’Yeah. That’s not good.’ Corey frowned.

The moment Corey saw the notification that the Ancients were not only watching him but were now curious about him, he knew that it was not a good sign at all.

If they were just watching him, then it was fine.

For all he knew, he could become extremely boring to them and they might lose interest in him, choosing not to watch him after some time.

But if they were curious?

Then that means that they would want to find answers, and he had no idea if these Ancients he had no idea about were unscrupulous and would do just about anything to satiate their curiousity.

Curiousity was bad for him, and he just hoped that these Ancients would not interfere with his life.

’At least I’m immune to both curses and fate. Which means that if any one of them tries to curse me or interfere with my fate, they would fail... Right?’

A wry smile appeared on his lips as he thought of a worrying fact that his immunity toward fate scrying abilities and curses might not be truly immune.

If it was not...

’Let’s not focus on that at the moment.’

He shook his head, and then he went to the next set of screens.

A unique Title granted to those who recreate light at the heart of corruption and darkness.

Passive Buff: +35% effectiveness of all Light and Fire Element spells.

Title Effect: Passive suppression of corrupted or darkness or shadow entities below Tier 6.

2. [Weapon: Dawnsplit Fang]

A Blue Grade unique growth weapon that was crafted from the crystallized fang of a slain Solar Drake. It hates all things that fester in the dark.

Effect 1: Shifts between dagger, short sword, or whip-form at will. Its initial form is that of a long, jagged dagger.

Effect 2: Absorbs ambient light to increase sharpness. Gains bonus damage in bright environments.

Effect 3: Deals True Damage to spirits and corrupted entities.

Unique Skill 1: Rend the Veil- A charged strike that tears through illusory space and burns metaphysical bindings.

Unique Skill 2: Radiant Lash- A condensed arc of solar essence lashes out like a scythe.

Hidden Property: The weapon remembers kills and may evolve if used to slay a powerful Light or Shadow creature.

3. [Consumable: Blood of the Burnt Crown]

The diluted ichor of a forgotten fire archmage slain in Virendell’s ancient era.

Effect 1: Temporarily grants you the Fire Crown Authority, allowing you to issue commands to any flame-based entity (up to Tier 6) or alter the properties of any flame-based spell.

Effect 2: Allows the summoning of a Half-Step Tier 7 Flame Elemental that was once bound to the Flame Pantheon of Virendell.

Duration: Ten minutes (may be shortened based on environment)

Limit: Single use

Warning: May burn your spirit if overused.

Note: The Flame Elemental is not under full control. Negotiation or force of will may be necessary.

4. [Artifact: Cloak of Tenebral]

Grade: Indigo Grade (Growth)

A rare cloak that was stitched from the silk of a dead Shadow Arachnid and the darkness from a realm where light has never existed.

Passive Effects:

- Slight increase to movement speed and evasion in dimly lit or dark environments.

- Light-based tracking abilities have reduced accuracy against you

- Constant passive shadow veil over your body when stationary

Active Effect- Shadow Phase: For six seconds, phase into any nearby shadow within a six hundred meters radius. While phased, you can pass through solid matter, avoid most physical attacks, and reposition freely via interconnected shadows.

- Cool down: 3 minutes

- Cannot phase through divine wards or radiant sanctified light

Synergy Bonus: Increases effectiveness when paired with shadow-based spells or movement skills.

5. [Skill Book: Umbraweave- Art of Shadow Manipulation]

A skill book carved with ancient runes and inscribed with teachings from a forgotten shadow-cult. It is a long lost legacy skill that grants the user foundational mastery over shadow energy when absorbed.

Core Abilities Upon Integration:

- Shadow Threads: Form and control threadlike shadow extensions for offense, defense, or manipulation.

- Shifting Veil: Blend into surrounding shadows and reduce detectability drastically.

- Umbra Grip: Project shadow limbs to bind, strike, or disarm enemies at mid-range.

NOTE: As your Tier and Affinity for shadows and shadow energy increase, more advanced techniques will unlock.

WARNING: May conflict or harmonize violently with Light or Radiance based abilities depending on your level of control and intent.

6. [Ashen Key of the Hollow Sun]

A half-burned, half-melted key that was forged from the remnant bones of the calamity of a forgotten epoch of Virendell.

A silent relic once held by the Hollow Creed. Its surface bears no markings, yet it burns cold.

No one knows what it opens.

But it was once believed by the leaders of the Hollow Creed that the key could open the gates to the kingdom of their god.

But the truth remains buried.

Corey’s eyes flashed with visible surprise as he gazed at the rewards that were before him.

Although he wanted to tell himself that he had expected such rewards, he was still surprised by them because each reward was good and powerful.

’I think I might need to sit down and take my time for this.’

He looked around to make sure that there was no hidden danger, and then he snapped his fingers.

A platform of hexagon barriers appeared below his feet along with an illusion veil. He sat with his legs crossed on the hexagon platform, and then he exhaled softly.

’Let me see what I shall choose.’

Although he said this, he knew what he was most likely to choose.
