System: Replicating The Heavens
Chapter 426: Ch 426: Saint Foundation Stage
The moment Alex placed the Stone of Immortality into his Personal Space, his expression suddenly changed. It's because he suddenly felt an overwhelming force rushing toward him at an unbelievable speed. It was so fast that in just a blink, the calm river turned into chaos. The waters churned violently, massive waves rose up as if a great beast was thrashing beneath, and the ground trembled from the pressure.
BOOM!
With a thunderous sound, that terrifying power directly dove into the bottom of the river. Bubbles exploded upward, the current split apart, and a figure shot out like a spear piercing through the depths.
It was a person.
A young man in black, appearing not much older than Alex, yet the pressure he carried made Alex's heart tighten. His aura was sharp, heavy, and boundless, like a mountain crashing down and a storm sweeping across the skies. Just one glance was enough for Alex to understand that this man's strength was far beyond his own.
Alex could feel an endless danger pressing against him, warning him that this person was not someone he could resist head-on.
"Umm... Who are you?"
When the young man came, he saw Alex standing in front of crumbled pillars. These pillars were still exuding a special flow of energy. The man was confused and shifted his attention between Alex and the crumbled pillars.
Alex, on the other hand, was utterly dumbfounded. Although this person's cultivation seemed to be only at the level of a Void King, his presence was overwhelmingly stronger than anyone Alex had ever encountered. He was certain that even Atticus and Fritz's auras paled in comparison to this man.
He could see the riverbed around the young man violently fluctuating with spatial energy, as though the space there was on the verge of rupturing open. The unstable distortions twisted the water currents into chaotic whirlpools, making it seem as if the river itself was bowing before his presence.
"Hmm?"
The young man seemed to have realized something, and immediately, that overwhelming presence disappeared. Now, he appeared to be no different from any ordinary Void King Stage warrior.

Alex: "..."
Truth be told, Alex never expected to see something completely different.
First of all, he had never even heard of the Saint Foundation Stage. This cultivation realm was entirely new to him, and Alex suspected it must be above the True Divinity Stage. On top of that, there was also mention of the Astral Grade of treasures.
What surprised him even more was that this person possessed a unique soul, just like him.
Alex had the Supreme Undying Soul, while Cyr possessed a Divine Soul.
Of course, Alex had no idea what the true difference between the two was.
But what shocked Alex the most was another line within the description: Heavenly Dao.
This was not the first time he had seen those words. The term had appeared once before, in the information he read regarding the Nine Great Heaven Seals. At that time, Alex thought it was simply some grandiose title, perhaps referring to some higher law than World Laws.
Yet here it was again, clearly marked as part of Cyr's foundation.
Dao of Fire (1%).
Although Cyr had comprehended just a single percent of the Dao of Fire, Alex was sure that this so-called Heavenly Dao was not something simple, and not everyone can comprehend them.
Who is Cyr?
He is a Saint Foundation Stage warrior.
The Saint Foundation Stage was definitely above True Divinity, yet such a powerful person had only comprehended one percent of the Dao of Fire. This alone was enough to represent how unfathomably difficult it was to grasp the essence of a Heavenly Dao, and how terrifying its true power must be once fully mastered.
Alex's heart grew restless the more he thought.
What exactly is the Heavenly Dao?
Alex clenched his fists tightly as he realized that the difference between himself and Cyr was no longer a gap of strength. It was the difference between walking on land and standing beneath the endless sky. One was bound by the earth, while the other had already touched the heavens.
The very fact that Cyr possessed a Heavenly Dao—even at a mere 1% comprehension—meant that his cultivation had already surpassed common sense.
Alex's mind spun with thoughts, but one thing was clear: Cyr Mistveil man was operating on a level far beyond him.
And Alex, for the first time, realized just how small he truly was.
But then again, Alex frowned.
'Isn't True Divinity the limit of what a person can cultivate within an Astral Sea?'
'Could it be?'
Alex raised his brows, and the more he looked at Cyr, the greater his shock grew.
Could it be that this person was not from this Astral Sea... or perhaps not even from this galaxy?
When this thought appeared in his mind, his already restless heart became more uneasy, as though he was standing before an unfathomable abyss whose depths he could never hope to measure.
On the other hand, Cyr frowned in displeasure.
The person opposite him not only ignored his question but was also staring at him with those eyes that seemed to be studying him, as if he were some kind of rare specimen or an unsolvable mystery.
"I asked you something?"
Alex finally snapped back to his senses. He could clearly hear the annoyance in Cyr's voice, but there was nothing he could do about it.
Shaking off his distracting thoughts, Alex casually shrugged his shoulders and replied, "Sorry about that. I'm Alex White. And you are?"
Cyr's gaze lingered on Alex, sharp and probing. His eyes then shifted toward the crumbled pillars around them. The traces of the Stone of Immortality still lingered faintly in the air, yet the stone itself was nowhere to be seen. He could not sense its presence at all, as if it had vanished completely.
