CHAPTER 497: TURN OF EVENTS

City A (10th Zone):

The following day,

Jasper Thorne is staying at the Sun Wheel Organisation. His father had asked him to visit the place.

Because this organisation has become part of the Thorne Family.

Later, someone from the family will come to take over the position as the Head of the Organisation. Frank Doolin was walking side by side.

He is explaining the strength and weakness of the organisation.

"Young Master, there are forces who are hostile to us?" Head Frank said.

A few minutes later,

Right now, they were in the Head office. Jasper was sitting in the main chair. Where Frank was sitting opposite him. He was not the Head of the organisation anymore.

"Oh," Japser uttered.

"Ha...Ha...Ha..., it’s because of the killing list. I was exposed," Frank made a small laugh.

He was expecting the Thorne Family to take action. So the threats can be eliminated. Then he would be satisfied.

But Jasper Thorne was thinking. He was not a fool. Just yesterday he made the City Governors to backaway. It must have dissatisfied them.

If he takes out action to remove the threats of the Sun Wheel Organisation, then he would further anger the City Administration.

Then they might raise the issue at the Human Alliance. It’s not like the Thorne Family was not without any rivals. He doesn’t want those forces to exploit the situation.

"Don’t think too much about it. The Family will make appropriate decisions," Jasper replied.

His words poured cold water on Head Frank’s head. His smile instantly disappeared. He didn’t expect the young master to make his own decision.

Then he shifted the topic to discuss some other things. Jasper Thorne wants to return to the 5th Zone today. He can’t spend more days here.

The natural energy in the surroundings is lacking. It might take a couple of days to get used to it. But he doesn’t want to wait that long. He will leave today by himself.

Head Frank then thought of his 2 aids. He had heard that they were locked up in the cell. He wants Young Master Jasper Thorne’s help to free them.

Jasper Thorne found the gaze of the old man. He saw through his thoughts.

"You want to say something. What is it?" Jasper asked.

Head Frank said,"Young Master, my aids were locked up in the cell. I want your help to free them."

Hearing that Jasper Thorne frowned. He is thinking that Frank Doolin is making use of him. He dislikes the attitude.

But then he decides to help him before leaving the city.

Meanwhile,

There are already rumours among the members. They saw how Head Frank acted towards the young man. They suspect that something is going on.

But they don’t know what it is? So they are silently observing the situation.

Shadow Moon Organisation:

Jeremy Night comes down to the lobby for a walk. He has been spending most of the time in the training room.

Last night, he heard that Head Neil Moon had called back everyone from the mission.

Right now they were not allowed to do the mission. He doesn’t know what’s going on. Just as he was pondering. He overhears the conversation of others.

They are discussing the order given by the Head Neil Moon. No one is doing any mission today. The Elders and the Team Leaders were refusing to answer the questions.

Jeremy frowned. He didn’t feel right. He then walked out of the building and started taking a walk on the foot path.

Not long after, he saw a scene which stunned him. There are more people on the footpath taking walks than on a normal day.

Jeremy pauses his footsteps. Among them, he could recognise who belonged to the first and second squad. And they are discussing something seriously.

He then started walking while trying to listen to their conversation. He was able to succeed. But his expression changed drastically.

Because these first and second squad members were discussing leaving the organisation. He couldn’t believe his own ears.

He was stunned. He continued walking and walked past them. Then he came across another group who were discussing the same thing.

Jeremy Night frowned. It only happens when something major event has occurred. His eyes glinted with sudden understanding.

He thinks Head Neil’s order yesterday was something to do with this discussion. Otherwise, for no reason people won’t discuss leaving.

He continues to walk around and listen to conversations. It didn’t take long for him to find out another big secret.

Not only the members were thinking about leaving. Even the Elders and the Team Leaders are discussing it.

"Are they going to disband the organisation?" Jeremy asked himself.

He couldn’t contain his curiosity. He immediately left the place. He returns to the organisation and starts looking for Captain Sinag and Ada.

He knew these two spent morning time in the lobby.

Just as he was waiting for them. He heard their voices all of a sudden. Then he turns around and sees that.

Captain Sinag and Ada coming towards the sitting area. They too saw him. They showed surprised and filled expressions.

In a flash, they came to him.

"What a surprise?"

"You are actually awake at this time," Sinag jokingly said.

"I think he wants to ask us something. That’s why he was waiting?" Ada said.

"You are right," Jeremy replied.

Then he told them what he heard outside a few minutes ago.

Sinag and Ada looked at each other. Their expression turned grim. Actually, they knew about this matter.

But when they tried to ask Leader Gisela. She told them to wait. They will soon know everything.

"Team Leader told us to wait. She is not saying anything more than that," Ada said.

"How is your practice going?" Sinag asked.

Jeremy collected his thoughts. He smiled and answered,"It’s going fine. I’ll get a small stage breakthrough in a couple of days."

"No wonder, you were working hard. You are feeling the breakthrough," Ada said with a smile.

"It’s a pity that you are not doing any mission with us," Ada added.

Jeremy shook his head and said,"If there is any important mission, you guys can always call me."

"We knew. She is just joking with you," Sinag uttered.
