
One word rang through my mind, sharp and unyielding: Revenge.
We entered the basement, the scent of damp earth and steel hitting me like a wall. The room was almost dark, with a single bulb swinging overhead, casting eerie shadows on the walls. In the center of the room was a chair, and in that chair sat the man responsible for everything.
