Little Nannan looked at his expression and giggled.

"Get off my mom!" Ning Chenguang was displeased and reached out to grab Nannan’s small leg.

Ning Chenyang also came over to help: "Mom, put her down!"

For a moment, An Hao was surrounded by her two beloved sons and couldn’t break free no matter what.

Watching the kids causing a fuss, Gu Shuangshuang laughed as well.

There were more and more people on the street, and they kept glancing at them from time to time.

"Stop making a fuss." Qin Jian reached out his big hand, patted the little heads of the two sons, and said, "Let’s go see the lanterns! Tell dad which one you like, and I’ll buy it for you to take home!"

The two kids almost got into a fight.

"There’s only one dad! You’ll take turns riding!" An Hao mediated with the sons.

"Or, how about you carry one on each shoulder, captain?" Tian Niu chuckled as he watched the commotion, "Oh, having two kids has its own challenges!"

Qin Jian could carry both of them, but with the kids up there being carefree, he was afraid he couldn’t hold onto them if they started squabbling.

Seeing Tian Niu’s gleeful look as if he was watching a show, Qin Jian’s lips curled up.

Tian Niu knew the captain too well; seeing this smile, he thought it wasn’t good, the captain was about to come up with a lousy idea again.

Sure enough, Qin Jian picked up one child and put him on Tian Niu’s neck, saying to Tian Niu, "I’ll carry one, and you carry one!"

"Hey! I have to carry Nannan too!"

When Nannan heard that Tian Niu wanted to carry her, she was so scared that she clung tightly to Gu Shuangshuang’s clothes, not letting go.

"Looks like Nannan doesn’t need to be carried!" Qin Jian laughed.

"Alright, but only for ten minutes." Tian Niu grumbled, "Captain, what do you feed these kids? They’re as heavy as little meatballs!"

At two years old, the children were starting to have their own thoughts and could tell between good and bad words.

When Ning Chenguang heard Tian Niu saying he was a little meatball, he wasn’t happy. He raised his little hand and smacked Tian Niu on the back of the head: "You’re the little meatball!"

"How dare you hit your future father-in-law, are you rebelling?" Tian Niu said in a rough voice.

"I won’t marry Nannan." Ning Chenguang shouted loudly.

"If you don’t marry Nannan, you don’t get to ride!" Tian Niu pretended as if he was going to put Ning Chenguang down.

"Dad!" Ning Chenguang looked at Qin Jian, feeling wronged.

"Tian Niu, you must carry him honestly! You can’t put him down!" Qin Jian said.

"Why? This little brat doesn’t show me any respect!" Tian Niu tilted his head and glared at Ning Chenguang.

"That’s an order!" Ning Chenyang shouted, "My dad’s rank is higher than yours, so you have to listen to my dad!"

Qin Jian burst into laughter and said in his usual commanding tone, "Tian Niu, this is an order, you must execute it!"

Tian Niu let out a wail: "I can’t escape your palm in this life, captain!"

His words made An Hao and Gu Shuangshuang laugh heartily.

"Have you had enough fun? The weather is chilly, let’s quickly see the lights and head home! I feel like it’s about to snow." An Hao urged.

"Alright, listen to the wife!" Qin Jian waved his big hand, "Let’s move out!"
