CHAPTER 74: 074

"What is that ?" The maid asked nervously as she was dragged into her room and the door was immediately locked.

Ever since Adriana had given her the fake suppressants had been very wary of her.

She almost got into trouble and the Alpha had gotten furious.

"You know we have a history already right?" Adriana asked, circling her like a predator.

The maid nodded and silently wished for something to interrupt or distract her.

With the way she is acting, it was already clear to her that she was up to good.

"Take this". She said with hand outstretched and a small bottle was held between her fingers.

"What is that?" The maid asked in a trembling voice. Her suspicion turned out to be true.

"This?

It’s a secret. Just a little ointment". Adriana continued and smiled at her.

"You will add it to Mitch’s food". She explained as if it was the most natural thing.

"No, I can’t". The maid said and shook her head vigorously.

Adriana’s gaze hardened and she held her by the shoulder.

"Do you think you have a choice?.

I’m not harming him so stop being jittery!" She spat coldly and shook her by the shoulders.

"You just have to put a few droplets in his food".

She continued with a bright smile.

"I am not a kitchen maid". The maid replied in desperation.

"Then you will put it in his drink.

You have access to his study right?

When cleaning or whatever, just take one of those wines he has in his mini wine bar and put it inside." She continued and the maid was at a loss for words.

What she was asking her to do was extremely dangerous, and she had no idea what’s in the bottle.

After a few minutes of deliberation, the maid took the substance from her and exited the room deeply in thought.

The Alpha’s study was off limits to her except if it’s an emergency or she had the duty to clean the space.

The following morning while the Alpha was down for breakfast, she hurried to his study and met a half empty bottle of liquor on his table. She did as she was asked and put in a few droplets, her hands trembling as she did so.

She hid the rest and reported to Adriana a while later.

Adriana got excited and immediately went to her room to get ready.

She had gone through a difficult process to get the drug a while back after she heard the Omega had left. It’s a rut-inducing drug she learnt about and purchased.

She smiled in satisfaction as she imagined what it would feel like to have him in her arms again.

When that happens he won’t have any choice to reject her anymore.

After dinner, Alpha Mitch returned to his study to work as usual and poured himself some alcohol from the bottle he opened earlier.

He emptied the whole glass when he noticed the gradually rising of his temperature.

The room felt hot and stuffy so he checked if the air conditioner was working well.

He unbuttoned a couple of buttons on his shirt as he continued to drink oblivious of what was happening.

Adriana waited outside the door for a few seconds before she pushed it open.

She smiled at him from the door, checking to see if he would act as usual. His cheek was flushed and his eyes seemed unfocused.

She had not made it to the middle of the room when he stood up from his seat and hurried past her like he hadn’t seen her.

"Mitch!" She called and went after him.

To her surprise he went into the Omega’s room and shut the door without even sparing her a look.

She stopped a few away from the door and her nails dug into her palms. She felt humiliated at being ignored, she had been sure this time and did everything carefully.

She looked away from the door and walked away angrily but beneath that anger was the pain from her failure.

Tristan had just gotten out of the shower when the door opened and Alpha Mitch walked inside.

He stopped in the middle of the room and shook his head as if to clear it.

Tristan looked at him with a frown and slowly approached him.

"What happened?" He asked softly and waited as the Alpha swayed on his feet.

A distinct smell of alcohol was oozing off him and he quickly wondered if he was drunk.

"Let me help you to a seat". Tristan offered and gently tugged at his arm to lead him to a nearby chair.

"Don’t!" He yelled and pushed him aside but the familiar scent that infiltrated his nostrils made him pause.

Alpha Mitch couldn’t think straight and he had come there subconsciously but at scent he perceived his senses went over drive and he reached for him.

Tristan let out a yelp as he covered his mouth with his in a crazy urgency.

He kissed him breathlessly and hand held him hard against his body.

His eyes watered and he pushed away at him.

"What has gone over him?"

Tristan thought in fear and fought to get free of his hold but his weak attempt didn’t bulge the Alpha but he gradually drowned in the kiss and leaned on him.

Alpha Mitch lifted him off the ground and carried him to the bed, he blindly yanked at his clothes and Tristan yelled in shock.

He noticed his eyes had darkened and he was using more force than usual.

"Wait, wait!" Tristan said in urgency as the rest of his clothes were torn away like a piece of paper and cool air hit his bare skin.

Panic rose in his heart as he thought of his baby.

He wasn’t sure if it was okay for them to have sex at the moment but the Alpha wasn’t leaving him any choice as parted his legs and lowered himself.

His skin felt hot where their body touched and his pheromone was very irresistible.

When the Alpha’s body fully covered his, he had thrown caution into the air and rode with the moment with only their moans sounding in the air.
