CHAPTER 1521: CHAPTER 1573: THE HOME OF THE TYCOON

Li Yifei drove the rather unconventional Knight Fifteen, even by Dubai’s standards, onto the road. Last night, he had checked the main streets of Dubai, so now he had a rough impression in his mind. After driving just once, Li Yifei might be more familiar with Dubai than the locals.

The massive Knight Fifteen roared down the road. Li Yifei first went to fill the tank with gas, then made a call to get Sashar’s address, thought about the route, and set off.

On the plane previously, Li Yifei talked to Sashar purely out of boredom, but now that Sashar has shown a bit of influence, Li Yifei felt it might be worth getting close to him.

Half an hour later, Li Yifei drove up to a row of seaside villas. These villas were quite different from the common villas back home, which mostly resemble matchboxes. These villas each had over a thousand square meters, and with the landscaping, they probably totaled over ten thousand.

This was truly the place a real tycoon should live. Li Yifei drove slowly, appreciating the scene like a tourist.

There weren’t many villas, and each had a different style. Some were obstructed by big trees, but glimpses of their opulence could be seen.

Li family’s villa complex was also different; it was more like a large community rather than standalone villas.

Villa number nine caught Li Yifei’s eye, and he slowly drove over, stopping at the entrance.

Just as the Knight Fifteen arrived at the entrance, the security guards rushed over. Li Yifei remained calm; these guards had weapons on their belts and shouted at him, "This is private property, you must leave immediately or we will evict you."

"I’m a friend of Prince Sashar. He invited me over," Li Yifei replied as he rolled down the window and looked at the guards.

The guards exchanged glances, initially thinking he was just wandering around, but turned out to be a friend of the prince. One of the security chiefs asked, "Do you have an invitation?"

"No," Li Yifei shook his head.

The guard said, "Then sorry, sir, you can’t enter. There’s a party here and we can’t let anyone in without an invitation."

Li Yifei wasn’t upset hearing this. With a smile, he said, "Haha, in that case, could you help inform him that a friend from the plane is here to see him? If the prince doesn’t want to meet me, I’ll leave immediately."

After saying this, he extended his hand out of the window and handed over several high-denomination US dollars. While the chief guard originally appeared impatient while listening to Li Yifei, his expression softened upon seeing the dollars. He nodded to Li Yifei and said, "Then just park here and don’t get closer."

After speaking, he turned to the other guards and said, "You all watch here, I’ll go inform the prince."

Li Yifei nodded naturally, took out a pack of cigarettes, and offered them to the guards, lighting one for himself and them.

After ten minutes, the chief guard hurried back, gestured to the other guards, and saluted Li Yifei with a snap, saying loudly, "Honored sir, hello, His Highness the Prince has just woken up. He’s asked for you to wait in the living room, and he will see you shortly."

Li Yifei nodded and parked the car in the parking lot under the guard’s guidance.

In the parking lot, Li Yifei saw numerous sports cars. A quick glance revealed the top-tier cars like Koenigsegg, Lamborghini, Porsche, Ferrari, and Bugatti. Some even had a layer of dust on them, indicating they’re rarely driven.

Rich, truly damned rich, Li Yifei thought with some envy, considering replicating the scene back home. The courtyard’s decoration was also luxurious, with gardens, trees, and flowers. After circling a giant swimming pool, Li Yifei saw the true appearance of the villa.

It felt like a palace. At first glance, it reminded Li Yifei of some large library buildings back home. It was three stories, though who knows if there were underground levels.

After a few glances, Li Yifei followed the guards inside, where they stopped at the door, nodding before leaving. Inside, a person dressed like a butler guided him to the living room.

The interior decor, needless to say, was overwhelmingly gold—tycoon style gold.

Rich and also opulent, Li Yifei acted as if he was a bit out of his element, looking around curiously. The nearby butler watched quietly, without showing impatience.

After another ten minutes, Sashar, draped in a robe, walked briskly over. Seeing Li Yifei, he laughed heartily and said, "Hawk, you finally came. I thought you would sneak away."

Li Yifei stood up, enjoyed a warm hug from the prince, and said, "No, if you borrow something, you should of course return it."

"Oh?" Sashar motioned for Li Yifei to sit down. He plopped onto the sofa, and a servant immediately handed him a trimmed cigar and helped light it. Sashar looked at Li Yifei with an amused expression, handed him a cigar, and let the servant light it before saying, "I remember I lent you just a Mercedes, but you returned a Knight Fifteen."

"There were some accidents, and that car got trashed," Li Yifei nodded with a smile, took a puff of his cigar, and said, "Amazing, authentic Havana cigar, the top-notch taste is indeed superb."

"This deal was profitable, the price of a Knight Fifteen can buy several Mercedes cars." Sashar flicked some ash from his cigar. His car had actually been retrieved and returned by the police, but with all those bullet holes, the body was severely damaged, and even the fuel tank was blown up.

Moreover, Sashar knew about the gunfight on the highway. When the Dubai police informed him, he was indeed a bit shocked, not expecting that the Hawk, whom he met on the plane from Huaxia, was so formidable that he charged alone and took down four terrorists and managed to escape so far away.

An interesting and seemingly powerful individual, Sashar became interested in Li Yifei, so when he heard that the Hawk came to see him, he emerged from the embrace of several women, donned a robe, to meet Li Yifei.

Sashar had encountered many special forces, mercenaries, and even in this villa, there were more than a dozen full-time mercenaries and bodyguards protecting him in secret. He asked the bodyguards if they could rescue that woman in such a situation.

Several bodyguards specifically ran simulations and said it was very difficult, especially during vehicle movement, requiring extremely fast shooting speed and accuracy to achieve.

There was also one who was unconvinced, claiming he could do it, so Sashar let several bodyguards act as kidnappers and had him try.

With two cars written off, the boastful bodyguard didn’t succeed either. Naturally, they weren’t using real guns, just ones that could fire powder. In those few seconds, it was impossible to continuously hit the target and force the opposing car to stop.

This is why Sashar became more interested in Li Yifei.

Li Yifei nodded and said, "If the prince is not satisfied, I can compensate you at the original price. Besides, I also like that Knight Fifteen."

"Haha." Sashar laughed, pointed at Li Yifei, and said, "No need for compensation, although that car is almost scrapped, I happen to have something fun here. You can give it a try."

Li Yifei smiled, nodded, and said, "If it’s something I can do, I will do it. I’m just curious about what it is."

"No rush." Sashar raised his hand to glance at his watch and said, "It’s for the afternoon. Let’s do something else this morning first."

Li Yifei noticed that Sashar’s watch was worth millions of US dollars and encrusted with diamonds.

After they both finished smoking, Sashar invited Li Yifei to his backyard, where he kept several lions and tigers. Occasionally, Sashar would take these big guys for a walk in the yard or even drive them out sometimes.

However, since they are ferocious animals, they are usually kept in the backyard.

Because of the conversation on the plane, Sashar had a showing-off mindset and wanted to show Li Yifei around.

Four African Lions and two Bengal Tigers, all in adult form.

"How about it?" Sashar patted the railing, ordered two sheep to be brought in, and when commanded, they’d be thrown down. The six beasts immediately roared, the sound was deafening.

Li Yifei remained calm and said slowly, "Bengal tigers, second only in size to the Siberian tiger, grow to a body length of 160-50 cm, a tail length of 90-20 cm, and weigh 150-50 kilograms. Their fur color is between that of the Siberian and South China tigers, their fur is short and bright, their stripes long and clear, the tiger tail is sharper, and their limbs appear longer, giving the body a taller appearance. This type of tiger is the most numerous among existing tigers and is also the most popular with people."

"An East African Lion, a subspecies of the African lion, can weigh 180 to 290 kilograms for males, and females about 130 to 190 kilograms, roughly two-thirds of a male lion’s weight. Wild male lions can weigh over 300 kilograms, and the average weight of Serengeti’s East African lions reaches 188 kilograms. Their fur is short with colors ranging from light gray, yellow to tawny, and male lions have long manes in colors including light brown, dark brown, and black, extending all the way to the shoulders and chest."

Li Yifei recited these species with expertise, even remembering specific data clearly. Sashar’s eyes slowly widened as he listened. He didn’t know these figures, and the reason he kept them was that other princes had them too, so he followed suit. Then, hearing Li Yifei say, "Indeed, these are very good breeds and are well-kept."

"Unexpectedly, you are quite the expert." Sashar gave a thumbs up and waved his hand, at which the servants immediately threw the two sheep inside. The several bloodthirsty lions and tigers immediately pounced and began tearing into the sheep.
