?Chapter 96:

I smirked, keeping my cool, though my body was betraying me in a thousand different ways. “You should be careful,” I purred. “y with fire, and you’ll burn.”

His lips twisted into a wicked grin. “I’m more than willing to take that risk.”

I stood up slowly, my movements deliberate, teasing. “Not yet, Alpha. Not yet.” I turned away, feeling his eyes burning into my back as I sauntered to the other side of the room. His groan of frustration fueled my confidence.

When I finally turned back, Ryder was watching me with an intensity that made my skin tingle. I walked toward him, my gaze never leaving his. “Sit down, Ryder.”

He frowned but obeyed, his muscles tensing in anticipation. I could feel the control shifting, tilting in my favor, and it thrilled me. With slow, deliberate movements, I unzipped my dress, letting it slide off my body. His eyes widened, and I saw the tension ripple through him, but he stayed still, watching. When I reached for the chemise underneath, I ripped it down the middle, the sound filling the room. His Adam’s apple bobbed as his gaze darkened, veins pulsing with barely contained hunger.

“Close your eyes,” I whispered, stepping closer, my voice a softmand. I used the ripped fabric to bind his hands to the couch, knotting it tight, teasingly.

“What the hell are you doing?” Ryder growled, his voice thick with excitement, but I ignored him, tightening the knots.

I pressed a kiss to his chest, my fingers trailing down, tracing the lines of his abs. “I’m taking control, Ryder. Tonight, you belong to me.” With a flick of the switch, I turned on the red and blue lights, casting a sultry glow over the room, setting the mood. The air between us crackled with tension, and I reveled in it.

“Now,” I whispered, leaning in close, “open your eyes.”

Ryder’s eyes snapped open, the hunger in them raw, unrestrained, and burning through me like fire. His muscles strained against the bonds as he watched me with a wild, predatory look that made me feel powerful—like I had tamed the most dangerous beast in the room.

“You better know what you’re doing, Jasmine,” he growled, his voice rough, guttural, as if barely holding back the primal urge to tear the fabric loose and take what he wanted. “Because when I get out of this, I’m going to make you scream my name until the Moon Goddess herself hears it.”

A wicked smile tugged at my lips. That’s the spirit. I climbed onto hisp, straddling him, feeling the heat radiating from his body. He was barely holding on, the veins in his arms bulging as his muscles flexed beneath me. I leaned in, my lips brushing the shell of his ear as I whispered, “By the Moon Goddess, Ryder, you talk too much. Sometimes, I think you need to be put in your ce.”

I felt the growl reverberate in his chest, his whole body vibrating with tension. “I am in my ce, Jasmine,” he rasped. “Inside you is where I belong.”

My core clenched at his words, heat pooling low in my belly. But I wasn’t giving in just yet. I moved deliberately, grinding my hips against him, teasing, torturing him with every slow shift of my body. His growl deepened, his eyes darkening to a stormy blue, the beast in him barely caged.

“You feel that?” I purred, rolling my hips once more, feeling the rock-hard evidence of how much he wanted me. “You’re mine tonight, Ryder. I’m in control.”

His jaw clenched, his gaze zing as he strained against the fabric binding his wrists, his voice low and thick with desire. “You have no idea what you’re doing to me, Jasmine. Fuck.”

I smiled down at him, a slow, teasing grin, running my fingers down his chest, tracing the hard muscles beneath his shirt. “I know exactly what I’m doing, Alpha.” The word came out like a purr, full of challenge, knowing just how much he craved the power struggle between us. I trailed my hands lower, stopping just above his belt, my fingers teasing at the buckle but not going further. His breath hitched, and I knew I had him.

His hands flexed against the bonds, the fabric straining, but I held firm, pressing my lips to his neck, my tongue flicking out to taste his skin. “Patience, Ryder. Or do you need to tie your legs down, too?”

“By the fucking Moon Goddess, Jasmine, don’t tempt me.” His voice was hoarse, his control slipping with every passing second. I could feel the tension, the barely-restrained power coiled in his body, ready to snap.
