CHAPTER 542: MATTEO AND LUCAS ROSSI

9th Zone, City B:

The flight flew over the city wall and headed towards the airport. Jeremy Night’s expression was solemn.

He could see that these people weren’t aware of the ongoing threat. He thinks that City Governors here didn’t announce anything about the Beast Invasion.

"Sigh!"

He breathed in a sigh. Then his gaze fell on the towering structures. The size of City B is equal to the size of City A in the 10th Zone.

Except he sees a lot more narrow streets and congested buildings. There are other rich residential areas as well. He thinks the economic difference is clearly visible here.

Before coming here, he assumed every human zone would be the same. But it’s actually not. Even the infrastructure models are different here.

Then he checks the information sent by Head Neil. The friend of Head Neil belongs to the Rossi Family here. He is going to find a helper sent by them.

Then he started leaving with others. It didn’t take long for him to complete the checkings to come outside.

Jeremy then started using his eyesight to scan the visitors. Then he saw a blonde haired middle aged man with pale skin tone and white tuxedo coming towards him.

He glanced with surprise. He didn’t expect someone with a high profile to come.

"Are you Jeremy Night?" He asked.

"Yes, it’s me. Are you from the Rossi Family?" Jeremy asked.

"Good, someone sent me here to pick you up. Let’s go," He said.

Hearing that Jeremy agreed. Then he followed him towards a luxurious flying car. The car was in golden color. To be honest, it’s eye-catching.

Jeremy’s eyes flashes with a doubt. He thinks the identity of the blonde man was not simple. He didn’t inquire about anything.

He followed him to the car and sat in the back seat. The person sat in the driver seat before starting the car.

Buzz!

The car hovers above the ground and appears in the mid air. Then the car started moving towards the destination.

The blonde haired middle aged man is keeping an eye on the young man. To be honest, he was shocked. He doesn’t know why his Father would ask him to pick up Tier-2 Beast Tamer.

He was not trying to be rude. But there are countless Tier-2 Beast Tamers here. So he was perplexed right now.

Jeremy didn’t fail to notice subtle changes in the expression of the middle aged man. His eyes are sharp. But he decided not to talk without knowing anything.

The flying car passes several streets and towering buildings. Jeremy noticed that this city lacked free space. Even the rich buildings don’t have much space around them.

"Why don’t they expand the city?" Jeremy thought.

Because it’s nothing but the wilderness surrounding the City. He then shakes his head and buries the doubts in his heart.

Since he had just entered the city. He could collect the details later.

About 10 minutes later,

The car enters the gates community. Jeremy sees several villas. Soon, the car reaches the end. Where there is a big mansion.

Creak!

The door opened. The car entered inside and came to a halt at the parking area. The middle aged man then stepped out of the car.

Seeing that Jeremy stepped out of the car as well.

"Come with me!"

The middle aged man said. Hearing that Jeremy started following him. His gaze fell on the huge mansion.

He couldn’t help but wonder whether other villas inside the community could belong to the same family.

He led me inside the mansion. We came to the living area. Then he saw a white haired old man seated at the chair.

The old man’s gaze immediately fell on Jeremy. The next second, he felt completely exposed. He didn’t know whether he could find any anomaly in his mental zone.

"Jeremy Night!" The old man uttered.

"My name is Matteo Rossi. I’m friend of your Head Neil Moon. I heard a lot about you from him. He can’t stop his appreciation of you,"he added.

Jeremy was stunned. He knew Head Neil Moon had been keeping an eye on him. But he never heard high praise from him actually.

But he didn’t expect he would tell his friend good things about him.

"Thanks for your kind words," Jeremy replied.

"Good, he sent you here to train under my guidance. Now that I looked at you. I can understand why?"

"You can be considered a genius for your age. You’re just slightly weaker than the S-Grade Talent. But stronger than many A-Grade Talents."

"The A-Grade Talents in our city just reached Tier-2, 1st Rank but you have gone further and touched 6th Rank," The old man said with a smile.

The blonde haired middle aged man was shocked. He didn’t know about this earlier. Now that he is listening to their conversation. It makes sense to him.

"You don’t have to worry too much. We expect there could be a beast invasion in the coming days. If it happens you will join one of the family teams to fight."

"Are you ready for it?" Matteo asked.

"Okay. Elder," Jeremy replied.

"Good, you have any doubt you can ask my son here. His name is Lucas. He is a Tier-5 Beast Tamer," Matteo said.

Hearing that Jeremy was dumbfounded. He didn’t expect the blonde haired man’s identity to be his son. No wonder he looked rich and got a fancy car.

"Hi. Junior. My name is Lucas Rossi. If you need anything you can contact me. I’ll give you my contact after showing your room," Lucas said with a smile.

Jeremy doesn’t know what to say. He was still in shock. So he nodded to him.
