Chapter 392: Chapter 386: Pain Point

Tunaras is divided into several areas, and since Leon carries the token given by Duens, he can freely go anywhere except the sensitive Queen’s District. The Githyanki, having lived with Red Dragons for countless years, know very well that it’s best not to refuse a Red Dragon, with no exceptions.

The Githyanki toss the spoils they’ve grown tired of into the scrapyard to save space in Tunaras. Occasionally, treasures of gold and silver can be found in the scrapyard, or captives of other races. Since Githyanki Martial Artists and Knights seldom patrol here, creatures attempting to infiltrate Tunaras can easily establish bases.

The Mural District was once called the Craftsmen District. Githyanki occasionally gather here for artistic creation or craftsmanship forging, sharing skills or showing off their work.

The Githyanki dock their ships at piers adjacent to the Military District and on protruding rock formations. Those assigned to maintain the ships hold high status, and their work here is considered part of military service.

Tunaras has a considerable population, mostly Githyanki, but travelers from Different Planes are not uncommon either. Nonetheless, Leon just strolls around, taking in the sights without much direction.

Since he has come, Leon decides to visit his sister.

The broken lower half of the divine corpse contains many naturally formed caves and fissures, where the dragon caves are established.

Every Red Dragon serving the Githyanki has its own lair in the deep areas. Before being summoned for duty, they would always stay here carefully guarding their treasures.

Leon leaves the streets of Tunaras and ventures into the dragon cave, catching sight of a space pig at first glance.

The space pigs are a type of winged wild boar raised by the Dovar Penguin People for various purposes, capable of serving as mounts for smaller creatures, excellent trackers, and strong carriers.

Space pigs trained for battle usually don half-body plate armor, known as Death Howling Wind, which is cooler than its nickname, isn’t it?

At the sight of Leon, the space pig runs away, and Leon doesn’t bother with it. He is a bit confused by the winding, twisting tunnels of the dragon cave.

Leon has a great sense of direction, but when he’s in unfamiliar territory, it doesn’t do him much good, and he inadvertently ends up in a Red Dragon’s lair.

It was a young female Red Dragon, who immediately jumped up upon seeing Leon, baring her teeth and roaring, “Human, I’ll give you a choice: do you want me to eat you raw or roast you first?”

“I advise you not to act rashly.” Leon doesn’t intend to play the game of disguising as a sheep to eat a tiger, snapping his fingers to release a Fierce God Evil Aura, which immediately scares the young female Red Dragon into shivering.

Leon withdraws the Fierce God Evil Aura, and the young female Red Dragon can finally move, realizing the man before her is someone not to be trifled with, and meekly asks, “What brings you here, sir?”

“I’m looking for Salovis; do you know where she is?” Leon says, without bothering to introduce himself as her brother. He’s just asking for directions, so there’s no need to say everything.

The young female Red Dragon, upon hearing Leon’s words, immediately becomes indignant and says, “Salovis? What do you want with that little bitch?”

“Little bitch?” Leon’s interest is immediately piqued; he loves juicy gossip, “Tell me more.”

“She disappeared for decades and suddenly returns, bigger than everyone else, picking fights… ‘What are you looking at? Looking at you.’ And then fighting,” the young female Red Dragon wrinkles her nose, “She calls herself the Red Lotus Queen, announcing everywhere her brother is the Cliff Sword, Wind Disaster, King of the Eastern Dynasty… She’s her brother’s most beloved princess.”

Leon listens with twitching lips.

“Other Red Dragons leave and never return after nesting in the Material Plane… but she returns. You’d think she’s here to show off, yet she lingers around, visiting everyone and boasting about how much Gold Coin she has now, hundreds of thousands of Gold Coins. Can’t she stop bragging?” The young female Red Dragon grits her teeth.

“Is she that tall because she ate pig feed?” The young female Red Dragon’s mouth is quite vicious, “Now all the male dragons revolve around her, but she barely responds, saying no one can get close unless they are as great as her brother; every sentence begins and ends with her brother. Why doesn’t she mate with her brother? The baby dragon would have the purest bloodline.”

Leon now realizes the young female Red Dragon is simply jealous of Salovis, while Salovis indeed lacks propriety.

The young female Red Dragon talks more than a Brass Dragon, and as she rambles on, footsteps suddenly echo, followed by a Red Dragon head poking in, looking around. At the sight of Leon, she instantly becomes excited and says, “I’ve been feeling restless all the time, sensing something is about to happen, and it turns out to be because you’re here, brother.”

“You must’ve missed me and came all the way to Tunaras to find me.” Salovis keeps rubbing her nose against Leon, “What are you doing here?”

“Nothing much.” Leon brushes off Salovis’s head, “Let’s go.”

“Wait a minute.” The young female Red Dragon suddenly catches up, “You’re Salovis’s brother?”

Leon nods.

“Cliff Sword, Wind Disaster, King of the Eastern Dynasty… a young dragon already gigantic?”

“Yes.” Leon crosses his arms.

“Aren’t you angry about what I said about your sister?”

“You seem really eager for me to get angry?”

“You should punish me, pin me to the ground, and make me cry out loud.”

Red Dragons have peculiar ways of courtship, often with younger Red Dragons approaching older ones. Most of the courting is done by females, though males have been known to do the same.

“You’re sick.” Salovis doesn’t care whether Leon agrees and roars loudly, “Katarina.”

Salovis bites onto Leon’s clothing, picks him up, and places him on her back, saying, “Brother, let’s go; don’t bother with that kind of bitch.”

“I’ll be waiting here for you.” The young female Red Dragon is fearless.

“Scram!” Salovis shouts, thinking she needs to take her brother away quickly; otherwise, these young female Red Dragons would come one after another.

“You two are siblings.” The young female Red Dragon chases after them out of the lair, “You’re meant not to be together.”

“Claudius and Brittania are together.” Salovis jumps up, “I do what I want.”

“What nonsense are you talking?” Leon pats his foolish sister’s head and then looks at the young female Red Dragon, “You shut up too.”

Back in the temporary lair in the dragon cave, Salovis is still angry.

Leon comforts his sister, saying he won’t pursue the young female Red Dragon. The personality of Red Dragons is truly awful, and he has no interest.

Salovis bashes the young female Red Dragon endlessly and asks why Leon came to Tunaras, urging him to return with her to the Volcanic Island. Just then, Duens personally arrives, inviting Leon to the Whisper Palace.
