SSS Class Awakening: Start With A God-Level Choice System
Chapter 93: Miracle Cell Reconstruction (SSS) And Arcane Infusion Cooking (SS)
CHAPTER 93: MIRACLE CELL RECONSTRUCTION (SSS) AND ARCANE INFUSION COOKING (SS)
Another day had passed since Ainsworth extended the Otherworld Mission time limit, and while he was directing his High Priests to dominate the world, he immediately heard a notification sound in his mind.
-Ding!
[The Side Mission: World Domination (SSS+) has been completed!]
-Ding!
[Your team has received the following rewards: Improvement of otherworld mission score (Will be graded after all the main missions are completed),
SS-rank Skill Book (One per member of the team, tailored to suit the member’s needs),
S-rank item and A-rank item (One per member of the team, tailored to suit the member’s needs. Can be used regardless of Awakener Rank but only applicable to the team member who received it.),
SSS-rank Skill Book (Only one and can only be given to the member of the team who contributed the most to the side mission.)]
-Ding!
[You have received the SS-rank Arcane Infusion Cooking skill book!]
Without any hesitation, Ainsworth immediately used the skill book.
-Ding!
[You have acquired the SS-rank Arcane Infusion Cooking skill!]
[Skill: Arcane Infusion Cooking
Skill Rank: SS
Skill Ability:
(1) Infuse cooked meals with a chosen energy type (mana, aura, virus energy, spiritual energy, etc.), granting that energy’s properties to the dish.
(2) Consumers of the infused food temporarily gain a small passive regeneration of that energy type and a 5–10% buff to the related stat (e.g., aura-infused food boosts aura stat slightly).
(3) The more complex or rare the infused energy, the more prep time and ingredient rarity required.
Duration: The buff lasts 15 minutes at minimum, but it can vary depending on the quality and quantity of energy type infused, as well as the culinary technique and proficiency used.
Cooldown: None (limited by ingredients and cooking time)]
After Ainsworth used the SS-rank Arcane Infusion Cooking skill book, he received another skill book due to being the one who contributed the most to completing the side mission.
-Ding!
[You have received the SSS-rank Miracle Cell Reconstruction skill book!]
Without any hesitation, Ainsworth immediately used the skill book.
-Ding!
[You have acquired the SSS-rank Miracle Cell Reconstruction skill!]
[Skill: Miracle Cell Reconstruction
Skill Rank: SSS
Skill Ability:
(1) Allows the user to perform instantaneous cellular healing on self or others, completely regenerating damaged tissue, limbs, organs, or spiritual injuries regardless of severity.
(2) For the next 30 seconds after activation, the target gains temporary immunity to death — they will not fall below 1 HP unless hit by an absolute killing move.
(3) Can reconstruct dead bodies into pristine condition if used within 60 seconds of death, allowing for immediate resurrection via external means (soul return, divine blessing, or system revival).
Duration: Instant cast + 30-second buff
Cooldown: None]
After receiving those two skill books and using them, Ainsworth received the S-rank and A-rank items which were placed in his inventory.
The Voice of The World would provide an inventory for Awakeners but it was only limited to rewards obtained from the Earth Will.
Any objects that weren’t included in its scope of storage, like for example, items obtained from the Otherworld, couldn’t be stored inside it.
That’s why, some players would use skill books that granted space inventory-based skills for storage problems. Those who couldn’t use space-type skill books due to incompatibility would instead buy storage rings and such.
However, Ainsworth didn’t intend for his newly received items to rot in the inventory so he immediately equipped and used them.
After equipping them, he checked their status.
[Item: Velocity Boots Of Momentum
Item Rank: S
Item Type: Equipment (Footwear)
Item Ability:
(1): Passively increases the wearer’s base movement speed by 100%. This applies to walking, running, dashing, and other non-enhanced movement types.
(2): If the wearer possesses any traversal-type skills or movement methods—such as flight, phase-walking, underwater travel, terrain gliding, wall-running, or other special mobility modes—then each active traversal skill used adds an additional movement speed bonus of 100%, up to a maximum of +300% total bonus.
(e.g. Possessing flight and phase-walk, while using both, grants +200% on top of the base 100%.)
(3): This item does not grant traversal abilities on its own. However, if the wearer has 5 or more distinct traversal skills, the bonus speed from those abilities applies automatically, even if those traversal methods are not actively used.
Cooldown: None]
[Item: Reinforced Combat Jacket
Item Rank: A
Item Type: Equipment (Torso)
Item Ability:
(1): Passively reduces all incoming physical and energy damage by 20%, including melee attacks, ranged strikes, and energy-type damage. This effect is always active.
(2): Each time the wearer takes a hit, a portion of the impact is absorbed as kinetic charge, storing up to a cap equal to 10% of the wearer’s maximum HP. Once full or manually activated, the stored energy is released in a short-range concussive blast, knocking back nearby enemies and interrupting their actions.
(3): The jacket is reinforced with a multi-layered weave resistant to tearing, elemental erosion, corrosion, and armor-penetrating effects, making it effective in prolonged engagements or hostile environments.
Cooldown: 5 minutes after activation (for ability 2)]
Needless to say, Ainsworth wore both of them as they were very useful, especially Velocity Boots Of Momentum (S).
Those boots granted him 400% movement speed passively and it was all due to his Freedom Of Movement (SSS) class exclusive skill.
As for why, his Freedom Of Movement (SSS) skill allowed him to move in any way he wanted so it already fulfilled the ability 3 requirement of Velocity Boots Of Momentum (S).
After receiving all those rewards, Ainsworth couldn’t help but sigh, "The side mission was completed a day after the Otherworld Mission time limit had ended. So even if I didn’t have Awakener Points to extend it, I wouldn’t have to commit a genocide but merely a massacre."
From his estimation, he didn’t have to kill 1 billion humans but only around 50 million since those were the believer count that the Church of Evolution had successfully converted within a day.
Even with his current power, he still couldn’t destroy an island, let alone sink a continent. Because of that, killing 50 million humans would still be a troublesome task for him and it couldn’t be done instantly.
Even killing 1 billion humans was quite difficult even if they were weak. After all, even butchering 1 billion livestock like pigs and chickens would make the butcher exhausted.
Despite his complaints, Ainsworth was still glad that those two side missions were finally completed.
With both the side missions and main missions completed, Eleutheron Eclipse no longer has to worry about them. Instead, they could focus their energy on improving themselves through training, especially Rian and Dante.
Even now, while Ainsworth was busy micromanaging the Church of Evolution, Rian and Dante were having hellish training with the Apostles and High Priests as their combat instructors and sparring partners.
Rian and Dante had received a lot of rewards from just participating in the Otherworld Mission with Ainsworth. Even though they didn’t receive those SSS-rank skill books that required being the MVP of the side mission, the rewards they received were still more than enough to raise their combat power to that of a Three-Star C-rank Awakener.
Their hellish training with the Apostles and High Priests was to familiarize themselves with using those new skills and equipment.
Although Ainsworth didn’t need to do training as no one could be powerful enough to be his sparring partner, he still planned to not waste such precious time.
To enrich himself, he let his believers handle all the Church’s affairs while he gathered all of the information and knowledge he could in this world.
’This world’s Terra is quite similar to Earth before the Awakener Era. The difference is that the Zombie Apocalypse World is much more technologically advanced than Before Awakener Era Earth.’
’Although it wouldn’t be directly useful to improving my combat power, it’s still better to expand my knowledge as I’ll at least have a decent foundation if I were to encounter more advanced stuff.’
Knowing that the Otherworld has a lot of worlds with different power systems and knowledge, Ainsworth decided to lay a foundation for himself so that he could use that to draw inferences whenever he encountered something much more advanced.
For example, learning technology in the Modern Era Terra and mastering it would prepare him if he was ever in a Sci-Fi World rather than mastering none at all.
Furthermore, he would only do that to pass the time as he still wouldn’t neglect increasing his Viral Energy stat attribute.
The Church of Evolution had already developed to the point that they could hoard 99% of the Zombie Apocalypse World’s daily Moon Crystals and Sun Crystals resource. Furthermore, the expansion of the Church of Evolution had became inevitable and no one could shake its rule so Ainsworth didn’t have to micromanage it anymore.
After conveying his ideas to his believers and letting Rian and Dante manage the Church of Evolution on his behalf, Ainsworth started gathering the knowledge this world had and mastering it, starting with the Noctyra Corporation’s technologies.
Since he could extend his stay in the Zombie Apocalypse World for a year, Ainsworth would make the best use of it!
