Jeremy Night returned to the city. Apart from the Tier-2 Mantis, he did not find any other beast in the limited time. He had already given his word to Nico Rossi.

He must be waiting for him. Soon, he meets Nico who was waiting for him.

"Brother Jeremy, you are back!"

"How did it go?" Nico asked.

"I hunted Tier-2 Mantis, " Jeremy replied.

"Tier-2 Mantis. It’s known for its speed. I had never heard anyone hunting it solo. Brother, your lifeline beast must be strong," Nico started praising.

"Alright, let’s go to the Beast Taming Association Store," Jeremy said.

"Brother, you can sell the beast corpse to our Rossi Family Store. We will give you the best price, " Nico said.

"No, I’m going to sell it to the Beast Taming Association Store. I have my own reasons for doing it," Jeremy replied.

"Oh," Nico uttered. But he didn’t think too much about it. Both of them left for the Beast Taming Association Store.

They have to return to the same building. The store is located in that Massive Building as well. Jeremy didn’t plan on wasting Nico’s time.

Once gets used to the city, he will go out alone. The risk of the Beast Invasion still exists.

It didn’t take long for them to get there. When they entered the building, Nico quickly led him to the store.

Jeremy was curious how much the corpse will fetch for. Upon arriving at the store, he told his purpose to the staff. Next, they came to a wide spacious room.

The massive beast corpse can be placed here. Under the expectant eyes of everyone, he took the mantis body out and placed it on the floor. He also took the decapitated head and placed it near the body.

They came to the front floor. The old man paid the 3000 credit points to Jeremy Night’s account. Nico was thinking what would be the price in their family store.

After the work was completed, both of them made a return journey to the Matteo Rossi Residence.

About 20 minutes later,

Both of them arrived at the mansion. Jeremy asked the doubt which was bothering me for a while.

"Do you know the dark aura coming from the corpse of the mantis beast?" He asked.

Nico was surprised. Because it was common knowledge. Then he realised Brother Jeremy went to the wilderness for the first time.

"Brother, if you are talking about the black aura. It’s something special to the environment here. Even the Beast Tamers and their lifeline beasts develop such strong aura if they stay in the wilderness for longtime,"

Nico said in a serious tone.

Jeremy nodded to him. He was right. One can have such aura by training in the wilderness here.

They reached the courtyard and pulled out the chair each to sit down. Jeremy then started asking general questions regarding the wilderness.

He wanted to know about the border and dangerous places. Nico himself had little knowledge. But he is sharing everything he knows to brother Jeremy.

Somewhere in the border. There is a long narrow trench created by higher tier ground beasts here. Right now, the trench is soaked with blood and mutilated corpses.
