CHAPTER 383: CONVINCING!

Shadow Moon Organisation:

Jeremy arrived before them with a smile on his face. Then he sat on the sofa opposite them. Seeing that Sinag and Ada looked at each other’s faces in surprise.

Because they found Jeremy Night was in a good mood. Not only did their gazes fall on his armour suit as well. They knew this was not an armour suit given to him by the organisation.

It appears to be a new armour suit. In their heart, they wondered where he got it from. They found it expensive as well.

But right now, Sinag wanted to know more about the mission. Before Ada could say something. She asked.

"What happened?"

"Was your mission successful?" Sinag asked.

Ada turned towards Jeremy Night as well.

Hearing that Jeremy’s eyes flickered with surprise. He understood that they must have discussed his mission.

He then calmed his turbulent heart.

He said, "Yes, I have completed my mission successfully."

Sinag smiled and asked, "Tell us about your mission?"

Hearing that Jeremy knew he couldn’t walk away from here. He then began telling them about the mission.

As time passes, Sinag and Ada continue to listen. They were surprised to know that Jeremy hadn’t faced any serious threat as they were worried about.

A few minutes later,

Jeremy finished with a quick explanation. He obviously lied to them. If they had known that he had escaped from the Tier-5 Corrupted beasts, they would have been shocked.

Sinag relaxed her eyebrows. She thinks she had worried unnecessarily. Ada wasn’t that surprised. Ever since she had witnessed Jeremy Night’s strength.

She stopped worrying about him. Then they spoke for a few other minutes. Before leaving, Sinag told Jeremy Night to report to Leader Gisela.

Hearing that Jeremy nodded to her. Then Sinag and Ada left the lobby. Jeremy then started going towards the leader’s room.

Soon, he reached the Leader Gisela’s room. He was about to knock on the door. But the door opened before him.

Creak!

The door opens.

Seeing that he realises that Team leader Gisela is here. He then walks into the room. He saw her sitting behind the desk.

Jeremy Night greeted her before sitting opposite on the sofa.

"You have gone to complete the Beast Taming Association’s mission. What happened? Tell me from the beginning." Gisela asked casually.

She got some information from Sinag. She was not that worried. She knows about Jeremy Night’s strength.

But she didn’t know that Jeremy not only went to the outer part of the wilderness. But he went to the inner part of the Wilderness as well.

Jeremy then started to speak. He is beginning to tell the same lie.

Gisela continues to listen. At the same time, she is judging whether his words were true or not. She knows the wilderness in the 10th zone better than Jeremy Night.

The danger in the Outer part of the wilderness is great as well. It’s not every day you can return unharmed after completing the mission.

She knows it’s Jeremy Night’s second solo mission. He had returned uninjured again.

A few minutes later,

Jeremy finished his explanation. Gisela found no problem with his words. She then thought of something and her expression turned serious.

She said, "Next time, you are not allowed to leave on your own without informing us. This time I forgive you."

"But next time it doesn’t matter how long you should meet me in person before doing something like this."

Hearing that Jeremy Night was shocked as well. This is the first time he has seen such an expression on her face.

Then he said, "I apologise. Next time, I’ll inform you in person."

"Good," Gisela replied as her eyebrows eased down a little.

She has a lot of things on her mind. The Sand Blood Team has been confirmed to be gone. The flying ant beasts’ existence seems to be confirmed as well.

So she doesn’t want to talk anymore. She looked at Jeremy Night and said, "You can go back to your room."

Hearing that Jeremy nodded to her room before leaving. But he was surprised inwardly. Because he found out that Leader Gisela is thinking about something.

"I wonder what she is thinking?" Jeremy thought in his heart.

He then walked out of the room and started going back to his room. Soon, he reached his room. Upon entering, he locked the door and sat on the sofa.

Phew!

He once again heaved a sigh of relief. This mission was intense. He had to be careful each and every second. The Tier-5 Corrupted beasts were not easy to deal with.

Apart from scratches, he wasn’t able to do anything to those beasts. He can only target their vulnerable part which is their eyes.

But not every time can he use the same trick. If he missed out on any chance, then he might get attacked by them.

Then he collected his thoughts before deciding to go to her bath. He then noticed the armour suit he was wearing. He was dumbfounded.

He forgot about the armour suit during his conversation with others. His eyes flashed with surprise. He spoke with Sinag and Ada. Then he met with Leader Gisela.

He thinks both of them have seen his armour suit as well. But none of them raised any questions about this armour.

He was speechless. If they had asked him, then the chances of exposure would be higher. Nobody knows about his dealings with Audrey Reed. She seems to be from a big family as well.

He got 2 days for practice in their Field Area. It’s quite big news. He is hiding it from everyone. He hopes that they won’t make a big deal of it.

Then he collected his thoughts before going to the bathroom. He then entered the bath and started to take a shower.

The bath lasted for 20 minutes,

He then walked out and changed into comfortable clothes. He then went to bed to lie down. He has been awake during the nighttime as well. So he is going to take a rest now.

Audrey Reed is going to consume the special herb. But before she could do that. Her protector comes to her with new information.

Audrey looks at Rebecca who has walked into her room.

"What?" Audrey asked.

"Lady, I got some information about Jeremy Night," Rebecca said in a shocking tone.

Audrey saw her face filled with surprise and disbelief.

She became curious and asked, "Tell me what you found?"

"Jeremy Night is none other than the kid who recently became famous. He was among the genius list as well," Rebecca said.

Hearing that Audrey Reed sat up straight. Because something lit in her mind. She was able to recall the trending news.

The news was so famous. The whole of Central University knows about the news as well. She took her time to digest the information.

Rebecca doesn’t have to explain. She knows that Audrey heard about the news as well.

A few minutes later,

Audrey asked," Did you confirm the news?"

Hearing that Rebecca nodded to her.

"I didn’t expect someone from the 14th zone to be this powerful. He is just a Tier-2 Beast Tamer. Yet he was able to come to the 10th zone."

"The Shadow Moon Organisation had recruited Gem this time," Audrey said with a shocking tone.

Rebecca nodded her head before saying, "My lady, I believe that if it’s this young man, then he can survive from the inner part of the wilderness."

Audrey nodded her head and said, "He had a record of killing Tier-4 Corrupted beasts before coming to the 10th zone."

"After joining the Shadow Moon Organisation, his strength must have increased," She added.

"Lady, I think it’s good for you to meet him. If you can have a friendship relationship with him, then it’s beneficial for both of you," Rebecca said.

Audrey smiled and replied, "You are right. I think it’s necessary to tell Father. Maybe we can extend the time limit of Field Area practice to three days."

Rebecca didn’t refute her. Jeremy Night’s ability has shocked them as well. At this age, the young man is doing something impossible for the veteran Beast Tamers.

"I agree, my lady," Rebecca said.

"Okay, thanks for finding out. I’ll tell Father during dinner later," Audrey said.

Rebecca nodded to her before leaving the room.

Audrey then smiled. She felt good knowing about Jeremy Night. It’s not easy to make friends with such talented Beast Tamers.

She also knew that there was not much information about Jeremy Night. She recalls there was no recorded information on Jeremy Night’s Lifeline beast.

"No wonder," she uttered.

She thinks Jeremy Night’s lifeline beast must have helped him. But she didn’t know that Jeremy had single-handedly dealt with all those corrupted beasts.

Not only her, but many of them who know Jeremy Night think the same as well. It’s just that they had thought Jeremy Night didn’t like to show his Lifeline beasts to others.
