SS-Rank powers right now, which can make him currently the strongest on the surface, while still being the F-Rank even now.

His Limitless grant him that power, his foundation is becoming so solid that he didn't need to increase his rank as rank lost it's meaning to him.

There is also StarFall skill, which will throw miniature stars at people.

A pure blood White tigress Xiao Bai, a S++ rank contracted beast, So he can fight quite a few of S-Rank with her.

SSS-Rank superpower, Eikon of Fire, which makes him immune to fire and well have the Fire domain.

Not any domain but in which he can well summon the likes of Phoenix and Ifrit, So he can also have that in him.

His God-Level singing can attack directly on the soul ignoring the rank, so there is also that power there.

And well many more.
