The next day, the atmosphere at the hospital where Bianca was being treated still felt grim. Andrian stood anxiously in the corridor outside Bianca’s hospital room, his eyes sharp and filled with worry. Momentster, Elric approached him with
hurried steps.
Andrian immediately turned his sharp gaze on Elric.
“What’s the result of your investigation? Have you found the person who attacked Bianca?”
Elric hesitated briefly before replying in a low voice,
“I’m sorry, Sir. So far, we haven’t found any trace of the perpetrator. They were very professional and left no evidence
behind.”
Andrian clenched his jaw, his expression darkened with frustration and fury.
“I don’t care how you do it. You must find the attacker as soon as possible. I’ll deal with them myself.”
“Yes, Sir.”
Elric nodded quickly, fully aware of the urgency.
“But there’s something else you should know…”
Andrian narrowed his eyes, suspicious of what Elric was about to say.
“The old jeweler you met yesterday–Mr. Beldiq–was found dead this morning,” Elric reported carefully.
Andrian was taken aback, his eyes widening in disbelief.
“Mr. Beldig is dead? How? What happened?”
Elric took a deep breath before answering,
“He was found murdered in his own workshop. ording to the investigation team, he was shot in the head. No fingerprints or other clear evidence was found,”
Andrian closed his eyes briefly, his frustration and anger growing even stronger. He recalled how he had left Bianca to meet investors alone yesterday just so he could meet Mr. Beldiq–after Elric uncovered a lead that the old man was the craftsman behind a silver bracelet identical to Nyx’s.
Andrian had hoped to find a clue about Nyx, but he never imagined that decision would lead to Bianca being attacked and gravely injured,
With his voice trembling slightly from emotion, Andrian asked,
“Do you think these incidents are connected?”
Elric nodded firmly.

“Are you alright?”
Andnan took a deep breath, his face pale yet still trying to stay strong
“My limits have arrived, Eric Today I was supposed to receive a blood transfusion from Bianca,” he murmured. “But I can’t possibly do that with her in this condition. She hasn’t even regained consciousness yet.”
Eric was silent for a moment before speaking gently,
“We’re currently searching for another donor for you, Sir I promise we’ll find a recement as soon as possible.”
Andrian nodded slowly, his jaw tightening again. His anger toward the mysterious figure who caused this chaos grew even more hurting Bianca and new hindering his own treatment.
“Don’t waste time, Eine Find a solution immediately. I don’t want this problem to drag on? Andrian said coldly before walking unsteadily back to Bianca’s room, trying to hide his weakness from everyone’s eyes

media–and also among the servants at the Velor family mansion.
Since morning, almost every corner of the kitchen and the servants‘ work areas was filled with whispers and curious questions about the incident.
“Who could’ve attacked Miss Bianca? And why?” a young maid whispered to her friend who was preparing breakfast.
“I’m wondering the same. Could it be she had enemies all along?” the other replied, her face serious.

Meanwhile, some of the maids busy cleaning the main living room were more interested in Bianca’s facial injuries after the
attack.
“I heard her face is badly damaged. Do you think Mr. Andrian will still love her if her face changes?” one of them asked
quietly.
An older maid shook her head confidently.
“Don’t say such things. Mr. Andrian loves Miss Bianca very much. I’m sure he’ll bring the best doctors from abroad to
restore her face.”
“But what if her face is truly ruined? Will she be ugly forever?”
The room fell into brief silence before another maid, a bit more optimistic, spoke up.
“That’s impossible. Mr. Andrian wouldn’t let something like that happen to the woman he loves. We’ll see.”
The servants‘ conversations continued. Elena, who had just entered the kitchen to get some tea, overheard the whispers.
She kept her face down to avoid attention, but her lips curled into a thin, satisfied smile.
Among everyone, Elena was the happiest to hear the news. She felt no sympathy for the misfortune that had befallen
Bianca.
Elena had always disliked Bianca–both for what she did to thete Alicia, and for openly flirting with Andrian in public
without a shred of shame.
Even though she was just a servant, Elena never hesitated to show her displeasure toward Bianca’s arrogance, which the woman unted endlessly.
With a light heart, Elena walked out of the kitchen carrying a tray of tea, while behind her, the whispers about Bianca
continued,
Elena smiled again and muttered softly,
“At least now she knows what it feels like to be hurt and humiliated–just like Miss Alicia once was.”
Elena ced a warm cup of tea on the small table in front of Aliana with a cheerful smile, Aliana sat calmly in her chair, looking indifferent as she read a slim book.
“Miss, have you heard about Miss Bianca?” Elena asked enthusiastically, her eyes sparkling. “The kitchen staff are all talking about her condition. They say she was attacked, and the wound on her face is severe–it might leave a scar.”

Aliana didn’t seem bothered by the news. She didn’t even lift her eyes from the book. She only murmured faintly in
response.

Elena was puzzled by her mistress’splete indifference. She had expected Aliana to at least show a hint of satisfaction or pleasure upon hearing the news about Bianca. Elena dared to ask further.
“Miss, aren’t you at least a little happy about what happened to Bianca? Isn’t this good news for you?”
Aliana looked up at Elena with a sharp gaze, her expression turning cold. She spoke in a low, firm tone.
“Lower your voice, Elena. Others could hear. They’ll get the wrong idea if they see how clearly pleased you are about this.”
Elena immediately felt guilty and bowed her head.
“I’m sorry, Miss. I got carried away.”
She quicklyposed her expression, though a faint smile still lingered on her lips.
“But this is good, isn’t it? At least Miss Alicia might be smiling from heaven, seeing Bianca finally punished. Just imagine how humiliated Bianca will be with that disfigured face.”
Aliana smirked as she sipped her tea gracefully, her cold gaze distant.
“That’s nothing,” she replied calmly, thoughced with deep hatred.
“Bianca should’ve been hurt even worse.”
Elena frowned, confused by Aliana’s sharp and vengeful words. She stared closely at her, trying to understand her
meaning.
Aliana slowly put down her teacup, then nced at Elena with an icy look.
“I should’ve broken both her legs. That would’ve been nearly fairpared to the suffering Alicia endured.”
Elena’s eyes widened in shock. Her mouth opened slightly in disbelief. She stared at Aliana, her heart pounding.
It was then Elena realized a startling truth she had never even considered before.
The person who attacked and injured Bianca… was Aliana.
